    Big order, no refund!

    I've ordered a bunch of stuff and spent a lot of money, but ended up having to send most of it back. Now I'm just waiting for my refund, but it's taking forever! I've tried emailing and messaging them on social media, but they're completely ignoring me.

    Replacement item not received

    It's quite worrying that the company hasn't fulfilled their obligations under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. They told me they would send a replacement item in their email, but they haven't followed through on that promise. This lack of responsibility is disheartening and shows they don't really understand customer rights and what they should do. Instead of taking responsibility, they're trying to blame the courier service, which isn't very professional and just proves they haven't had proper customer service training. It's obvious they don't know the legal rules for selling goods in the UK.

    I nearly bought 3 things from that shop, but I thought I'd better read some reviews first. I'm really glad I did because it looks like a lot of people have had problems with them. I don't want to risk wasting my money on a dodgy seller!

    Shirt purchase for husband

    I'm really annoyed with the service I got from this company. I ordered a shirt for my husband but it was too small, so I sent it back following their returns process. I paid extra for recorded delivery to make sure they got it. I even sent them an email to let them know it was on its way back and asked when I could expect the new shirt. They replied first saying it should be with me in 15 days, but then they ignored all my other emails. I'm shocked at how badly they have communicated with me and the poor customer service they have given.

    Sweatshirt with brand tag issue

    The label at the bottom of the sweatshirt fell off pretty quickly after I started wearing it, and honestly, I was a bit disappointed given how much I spent on it. I tried reaching out to their customer service team by email, but got no response at all, which just goes to show that they don't really pay much attention to customer queries.
