Spirit of India and Amritsar add on
I went on a spirit of an India trip with Amritsar add on.
It looks good in the brochure, but things aren’t always as they seem. If like me you like a toilet break every two hours (discussed with the company in depth in advance) or have a hidden disability. then this holiday is not for you - use a different holiday company!
Their planned toilet stops are every 3.5 hours, so ladies bring your pads and gents be prepared for “natural stops” while all the passengers watch you out the window or bring a bottle and a blanket as a screen.
The Taj Mahal in Agra was good, along with the two trips to the Ganges river and the Golden Temple at Amritsar too.
Rarely are you in the same spot for more than one night and a 6 hour daily coach or train journey became the norm.
It was a shame that there was not an opportunity to enjoy the hotels that we’d obviously paid a lot of money for. If you’re looking for tigers in the game park, don’t get your hopes up. 99% unlikely.
It is also a disappointment that there is little opportunity to explore the areas in the major cities that we’d traveled too
If you are lucky enough to find some companionship from the opposite ... and wish to be bring them “home” this is frowned upon by the company - even if you have paid extra due double occupancy as required by the hotel
I received a letter on holiday basically saying that the two hourly toilet stops required (and discussed in advance) due to diabetes was a disruption to the

Really let themselves down..
Afraid my experience has been very much the same as others recently.
Ordering via the website is easy and straightforward, email thanking me for my order arrived within minutes, I knew delivery could be up to 14 days so no problem, happy to wait.
10 days later message from DPD saying my delivery was scheduled for the Tuesday (Saturday message arrived) wife took the day off and waited in...Nothing.
Tried contacting Even Greener but no call back and no response to emails.
To date we had two more notifications from DPD giving delivery dates but this time we checked and they hadn't even picked up the goods from E.G, Needless to say nothing arrived.
After 17 days and still no communication from E.G I sent an email asking for a full refund, amazingly had a message back within an hour apologising for the delay and my order cancelled and refund has been issued.
Its a real shame as I have purchased from them in the past with no issues, due to a severe lack of communication they have lost (yet another) customer.
Decided to order from Amazon for nearly the exact same items, ok £20 more expensive BUT delivered within 48 hours with full details, tracking and delivery notification.
Sorry Ever Greener but if you can not fulfil orders and you don't keep in touch with your customers, your going to loose every time.......Review about: Karl Taylor Education

No good Company
Terrible have been taking money from my bank 3 times in same day .ask for refund waiting ,email nothing really happens,I want to cancel ,never again
These people are fraudsters. They took over £3,000 from my 80 year old father's credit card in just 3 months, and we could only stop it by closing the credit card down.
Tried to withdraw my winning (£6), months ago...still nothing. Despite replys stating they will look into it. Don't bother, stick to your normal lottery, much safer
I hope this syndicate is not the same as Lotto 777’s who are just fraudsters

Don't use this company. I am trying to obtain satisfaction from PayPal as order has never arrived. If you chase, you just get a standard reply stating parcel is with Hermes for delivery. If you check Hermes, you find the goods are 'expected from seller'. This continues for days until you are advised that delivery will be Thursday. You wait in, it doesn't arrive. You contact C&C and are told it will be Friday. You wait in again, it doesn't arrive. After another complaint; you are told it will be Sat 12-2 - nothing - until this is changed to 7-9pm. I needn't tell you that Hermes yet again do not deliver. I think this company is fraudulent.
I agree - do not buy from them as a lot of the items they sell can be found cheaper on the net, some with free postage just bought something (not from C & C )and it arrived within 2 days

I will not use Printerpix again
I have used Printerpix on many occasions and not had any problems but my last project (100 page photo book) has been completely ruined by this company and their very poor customer service. Having loaded, sized and labelled almost all of the pages, photos started disappearing from my book so I called them and after 20 minutes managed to speak to someone who said I must use Google Chrome and not IE (don't see that anywhere on the website). I was told that they were also having technical difficulties and everything would be ok in 24 hours. As this was the 1st time I had contacted them I had no reason to disbelieve this response so l waited and then tried again. My pictures had not been recovered so I upload and positioned them once again only to find that the next time I logged on the pictures had gone again. After more calls and technical problem excuses I rang and asked for the vouchers that I had purchased to be refunded. I spend 1/2 hour on the phone speaking with someone who could not make himself understood and had trouble understanding me. I was eventually told that a refund would be done and an email sent as confirmation. Needless to say no email arrived so I then used their chat line to speak to another customer advisor (Casper) who I must say was helpful and told me that there was no record of my previous phone call and no refund had been actioned. Anyway he managed to sort it out and I now need to wait for 10-15 days for the refund. Strange that I paid instantly using Paypal yet it takes them 10-15 days to pay me! So now I am thinking that I will just log on to my project and screen shot what was left of the album to help me put another one together with a better company but incredibly they have wiped out all of my photos which I can only assume is their policy when someone asks for a refund. So having wasted many hours, 3 phone calls and 3 chat calls I am left with nothing. Thanks Printerpix.

Horrendous experience !!
Definitely do not use this service!!! Sent my phone to them then they reduced the initial value saying they found a fault and phone was marked even though my phone was in mint condition. I refused valuation and asked for my phone back. What I received back was not my black iPhone 7 but a silver scratched iPhone 6 with marked screen!!!After a few days they came back to me and shock horror said they had lost my phone. I only used this service to get some quick money even though I could have got more privately.this has been far from quick . When you phone they have no power to do anything and trying to get a response to emails is an absolute nightmare. I could go on but you get the picture. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!
