    Modern technology is the way to go. I am one person who is benefiting from the modern technology. My business and social life were at a very boring stage. Thankfully to Vimeo whom I discovered and it been helping in variety of ways and adding value to me. Vimeo now helps me create marketing videos for my business and sharing same across social media pages while seeking for patronage from the viewers. This without doubt has yielded positive results to my life. Apart from marketing videos, I also create personal videos with addition of comic or humour in it, would post same and entertaining my social media followers. The video app is great, flexible and very useful. Kudos to the creators/developers!

    Video recording and editing software

    I've just had a frustrating experience using video recording and editing software. I kept hitting the "stop" button but the app wouldn't save my recordings. As a result, I lost all the work I'd put into my video and had to start again from the beginning. It was a real pain and a total waste of time. I really hope they fix this issue soon so others don't have to go through the same hassle.

    I was put off by the lack of diversity in the adverts because they didn't really speak to people like me. Being a white English bloke, it felt like they were excluding me by only showing black, Asian, and Chinese people in the ads. I reckon it's crucial for companies to be inclusive in their advertising these days if they want to connect with all kinds of folks and build a good reputation.

    Payment issue

    I've been having some trouble with Vimeo lately. My payment details, which have always worked fine before, are suddenly not being accepted. It's happening on different accounts and browsers, but the same info works fine on other websites. I've also noticed that the service quality has gone downhill in recent months, which is a shame because I've been using Vimeo for a long time. I think it might be a good idea to look at other platforms for editing and creating videos.

    I've had a pretty bad time with this video hosting website, to be honest. The customer service is shockingly terrible. For the last month, I've been trying to sort out an issue with the wrong invoice they sent me. I raised this with them 20 days ago, but the problem still isn't fixed, and now I could end up being fined because of their mistake. It's really not on and it's been really stressful and frustrating for me. On top of that, while all this has been going on, my videos have gone offline, which could mean even more financial losses for my company.

    VOD membership experience

    My time with VOD membership on Vimeo has been a letdown. I've been a member for ages and thought Vimeo was top-notch. But when I switched to a PRO account for VOD features, it didn't meet my expectations. When my membership ran out, I noticed most of my videos were taken down, only the newer ones were left. To get back my videos, I had to renew my subscription, which felt a bit like a ransom. It's really disappointing, especially since Vimeo used to be so good.

    The only good thing about the service I used was the teleprompter. Everything else was terrible. The editing and recording options were rubbish, and there weren't any filter choices. To make matters worse, they made me pay for a yearly subscription. What a waste of money!

    Subscription service experience

    I've been using this platform for a while now, and I've noticed the quality of service has been going downhill lately. It feels like they're always trying to get you to spend more money, which is annoying as a customer. The lack of clarity when they make changes to features is worrying, as it messes up my work and affects my relationships with clients. I was really let down when my subscription suddenly stopped working without any warning, leaving me without access to videos for two whole months. The fact that they didn't even say sorry or admit they made a mistake is just not good enough and doesn't show a great level of customer service from the company.
