Rovers Return tea towel
I bought a Rovers Return tea towel last weekend and was really happy with how quickly my order was processed on Bank Holiday Monday. I was even more pleased when the tea towel arrived on Thursday of the same week. The quality of the tea towel is top-notch, and I'm really happy with my purchase.
Two bags from Love Island shop
I bought two bags from the Love Island shop, but they never showed up. I've been in touch with DPD five times and emailed Love Island twice, but I still haven't heard anything about what happened to my order. They haven't really kept me in the loop or tried to sort out the problem, which is pretty annoying. I get that things can go wrong, but it's not cool to leave customers hanging like this with no explanation or help.
Missing item
I ordered two things, but only received one! I'm really annoyed because I really wanted both items. I can't even call anyone because I can't find a phone number to contact. When I tried to fill out an online form, it said the enquiry had expired! What on earth does that mean?
Swimwear purchase
I'm really disappointed with the service I've received from Love Island shop. I bought a swimsuit a couple of weeks ago and I still haven't got it. I've sent two emails to their customer service team but haven't heard anything back. It's annoying to see that I'm not the only one having this problem, as other people have also mentioned it in their reviews. The fact that they're not communicating properly and being open about what's going on is not acceptable. I would recommend that others steer clear of shopping from this store because it looks like they're not following through on their promises and might be scamming customers.
First order
As a new customer, I was really disappointed with my purchase experience. I was surprised by the lack of customer service and communication, especially since this was my first time buying from this brand. I tried to cancel my order within the given time but kept getting error messages, which was frustrating. The fact that the package was already on its way without any warning made things worse. I've had to contact my bank to sort it out because it seems like there's not enough human oversight in the whole process. To top it off, the wrong name was on the gift which just made me even more frustrated. Overall, I wouldn't recommend shopping here because you can't cancel easily and the communication is poor.
Incorrect item delivered
I got the wrong item in my delivery, and I tried to contact the company through their website, but got no response. It's frustrating because there's no customer service phone number to call for help. I feel let down and disappointed that I can't sort this out. Honestly, my dealings with this company have not been good, so I wouldn't suggest them to anyone.
Christmas order delivery delay
I ordered something for Christmas and they said it would be delivered in 5 days. But it never came. They didn't get in touch and didn't reply to my emails - I'm really disappointed. It's a shame they didn't keep me updated because now my Christmas surprise is ruined. I'm not happy about it.
Missing item
I've had a bit of a problem with my recent purchase going missing. I've been trying to get in touch with the store through email, but I haven't heard back from them yet. It's been nearly two weeks since I first got in touch, hoping for either a replacement or a refund. This missing item was actually meant to be a birthday present for my 15-year-old daughter, so I'm understandably very disappointed with how things have turned out.
