Gap insurance purchase
I bought gap insurance from this company not long ago, but to be honest, I wasn't too happy with how things turned out. When I got it, they didn't really explain the terms and conditions properly, and later on I found out about some sneaky clauses that affected how much money I would get back if I cancelled the policy after 10 months. I feel let down by the lack of openness and it seems like they didn't tell me everything I needed to know at the start.
Gap insurance purchase
After I had a car accident, I decided to get gap insurance for some extra protection. I got in touch with this company, like someone recommended, and I was really impressed with the service I got. The person I spoke to on the phone was really nice and they helped me understand everything. They took the time to explain things clearly so I knew what I was getting. The customer service was great overall, and I would definitely suggest this company to anyone looking for gap insurance.
Info needed for my car
When I called to ask about some car stuff, the person I talked to was really helpful. They explained everything so clearly and made sure I understood what I was getting. It was great to have someone take the time to answer my questions without rushing me. I felt really confident about my decision after speaking with them.
GAP insurance policy
I bought a GAP insurance policy from this company back in March 2020, but had to cancel it in August 2021 because I sold my car. The cancellation process was a bit of a letdown because I only got back £9.20 as a refund for a policy that still had a good amount of time left on it. It's a shame that the company doesn't have a more fair refund policy in place.
Gap Insurance purchase
I recently bought GAP Insurance from this company when I got my new car. I went for the back to invoice option, and I'm so pleased I did. Unfortunately, I had an accident a few weeks back which meant my car was a write off. I got in touch with the company and was put in touch with a rep called Leanne. I can't thank her enough for her fantastic service. She dealt with everything, spoke to my insurance company, and kept me updated all the way. I got my payout just 10 days after the accident, and they even sorted my excess with their "Excess Buster" option. On top of that, I got a nice loyalty discount for my next car purchase after claiming. All in all, this company has really helped me through a tough time, and I would definitely recommend them.
GAP insurance for new car
I got myself some GAP insurance last year when I picked up my new car. It was pretty easy to sort out, and the folks on the phone were really good at talking me through what it covers and answering any queries I had. So far, touch wood, I've not had to use it, but I think it's worth it just for the peace of mind it gives. I'd suggest thinking about getting GAP insurance to safeguard your investment in case anything unexpected happens.
Claim on GAP Insurance
Oh my gosh, I got this gap insurance for my Mini Cooper, right? Then this massive storm comes along and wrecks my car. I had to deal with Davies Group and they were just awful! They made me wait ages and didn't really do anything useful. They promised me £7,000 but then changed their minds - so not fair! I'm so angry with them, I just want to scream!
GAP insurance policy refund disappointment
As a customer who has been with this company for a long time, I've always had good experiences when changing my vehicles before. But my recent experience has really let me down. When I tried to switch my vehicle this time, they told me that my only choice was to cancel my policy, even though I still had 2 1/2 years left on it. And then, on top of that, they only gave me a refund of £7.50. It made me feel like they don't appreciate my loyalty as a customer. So, in the future, I'll be searching for a different company for my GAP insurance needs.
GAP Insurance purchase
I've just bought GAP insurance for my car and I have to say, I'm really happy with the service I've received from the company. My last car was stolen a few times, so having GAP insurance now feels really important and valuable to me.

AVOID!!!!
Took cover out for £171 4th March 2020 and cancelled 5th August 2021 (17 months and not even 1 day given their time to respond) as vehicle sold on a policy covering 4 years (48 months). Received £9.20! You would have thought at least 40% of the policy back would have been reasonable given the time period. £9.20 is pretty much a joke, please keep this in mind if you use this company. I get the game of insurance but basically took all payment for a few emails, most of the life of the policy still left to use and no real rebate policy. Even accepting an admin charge even at £50 for example and rebate of period used on the policy with remaining balance left to refund would have been fair. Equivalent to a high rate credit card or loan provider... BEWARE! Basically gave them free money!Restore to Invoice value
Had to claim as car written off. Claims process no issues. Prompt and full payout. Have already bought Policy for new car with Click4Gap. Would recommend.
It was the smartest decision to go for car insurance, especially with click4gap
the guys at click4gap are really persuasive and convincing on getting car insurance, especially with a expensive car purchase at the starting.
so I got serious with that. I did my car insurance around 2 years back and recently another car insrance for my younger brother, just bought Ford. He loves it, so better got insured.
the value never decrease, you got covered your car for an damages or mishappening, low cost insurance, investment is not much in comprison of what you are getting. so
I personally recommend to go for car insurances
and especially for click4gap.
