I recently bought tickets for a show at the theatre, but had a bit of a frustrating time with the date changes. Even though the performance I wanted to see was still happening, the theatre kept changing the date and allowing new people to book for the original date. This meant I had to go online and pick a new date, which was really inconvenient.
Tickets to a theatre performance
I went to see a play recently and I have to say, I was a bit let down by the fact that the theatre didn't have any air conditioning. The play itself was alright, but it was really hard to enjoy it with all that heat and stuffiness in the air. I think it would have been nice if they had let us know about the lack of air con in advance, or at least done something to try and cool the place down a bit. It was so hot in there that a woman actually had to leave, and all the staff gave her was an ice pack - not exactly great customer service. You'd think a theatre as well-known as this one would have higher standards.
Theatre performance of "Phantom of the Opera"
I went to see "Phantom of the Opera" at the theatre recently and it was absolutely amazing. The show had me hooked from start to finish, with top-class production and exceptional performers. The atmosphere in the theatre just added to the whole experience and made it magical. I also want to give a big shout out to the staff, especially Jasmine, who really made an effort to make my visit special. Her kindness and attention to detail made me feel valued and I really appreciated it.
Ticket purchase
I bought some tickets recently and dealt with a customer service rep called Andi. She was really friendly and super helpful in fixing an issue I had with my booking. Andi managed to solve the problem fast and efficiently, which made dealing with the customer service team a good experience overall. I'm grateful for the great service from Andi and would definitely suggest reaching out to her for any ticket-related questions.
Front row tickets for a Christmas show
My sister and I fancied checking out a Christmas show, so we came across these amazing front row tickets online. We were buzzing with excitement and added them to our cart, but when we tried to pay, it was so slow and then our cart emptied. Can you believe it? The same thing happened to my sister! Proper not cool, we definitely won't be using that site again.
Ticket purchase for Barry Manilow concert
I had such a great time at the Barry Manilow concert, but there were a few rude people in the crowd that kind of put a downer on the experience. On the bright side, the usher looking after my section was really attentive and made sure everything ran smoothly for everyone there.
Peter Pan show
I went to see the Peter Pan show, thinking it was just for kids, but it actually had a few adult themes that made me feel a bit uncomfortable. I was expecting it to be fun and light-hearted but there were some strange things included that I wasn't too keen on.
