    I recently bought a jacket from this brand. The jacket itself was nice and fit well, but I was sad to discover that the zip on the pocket was broken. I got in touch with customer service, and they did offer a replacement if I sent the jacket back. However, I needed it for a trip and couldn't wait. I had to take it to the cleaners to get the zip fixed, which cost me an extra £8. When I asked if Crosshatch could help with the cost, they said no and didn't reply to my emails. It's disappointing that they weren't willing to assist, but I understand that not everything can go smoothly.

    I am absolutely thrilled with the coffee percolator I bought, it's a great piece of equipment. I particularly love the clear knob on top, it's a unique feature that I haven't seen in a long time. The spout is also excellent, no drips when pouring which is always a bonus. The handle is really comfy to hold, which makes using it a breeze. It looks really elegant and stylish on my dining table, adds a touch of class. The only downside is that the recommended amount of ground coffee in the manual was a bit too strong for my taste. I've had to do some experimenting to get it just right for me.

    I'm really disappointed with my experience at this store. The website said orders might take 3 days to process, but it's been 5 days and no progress. When I reached out to customer service, they told me not to contact them until after 3 days. Then they said my order would be cancelled if I didn't want it. But, obviously, I want it - why else would I have paid for it? It's ridiculous to be threatened with cancellation just for asking about the delay. Finally, after days of waiting, they said my order would be dispatched on Monday. If you need your stuff quickly, I'd suggest avoiding this store.

    I must say that it's been quite frustrating dealing with the claim process at Petwise. We lodged a claim almost 7 weeks ago and haven’t had any updates for 4 weeks now. When we first contacted them, they asked for the full medical history but we haven't heard anything since then. This delay has put us under a lot of financial pressure because the vet bills keep increasing and we're paying interest on our credit card. We even sent more claims which are also pending but haven't heard anything back from them. All in all, we're really disappointed with the lack of communication and the slow processing.

    Car rental experience in Crete

    My experience with the car rental company in Crete was really disappointing. I had just landed after a long flight and when I got to the office to pick up the car I had booked in advance back in the UK, things started to go wrong. I was surprised with extra charges, like a fee for picking up the car after 10.00pm, which wasn't even mentioned in the booking information. On top of that, the person at the office wasn't very helpful and paying the security deposit was a bit of a nightmare. All in all, I wouldn't recommend this company, especially the specific car hire branch I had to deal with.

    I recently bought something from this website and it didn't go well at all, to be honest. They changed their domain from .eu to .com and then I got the wrong guide with my order. And to make matters worse, my products never even turned up, even after waiting for months. I tried to get help by making a claim about the missing order. At first, they said they understood the problem, but then they went all quiet on me. I tried contacting their customer service multiple times, but didn't get any updates on my products or any kind of refund.     Daughter's prescription glasses

    I recently ordered some prescription glasses for my daughter, but unfortunately they weren't quite what she was hoping for. I asked for an exchange, but it ended up taking longer than I had anticipated. I got in touch with customer service to try and speed things up, and I was lucky enough to speak to Mr. Raunak and Ms. Parveen Banu. They really helped me out and managed to get my order expedited. I'm really grateful for their assistance.

    Premier League live streaming

    As a customer wanting to watch live Premier League games, I was really let down by the lack of content and support from the provider. It seems like they care more about making money than giving good service to their customers. With all the money coming in from Saudi and Qatar, it's obvious their focus is elsewhere. It's sad to see these companies taking advantage of fans' passion just to make more money. Personally, I won't support their greedy ways and will find another place to stream my games.

    Replacement parts for my car

    I recently ordered some replacement parts for my car from this shop and I have to say, I was quite happy with how it all turned out. The stuff I got was top-notch and the prices were fair. Only downside was that the delivery took longer than I had hoped, which was a bit of a letdown. If they could speed up their delivery times, it would really make a difference to the whole customer experience.

    I found buying things pretty easy and straightforward. But gotta admit, although the deals are tempting, the extra delivery charges can really push up the total cost, especially if you're getting a few things at once. It kinda takes away from the good value the products offer.

    I recently had a new boiler fitted by a really nice engineer. He was on time, super friendly, and really knew what he was doing. He explained everything really well and cleaned up after himself, leaving everything neat and tidy. It was a really great experience overall.

    Refused payment issue

    I got in touch with SF to chat about a payment that was turned down for a plan I already had. The person I spoke to was really great and explained the problem clearly. However, it did take 3 weeks to sort out from when I first called. SF did send an email saying sorry for the hold-up, but they could improve by being quicker with their communication for a better rating.

    Easy booking process, good prices, nice car

    I recently hired a car from this company and I have to say, I was really impressed. The booking process was super easy, and the prices they gave me were really good. When we went to collect the car, we were pleasantly surprised to see that it was a lovely one, all clean and in great shape. All in all, it was a great experience and I would definitely think about using them again next time.

    Perfect dress, helpful advice on accessories

    My time at the store was absolutely fantastic, all thanks to Shona. She really knew her stuff and helped me pick out a dress that I ended up loving. I don't think I would have even tried it on if it wasn't for her. Not only did she help me with the outfit, but she also gave me some great advice on accessories that went perfectly with the dress. Shona paid attention to every little detail and knew everything about the products, which made shopping so easy for me. I'll definitely be coming back to the store next time I need something new.

    Rose bush gift for friend's 80th

    Oh my goodness, I got a rose bush for my mate's 80th birthday and it was absolutely amazing! The wrapping was top-notch, and the delivery person was really careful with it. When I opened it up, the bush was packed with buds and healthy leaves - really adorable! Plus, it was a decent price, so I'm chuffed!

    Fixed my printer installation

    This lad Nasar was a real tech wizard! He managed to remote log onto my computer and guided me through the printer installation process. The instruction manual was completely useless, so I was hugely grateful for his assistance. Without him, I would've been totally lost. Big thanks to Nasar!

    Courses vary widely in delivery, great to see some being updated, disappointing to find the 4th module of the graphic design course is the remnant of a previous version and does not cover the promised topics. Maybe one day I will be able to finish the course with the 2020 presenter (much better than the previous presenter!)

    Contacting them has been convoluted, ring and you get a message and told to contact on-line, some things are just easier and simpler to be able to talk to a person.

    Seemed like an amazing offer at first and signed up.

    The second I signed up I started to receive so many emails and text messages some of which were sent multiple times, which is honestly so frustrating. It's only 12pm and I already received 7 emails today asking me to write a review.

    The course has been good but the lady goes through everything pretty quickly so I think it would be helpful if you could stop the video. Also the chat doesn't seem to work since non of my questions were answered.

    Finally, the course is supposed to be free but as soon as you sign up you have to pay $39.99 for each module you take so you will end up spending quite a lot of money before the free trail runs out.

    I like clothing and the quality is good . But, my normal size in all shops does not match lavish Alice therefore I have to order the rise I think I
    Am and one smaller time gauge . Then I have to pay to return the item - I agree with many others returns should be free ALSO. On sale items no money refund just credit notes which their range is not vast ! So I now have a large credit note too which I can’t spend ?

    Nothing Positive to say

    Flowers were absolutely appalling, they are the worst flowers I have ever ordered / ever seen in my life. Flowers in my garden in the middle of a thunder storm look nicer!! There were flowers missing, flowers cut, 3 roses instead of 5. The bunch was so small it could fit in a small vase, despite paying £35.00.
    Even Interflora could've done better!!!
