Anniversary gift recreation
I had the pleasure of working with the team at this place recently, especially with a wonderful person called Sanaz. I went to them with a quite tricky request to recreate a lost necklace, which held a lot of meaning for my wife's 21st anniversary gift. I can't praise Sanaz enough for her dedication in helping me make this vision a reality. Her attention to detail, commitment, and willingness to go above and beyond really made the whole process smooth and enjoyable.
Thanks to Sanaz's hard work and the support of the whole team, I managed to bring back a precious piece of my wife's past that she had missed deeply. The happiness and joy on her face when she received the recreated necklace were priceless and truly made the experience unforgettable. I am extremely grateful for the kindness, professionalism, and dedication shown by the Annoushka team throughout this journey.

Although I have been away from my mom for several years due to my studies outside home, but even at that, I always know her to love jewellery. As I was looking for a special gift for her 60th birthday coming up, I know that if presented a jewellery, she would really appreciate. Being a gift coming from her son after many years not being together, that must worth the whole essence of it. Series of online search led to Annoushka which was further proven by reviews from customers who have bought and used their. Well, I got a personalized necklace for my mom for her 60th birthday. My happiest moment was when she appreciated the gift so much. Thanks to Annoushka.
Chain replacement
I had to get in touch with customer service because a chain I bought a few months ago ended up breaking. It was a bit disappointing, but I was really surprised by how quick and efficient the customer service team was. They got back to me on the same day, organised for the chain to be picked up promptly, and sent me a replacement within two weeks. Even though it was a shame that the chain broke, I must say that the customer service was absolutely brilliant. I want to give a big shoutout to Sanaz from customer service for being so helpful and keeping me updated every step of the way.
Faulty earring replacement
I had a brilliant experience with the customer service at this jewellery store. The staff were really helpful and took care of my concerns about a faulty earring that I lost. They were so understanding and sorted me out with a replacement without any fuss. George at the Liberty store was especially great - he was friendly, patient, and made me feel like a valued customer. Even when lockdown was going on, the staff were still on the ball and looked after me. I was really impressed by how efficient and dedicated they were to making sure I was happy with their service.
Bracelet purchase
I bought a bracelet from this shop recently and I have to say, I am really disappointed with how it turned out. The bracelet was poorly made, it kept getting caught on my clothes causing the clasp to undo itself, and I ended up losing the bracelet after only two months of wearing it. I feel like my money has been wasted and I'm really let down by the product.
Disappointed with functionality
When I first saw the designs at this place, I was really impressed. But then I bought some pieces and they just didn't work properly. Even though the brand said their stuff was durable and fun, I thought the quality wasn't up to scratch. I ended up having to get things fixed often, which was expensive. It's disappointing to see such a high-end brand caring more about looks than how long their products last.

Flower pendant repair
I recently got my little flower pendant repaired at the store, but I was quite disappointed with the service. I took it in because the flower had come off the chain, but when I went to collect it, they told me there was nothing wrong and that it had just been cleaned. I feel frustrated and uneasy now, worried that the pendant might fall off again and get lost.
Uncomfortable earrings
I've bought quite a few pieces from this brand because I love their beautiful designs, but the earrings I got recently with a hook for a pendant are just not wearable. Even though I usually adore Annoushka's creations, these earrings have really disappointed me. The sales assistant in the shop wasn't very helpful and didn't seem interested, and kept saying there wasn't any issue with the design. But when I got in touch with customer service, they did admit that the hook restricts the space for the ear lobe, but they didn't think it was a big deal. Unfortunately, it is a big deal because the earrings are so uncomfortable to wear. The post is too short for the hook and the ear lobe, so it's uncomfortable and leaves marks on my ears. I can't wear them for more than a few minutes before I have to take them off. To top it all off, the solution from customer service was for me to change the post myself, even though the earrings were quite pricey. It's really frustrating and has made me feel let down by a brand I used to love.
Charm bracelet
The products from this brand are really not up to scratch. I bought a charm bracelet and I keep having problems with the clasp coming undone. I've spent over £5000 on it, but it keeps coming loose, so I can't wear it without worrying about losing it. It's not the standard I'd expect from a luxury brand, and I'm really disappointed with what I've been given.
