    I recently bought a big rug from this shop and I have to say, I was really impressed by the quality of both the rug and the service. The rug matched the online description perfectly and the staff in the shop were so helpful, even moving heavy rugs for me. But what really stood out was the delivery.     I spent over $100 on stuff from this company, even paid extra to get it fast. But when the delivery guy dropped off my gear, he just left it on the street without even getting my autograph. I tried getting hold of their customer service and showed them proof of the slip-up, but they won't give me my money back. I've tried loads of times to sort this out and shown them the mistake, but all they keep offering is some credit for their store instead of giving me my cash back. It's really annoying and disappointing how little they seem to care about my problem. I've wasted so much time talking to them but still no fix in sight. If you're thinking of buying from this lot, especially in the USA, be careful.

    When I got my order, I saw that the laces and shoes had stains and dirt on them. I was really disappointed with the poor quality control and lack of attention to detail. So, I got in touch with customer service straight away. But, when I tried calling them, nobody answered, which was really annoying because I couldn't talk to anyone. After sending lots of emails, I finally got a reply and they said they would arrange for DPD to pick up the item to inspect it. It took a long time and I had to keep asking for updates to make sure they got the item and checked it.

    Last minute getaway to Hedley Wood

    I recently booked a last-minute trip to a campsite in Hedley Wood. The journey was a bit of a nightmare with all the traffic delays, which was a real downer when we first arrived. And to top it off, the onsite shop was closed, so I couldn't even grab a nice cuppa to unwind. But, the real highlight of the trip was Ellie in the bar. Despite the rocky start, she really went out of her way to make me feel at home. I mentioned I needed some milk and was about to head out to find some, but Ellie kindly offered to grab some for me from the shop (I could pay her back the next day). Her kindness and top-notch service really made my day.

    The camp itself was lovely, with a nice big pool and a fun hot tub area. My daughter had an absolute blast at the Star Wars event on Saturday, spending the whole day having a whale of a time. Despite the initial hiccups, we had a fantastic trip and will definitely be back for another visit. Big thanks to Kate in reception for all her help too.

I came across this website because I had bought a gorgeous dress from Lily Lulu Fashion before through a seller on the Vinted app. That dress is still on the original Lily Lulu website. I loved the dress so much that I wanted to get another one from a different seller on Vinted, but sadly, the seller couldn't as they were moving house. That's why I ended up searching for Lily Lulu Fashion's official website and found the dress there, along with some other items I ended up ordering.     I came across some reviews on the website that were totally off the mark and not very helpful. When I'm looking to buy something, I always check out reviews to help me decide where to shop and what to buy.     Custom curtains with fitting service

    I recently had some curtains custom made and fitted by this company, and I have to say, I am really not happy with the service I received. The curtains themselves were lovely and the price was fair, but the problems came after they were fitted. The fitters they sent did a so-so job, they didn't even polish the rail properly, which made it hard to draw the curtains. To top it off, the end stop fell off not once, but twice in just three months! I reached out to them about it, and they said they would call back after talking to the fitter, but I haven't heard from them since. As a result, I had to climb up a ladder and fix it myself, which isn't easy for a 76-year-old with arthritis. I even had to resort to superglue to try and keep it in place. I paid for a professional service, and that's not what I got. I think they should at least refund me for the fitting. It's all been really disappointing, to be honest.

    I was well and truly let down by the travel insurance I got from this company. I bought the insurance before going on a trip, but then had to get medical help urgently while I was away. They said my illness was already an ongoing issue, even though it was completely new and unexpected. I ended up paying for everything and feeling really disappointed by the insurance company.

    I checked out Tyres.Net and it seems like one of those websites where you can compare prices for tyres. It was really simple to use and I ended up buying a new set of tyres. There were plenty of different companies listed and you could see the estimated delivery times (I think?).     I bought some face wash from this brand the other day and I've found it to be fast and gentle on my skin. It's great that it doesn't have any smell, which is just what I was after.     Complete joke I’ve been waiting 17 days now for a starter motor , clear a part that’s needed to make the car start and drive , when you ask a question it takes 48 hrs to get a reply even then it’s lies about Covid delays etc . The tracking system is a joke as it’s in stage 2 out of 5 so not going to be anytime soon the parts come . They make out it’s a uk company when it’s German . Did I say AVOID, buy anywhere else as this is ridiculous service , you can’t even call them .
