I recently did a conversion course at this place and I have to say, I'm really impressed with the variety of colours they have. I did notice that my builder gel and acrylic sets didn't last as long as I would have liked, but I'm confident that with the knowledge I gained from the course, my retention will get better over time. Lipstick and Eyeliner
I'm really worried about the talc in the products I bought from this company. Talc has been linked to asbestos, a dangerous substance, and it's shocking that it's in products meant for skin use. When I raised my concerns with the company, their response wasn't good. They mentioned EU rules and refused to replace my products because they were out of the return period and some had been opened. It's alarming how little they seem to care about customer safety and well-being. So, I've decided to stop using their products because my health comes first. It's disappointing to see a company putting profit before customer safety.

I bought the Alderley mattress from this shop and I'm really happy with how good it is. The mattress is comfy and I can hardly notice when my partner moves around in the night. Our sleep has got loads better in just a couple of weeks. I also like that they sent an email reminding us to rotate the mattress for even wearing. The only thing that worried me a bit was that I couldn't see the name of the mattress clearly on the product itself.

Even after sending emails, the only replies I received were automated ones. The situation is quite frustrating, and I just want my refund to be processed promptly.

I bought a TV online not too long ago, but it ended up being faulty which was a bit disappointing. I mean, these things can happen sometimes, especially when products come through wholesalers, you know what I mean? Various clothing items
As much as I had heard good things about the store, my recent visit to the branch in Notcutts Garden Pride store was a real letdown. The manager there was so unprofessional and really out of line. We were at the till, and he was shouting down his phone, having a personal chat which was not just annoying but really rude to all of us waiting. I tried to suggest he take the call away from the customers, but he was so dismissive and unpleasant, saying his son's call was more important. His tone was aggressive, and the way he acted was just awful. To make it worse, as we were leaving, he made nasty comments loud enough for us to hear, clearly trying to upset us. This kind of behaviour is just not on and has really put me off. I won't be shopping at EWM again after that experience, that's for sure.

Plant purchase for two customers
I recently placed an order for a range of plants for two customers through the website. The plants did arrive in a decent time frame, but unfortunately, they weren't labelled, which made it really difficult to tell them apart. When I reached out to the company for help, they asked me to send a photo of the plants so they could help me identify them.
Despite their promises to send replacements and give me a full refund, they didn't actually follow through on any of it. They said they refunded me, but I never saw any money. It was so frustrating because they completely ignored my emails and support tickets. I had to threaten legal action before they finally refunded me.
I managed to sort out the problem for my clients myself, but the whole experience was just so disappointing. I'd advise others to think twice before buying from this company.Review about: KCOM

I was working really hard at my job, when this salesman called me out of the blue and wouldn't accept my refusal. Eastbourne hospitality booking
I booked tickets for two days of Love Fifteen at Eastbourne and the communication beforehand was spot on. Getting the tickets was a piece of cake. The drinks at the event were amazing and we could even take them onto the courts. The staff were friendly, but it felt like they weren't talking to each other as we kept being asked the same questions repeatedly. The food was just okay, and it was disappointing that it was the same on the second day with smaller portions. Afternoon tea on the second day was a bit disappointing as well - only half a scone with cream and jam already on it. My friend pre-ordered a vegan meal but didn't receive what she requested. I also saw a staff member eating a dessert that I specifically said I didn't want. There were a few mistakes and most of the staff were trying hard, but overall, it was a bit of a letdown.

Our experience with this company was pretty disappointing. Our flight got delayed by four hours, and we had to depend on a driver from Bristol to drive us to the hotel as nobody from the company was there to help us out. The poor communication and lack of support during such a stressful time was really irritating. What's more, our ten-minute flight to Sark was delayed by two hours because of the airline's incompetence. Overall, the unprofessional behaviour and lack of care from the company's representatives definitely left a lot to be desired.

I bought these super cute shoes, but turns out they were too big for me. So, I decided to send them back. But oh my days, it was a right mission! UPS, the delivery folks, made it so hard for me to sort it out. I had a nightmare trying to print the return label - proper faff, it was. And then trying to find the place where they would pick it up from was a total nightmare. I finally found it, and guess what - it was in a shop three doors down from where it was meant to be, with no signs to be seen anywhere!

I can't believe how terrible this airport parking service is! They went and broke my dad's car key, and they won't even bother to respond to our emails. Our car came back so filthy, like it had gone through a rough time. How do they have the nerve to call themselves a global parking service?! It's so unprofessional.
