I returned a lot of the clothing as it was too small, I did not try any of them on, but according to their standards, they cannot refund me the entire amount. They said something about a 'hygiene ...' being open. I was not warned about this when purchasing/returning the clothing. It needs to be more transparent, cause I feel like I have been scammed.

Order 2 puzzle on 30th Nov and was inform I would received goods by 6th Dec, Then was told 10th now 13th Dec still waiting and nothing arrived. Phone company was told due to Christmas rush the shipping is slower. How does it take almost two weeks fro a parcel go from UK to Ire you could walk quicker. Very disappointed.

What I purchase normally brooches, lingerie, handbags, jackets jeans etc is not important..What mostly I add in my list is Indian wears what I love most. For last six years, I have been a regular customer of this fine shop.
Indian ethnic wears always been my crush and I do purchase almost every months.
