Excellent customer service
I recently had the pleasure of speaking with a customer service representative at Priority Booker, and I have to say, I was really impressed. This person, who I'll call 'John', really went the extra mile to help me with sorting out an issue I had with my airport lounge booking. Even though the company didn't acknowledge the problem, John took it upon himself to make sure I was happy as a customer. His professionalism and dedication to fixing the problem were really admirable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Priority Booker to others after this amazing customer service experience.

Bracelet purchase
I received this really nice bracelet as a gift, it looked really fancy at first, but sadly it got all tarnished and gross after just a few months. I did my best to look after it, but it still ended up looking terrible. I was really disappointed because it was meant to be a fancy piece, but turned out to be a big disappointment. I even contacted their customer service for some help, but they weren't useful at all. I have other bracelets that are much better quality and still look great even after years. So, I wouldn't recommend buying this bracelet at all, it's a definite no-go.

Wrong item received
I recently bought something from this brand, but I was so let down because what I got was totally different from what I asked for. Not only did they mess up my order, but they also included things I didn't even want. When I got in touch with them about the mix-up, they weren't very helpful and told me to send everything back before they'd consider giving me a refund. It's been more than a month now since I sent the items back, and I still haven't got my money back. The way they've handled this situation and their lack of care for their mistakes is so frustrating. I'll definitely think twice before ordering from them again.

Donner Hush X guitar
I've been playing music for a while, and I have to say, I was pretty let down by the Donner Hush X guitar I bought recently. When it arrived, it was in a bit of a sorry state - the wings were wobbly and the pick-up switch selector was loose. Although it's easy to carry around and plays alright, the problems I found made me feel like I paid too much for something that seemed like it was slapped together quickly in a factory. If you're thinking of getting one, I'd definitely say to steer clear of this model. No one wants to end up feeling as disappointed as I do right now.

I had a really disappointing time with my ticket purchase from LW Theatres. I bought two tickets, spending £330 in total, but they didn't arrive in time for the event. This meant I missed out on the concert. I tried to get hold of the tickets but only got them by email two days after the event was over. They didn't offer me a refund or a chance to rebook, so I ended up losing out on money and missing the experience I was really excited about.

Video tape transfers
I got a bunch of video tapes transferred over at Each Moment. Going through all the transfers took ages because there were so many tapes. Unfortunately, I had some big issues with the quality of the transfers. Some of the Mini DV tapes had macro blocking problems just a few minutes in, suggesting their playback machine's heads were dirty. The next tape had the same issue, making me wonder about the quality checks they had in place. In the end, I had to re-transfer those tapes myself using my own gear. On top of that, an 8mm tape transfer I got had a glitchy picture and no sound halfway through. Even when I sent it back for a do-over, the same problems persisted without any explanation or fix. Seems like Each Moment's quality control is a bit lacking, with rushed and sloppy transfers being a common thing.

Faulty product, unhelpful customer service
The customer service at this company is shockingly terrible. I bought something recently and it came all damaged and unusable. When I got in touch with customer service to ask for a refund, they offered me a tiny bit back after two days. They only wanted to give me 29%, which was insulting because the product was no good at all, so I said no. After that, the company just ignored me completely, not telling me anything about what to do next with the return. It was so annoying to have no idea what was happening with my refund and return. Even when I complained to PayPal, the company still didn't do much, just offering another rubbish partial refund. It's just crazy how they treat their customers like this.

Stay at a holiday cottage
The complaints from the previous reviewer are just silly. We don't use that rental site anymore, but we have full confidence in our inspection team. We offered this guest inspections and deep cleans, but they turned them down quickly. Their complaints about cleanliness don't hold water, considering our great reviews on other sites and our history of happy visitors. The way they behaved rudely towards our friend, the rental team, and me was totally uncalled for. Complaining about a bit of dust or small rust marks is just ridiculous. We clearly advertised our 'shabby-chic/retro/vintage' style, so not liking the decor isn't a good reason to act like that. If they had talked to us during their stay, we could have sorted out any problems, but they didn't take that chance. Even when we tried to make a gesture of goodwill, they turned it down rudely. Trying to ruin our reputation with lies is really awful.
