    Thank you for your email. Thank you also for the next day delivery fee refund. I am not satisfied with your resolution due to the following reasons:

    Monday 12th December 2022: I placed an order which was meant to be delivered next day. Because the dress was meant to be worn on Sunday 18th of December for the choir's special presentation, I requested a next day delivery service.

    Thursday 15th December: I sent an email to you asking for a refund for the next delivery fee. I finally received an email from EVRI confirming parcel was ready for collection at the agreed location. I had a 2 day church program which started this day and finished 10 pm. The EVRI location closes at 11 pm

    Friday 16th December (afternoon): I received an email from EVRI thanking me for collecting my parcel.... this never happened as I was in the office. I tried calling the store, but the number either rings out or does not connect. This was the second day of the church program which also ended 10 pm. EVRI store closed at 11 pm.

    Saturday 17th December: I took a cab from my house to the EVRI store (cost me around £7.40). I got there and someone with the name of Raj took my number and screenshots of the emails sent by EVRI. He said he would investigate the issue, look into the CCTV cameras and csll me back that day. I explained I need to get this resolved on the day because that dress is to be worn on Sunday. He said he will involve the store manager who starts his shift in the afternoon. I left cause I had to attend a program in church and emphasised I would come back in the evening. During the day, I was informed that a regular customer had placed several Boohoo orders and someone gave the customer my parcel by mistake. This is outrageous as this means that the first security measure to avoid these kinds of mistakes was overlooked: you need an ID to match the name on the parcel. This principle was clearly not followed. I was told that the 'frequent customer' is due to collect a parcel that evening at which point they will explain the issue to the customer and won't release his parcel until mine is returned.

    Saturday 17th December - 6.45 pm: I went back to the store, explain the situation again and at first, I was told the manager is not available. Magically, Pedro, the store manager, spoke to me. He confirmed he was aware of my situation. He confirmed he was waiting for the frequent customer as there don't have contact details of those who place orders. I waited until 8 pm as I was determined to get my choir uniform for the next day. Pedro understood and offered a hot beverage which I nicely declined, I wanted my dress and get home. But it was getting cold and I was hungry and by the time I get home is too late for me to cook. So I bought some this to eat that I could quickly heat up once I arrived home (it was a Tesco store). I spent around £7.70 pm. Upon leaving, Pedro wanted to give me something: a bouquet of flowers, he felt really bad for me. Again, I nicely declined them cause I was upset as I started to realise that I will not have the dress sing with the choir tomorrow.

    Sunday 18th December: I went to church with a dress one size smaller. No once from the store got back to me with any update.

    Monday 19th December: I don't have a dress, really disappointing service from Boohoo and EVRI, especially when no attention to detail is provided to their work, promises are not kept and there is no phone number to reach either of the companies. People are looking for work, open a call centre!

    My request: I want full refund for the dress: £31.87; and be compensated for the cab I took and the food I had to buy which comes to a total of £15.10 (£7.70 plus £7.40). The grand total will be £46.97.

    I ordered 2 dresses for my wife and paid extra for express delivery 1-2 days.

    Today was the deadline to receive the order and suddenly I get an email sating my order had been delivered. After enquiring, they for no reason decided that my order should be delivered to a collection point, even though I gave my full address and there is people at home ALL the time. I am not able to collect and also paid for the extra charge of the express delivery to have it sent to my home.

    When contacting the customer service is appalling the level of ineptitude that can be found. No help whatsoever to the point on just telling "you collect or the product is returned to us". Just like that, they make the mistake but offer no help or anything, no acknowledgement of the extra money paid that so far they do not want to give back! And just the fact that you take the time to buy from them and expect them to fullfill their own temrs and conditions but they just want to rip your money!

    I’m very disappointed that boohoo continue to use Hermes for delivery rather than sourcing an alternative courier. The delays in receiving orders is very discouraging. My order has been delivered to the local shop who tells me they haven’t received order from Hermes, I’m disappointed and frustrated that I can’t travel with my parcel. Also there is a long delay with response from boohoo WhatsApp customer services and would suggest that you do better and respond promptly as there is currently no customer satisfaction.

    I bought 2 gift cards as a birthday present to be delivered by email almost 3 weeks ago. On the recipient’s birthday in September, I received an email from BooHoo that my gift cards were sent. However, they were never received. Somehow my gift cards/order number got lost in the ether and I could only prove that I bought them by sending a screenshot of the transaction from my bank app. After more than 2 weeks of hassle and daily contact with the complaints department, the gift cards were finally received. The complaints department said they requested to resend these gift cards daily but never materialised in the recipient’s email box. And no compensation offered. An absolute disgrace and will never use again.

    Bought 7 dresses. So excited to open it when received. Tried them on and was unhappy. All poor quality and cheap looking materials. I will never shop again with boohoo. I know the quality is bad as my daughter gave me Xmas present in 2017 from boohoo. I thought they have change their workmanship since they acquire many high street shops but it’s the same.
    Never again.

    Have been waiting for my clothes to arrive. Theres no communication whatsoever. They claimed you could track the clothes but i havent been able to since they allegedly left the UK. Its been weeks! Never purchasing from them again.

    Two coloured jeans

    Two coloured jeans each leg a different colour denium. Slightly flared, straight 90s fit, with a split on each hem, we're slightly long but OK for the price and 90s vibe. Happy with the purchase and let me know plsrecieved it on time. Will purchase again from the brand. Does any one know what the sizing is like for their biker jackets?

    2 x jumpsuits, both size 14 but terrible fit, too tight to even get over my legs which seem to fit perfectly for size 14's in other shops.

    Everything I order from here seems to be badly sized these days.
