I recently bought a big rug from this shop and I have to say, I was really impressed by the quality of both the rug and the service. The rug matched the online description perfectly and the staff in the shop were so helpful, even moving heavy rugs for me. But what really stood out was the delivery. The delivery service was excellent, with the drivers making sure the rug was placed just right in my room. This kind of service is hard to find these days and it's definitely worth mentioning. I spent over $100 on stuff from this company, even paid extra to get it fast. But when the delivery guy dropped off my gear, he just left it on the street without even getting my autograph. I've tried loads of times to sort this out and shown them the mistake, but all they keep offering is some credit for their store instead of giving me my cash back. It's really annoying and disappointing how little they seem to care about my problem. I've wasted so much time talking to them but still no fix in sight. When I got my order, I saw that the laces and shoes had stains and dirt on them. I was really disappointed with the poor quality control and lack of attention to detail. So, I got in touch with customer service straight away. But, when I tried calling them, nobody answered, which was really annoying because I couldn't talk to anyone. After sending lots of emails, I finally got a reply and they said they would arrange for DPD to pick up the item to inspect it. It took a long time and I had to keep asking for updates to make sure they got the item and checked it.

Last minute getaway to Hedley Wood
I recently booked a last-minute trip to a campsite in Hedley Wood. The journey was a bit of a nightmare with all the traffic delays, which was a real downer when we first arrived. And to top it off, the onsite shop was closed, so I couldn't even grab a nice cuppa to unwind. But, the real highlight of the trip was Ellie in the bar. Despite the rocky start, she really went out of her way to make me feel at home. I mentioned I needed some milk and was about to head out to find some, but Ellie kindly offered to grab some for me from the shop (I could pay her back the next day). The camp itself was lovely, with a nice big pool and a fun hot tub area. My daughter had an absolute blast at the Star Wars event on Saturday, spending the whole day having a whale of a time. Custom curtains with fitting service
I recently had some curtains custom made and fitted by this company, and I have to say, I am really not happy with the service I received. The curtains themselves were lovely and the price was fair, but the problems came after they were fitted. The fitters they sent did a so-so job, they didn't even polish the rail properly, which made it hard to draw the curtains. To top it off, the end stop fell off not once, but twice in just three months! I reached out to them about it, and they said they would call back after talking to the fitter, but I haven't heard from them since. As a result, I had to climb up a ladder and fix it myself, which isn't easy for a 76-year-old with arthritis. I even had to resort to superglue to try and keep it in place. I paid for a professional service, and that's not what I got. I think they should at least refund me for the fitting. It's all been really disappointing, to be honest.

I had a really disappointing experience with the taxi transfer service. They said their vehicles could fit a certain amount of luggage, but when I tried to get in with my usual-sized suitcase, the driver said it was too big. He wanted to charge me more or just leave me stranded without a ride. It was really stressful and inconvenient, and definitely not the smooth journey I was hoping for.

Set of tyres ordered
I checked out Tyres.Net and it seems like one of those websites where you can compare prices for tyres. It was really simple to use and I ended up buying a new set of tyres. There were plenty of different companies listed and you could see the estimated delivery times (I think?). But the thing is, all the companies seemed to be connected to a place in Witney called Deltilog \ Delticom. And then I discovered that they actually own Tyres.Net, which was a bit surprising. I decided to look at the reviews on trustpilot and it turns out that most of the other companies had bad reviews regarding their delivery and customer service. Not ideal, really.

Quick and light face wash, serum not very moisturizing
I bought some face wash from this brand the other day and I've found it to be fast and gentle on my skin. It's great that it doesn't have any smell, which is just what I was after. But even though I've been using it every day since January, I haven't really noticed any big improvements in my scarring or acne. I think the serum could also be a bit more hydrating for my skin. On the whole, the products are okay, but I was expecting to see more of a difference.

This is not a uk.co site as your lead to believe,it's in germany.the site charger you "vat",a British tax which you shouldn,t from Germany after brexit ,yet again to lead you believe they are a uk site.so far waited 9 days and on the tracking it's not moved a inch from the drop off point.customer service is the worse i.be every come across ,latest excuse is due to political problems they called is not moving in the system.this is not my problem but theres to resolve.I would not bought of a site out of the UK due to car now being off the road waiting for this part,my wife is a key worker and tomorrow needs to go to work but still no car.as I explained to this German company we live in wales in the middle of nowhere with no way of getting to work,no taxi service.
As the company is not fulfilling the purchase,taking the money not delivering the good ,I need a refund in order to buy another part ,but yet again no reply to this.

Complete joke I’ve been waiting 17 days now for a starter motor , clear a part that’s needed to make the car start and drive , when you ask a question it takes 48 hrs to get a reply even then it’s lies about Covid delays etc . The tracking system is a joke as it’s in stage 2 out of 5 so not going to be anytime soon the parts come . They make out it’s a uk company when it’s German . Did I say AVOID, buy anywhere else as this is ridiculous service , you can’t even call them .
