I'm really disappointed with the lack of communication and updates about my order. The tracking info still says the package is in limbo, and I've not had any updates even though I paid a lot for the boots. Recent mattress collection attempt
I recently went through a bit of a nightmare trying to get my old mattress collected. I made sure to take time off work so I could be home when they said they'd come, but then they turned up and said they wouldn't take it. Soymilk machine purchase

I wanted to give some feedback about a recent purchase I made from your online store - a soymilk machine. I was a bit disappointed because the description didn't mention the size of the machine, and when it arrived, I realised it only makes small portions of 2-3 deciliters. Another thing that let me down was the manual. It was not very helpful as it didn't clearly explain the functions or provide any troubleshooting tips. The markings on the machine were also unclear, making it difficult to figure out how to use it properly. It seems like only one function is working, and the others can't be selected. Wrong sizing, poor customer service
I'm pretty upset with the poor customer service and their refusal to accept my return. The item I bought didn't fit me, and I couldn't find any information about returns. When I reached out to customer service via email, they were not willing to make any exceptions to their 14-day return policy, which I didn't even know about. I'm really disappointed and surprised by their lack of help and understanding. I definitely won't be ordering from them again.

Drylining training course
I really enjoyed the drylining training course - it was so enlightening! The instructor was great, really knew their stuff and was super easy to approach. They were always happy to help with any questions or worries. Any problems that came up during the course were sorted out quickly and efficiently, making sure we all learned smoothly. The skills I gained are so important and will definitely help me in my future projects. I'm really thankful for the chance to attend and would definitely suggest this training course to other people.

Booking package for France with Taylor Swift tickets
My experience with the company was really disappointing and frustrating. I had booked a package for three people to stay in France for three nights, which also included tickets to see Taylor Swift, costing well over £3000. However, I was absolutely shocked by the poor service provided by the company. They told me that the Taylor Swift tickets would only be given out 24 hours before the show, to stop them being resold. This caused me a lot of unnecessary anxiety and stress, especially as the tickets only arrived 9 hours before the event. The first day and night of our holiday were completely ruined because of this delay in getting the tickets. And on top of all that, the tickets were sent via WhatsApp from an Indian phone number. I've never had such a bad experience with a travel company before. I would strongly recommend that others steer clear of using this company.

I really like using technology from abroad, so when I needed a new charger in a hurry, I turned to CAFAGO. I've just bought some stuff from this shop and it was great! The towels I bought were so soft and snug. I felt so fancy using them after my bath, like a true queen.
