Poor product quality
I recently bought something from this company and I'm really disappointed because the quality was really bad. It wasn't what I thought it would be and I was quite upset. I had to go through their return process and it cost me an extra £12 to send it back. It's been 3 weeks now since I returned it and I haven't heard anything from them. I tried contacting customer service multiple times but I keep getting the same automatic response. It's really annoying to be ignored and not know what's going on, especially since I'm now £100 down and have nothing to show for it. I would recommend avoiding this company completely because it's just not worth it.

Didn't realize it was from Germany. Asked to cancel at dispatch but was told to refuse delivery which I did. It's now six weeks later, still no refund of £70. Last update on tracking was a month ago and they are not interested in chasing DHL. I'm not convinced I'll get that 70 quid back. They only respond to emails after multiple chases after days of waiting. I would strongly advise against used BSTN.
