I was a bit worried about using this website because of some bad reviews, but I was actually really impressed with my experience. It was easy to find my way around the site, especially on my iPhone, and the information on flights and connecting times was clear. Booking was simple and payment was done quickly. I got my flight tickets via email pretty quickly, within 20 minutes of booking. On the whole, I had a great experience and would definitely use this service again. I checked prices on other sites and even with the airline directly, and I saved a lot of money by booking through this one. I would definitely recommend it!

I recently checked out the beer selection at Beer Hunter, and I must say it's quite impressive. They have a nice variety of beer cases available at reasonable prices. Ordering online is super convenient, and the delivery is quick and safe, making the whole shopping experience really pleasant.
However, I do have a small issue to mention about the packaging. I bought two cases, but they were delivered in a single box. For some people, this might not be a big deal, but personally, I found the one box to be a bit heavy and hard to handle, especially considering my age. The people working at this storage place were really professional and helpful. I had a really good experience right from when I first called up to ask about renting a unit. The person I spoke to was really calm, patient, and happy to answer all my questions. I want to give a special mention to Adam for giving top-notch customer service the whole time. He knew his stuff, was friendly, and made sure everything I needed was sorted. Because of the amazing service I got, I felt sure about choosing to rent a unit here.

Moisturising skincare drinks
I was a bit unsure about trying out these moisturising skincare drinks from this brand, but I have to say, I am really impressed with the results! My skin feels way more hydrated, supple, and just looks better than it ever has. A nice little bonus was that I realised my joints weren't as achy as usual - not sure if that's supposed to happen, but I'm not complaining! I'm already onto my second box of these delicious "treat" drinks and I'm excited to see more improvements in my skin and overall health.

The live chat isn't functional, and the helpline has long waiting times.

Quick and efficient testing service
I got myself a rapid lateral flow test before heading to London, and I must say, I was really impressed with the service I got. The test arrived at my hotel nice and quick, and Louise was so helpful in walking me through the process over email. Uploading my test results was a breeze, and I had my certificate in no time at all. I was a bit unsure at the beginning, being my first time trying this out, but now I'll definitely be using it again and suggesting it to others.

I bought a handcrafted wooden shelf on Etsy, but had a bad time with the seller. They took the money from my credit card but never sent the shelf, and then closed their shop. I decided to take a risk and ordered the mystery box, and I'm so happy I did! It only cost me £20, but I got a lot more products than I expected. The best items for me were the vitamin C serum and face cream, they really made my skin look amazing! There was a great variety of products in the box, and I got a hairbrush too, which was a pleasant surprise. I can definitely say I won't be using any other day cream after trying the products from this mystery box. I'm really disappointed with how this company is handling things. I ordered some hair products ages ago, been trying to get in touch for weeks now and no one's getting back to me. They still haven't sent me my order. It's a shame really because their products are so good, but their customer service is just not up to scratch. You've got to keep your customers in the loop, sort things out with refunds if needed and not just ignore them.

I'm really disappointed with how things went with this company. The delivery of my modern floor lamp was a total nightmare. They originally said it'd arrive on Tuesday, but it's now Friday and still no sign of it. The delivery company, Yodel, kept telling me it was on its way - first on Wednesday, then this morning, and now who knows when it'll actually show up. It's been so frustrating and inconvenient for me as a customer. And to top it off, they said the delay was because Lampandlight didn't give Yodel our full address. That's just not good enough, they should pay more attention to the details.

"New mission" boots
I bought these boots online and they turned out to be a real disappointment. When I tried them on, they made this really irritating squeaky noise every time I took a step. It was so embarrassing having to walk around all day with squeaky boots! I was really let down by the terrible quality and wanted to send them back. But then I discovered I would have to pay for the return. I mean, come on, that's not fair! I got a faulty product and now I have to fork out to send it back? That's just not right at all.

We've just got back from a trip to Morocco and it was fantastic. Everything went according to plan, the company was in contact with us from the moment we arrived. We had an incredible 5 days exploring the mountains and desert, but decided to end our trip with a couple of days at a hotel.
