Refund delay
It was quite annoying waiting a whole month for my refund, but eventually I decided to contact customer service. To my surprise, Barry actually replied to me the very next day and was very helpful in sorting out the problem quickly. Even though it took a while to get my refund, I was happy with how Barry dealt with it.

Smartwatch purchase
I bought a smartwatch from this company recently, and I have to say, I was really disappointed with the whole thing. They told me it would arrive in 3-5 days which was great because it was meant to be a Christmas gift. But they actually shipped it 5 days late, so it didn't arrive until after Christmas. It took ages to sort it out, with loads of back and forth emails, and I only got my refund over a month later. The communication was so bad, and the whole thing was just really frustrating. I definitely wouldn't recommend ordering from this company.

Delayed order
Oh great, what a nightmare! I ordered something and it's been delayed time and time again. And now, just my luck, I'm on holiday and my package is supposed to arrive today. How frustrating! The lack of communication and all these delays have really annoyed me. If this is the kind of service they're proud of, I'm worried about what getting my order will actually be like.

Large storage tent, 2nd purchase
Oh my gosh, House of Tents is absolutely fantastic! I recently purchased my second large storage tent (10m x 8m) from them, and the whole process from ordering to delivery was a breeze. My first tent from them (10m x 5m) is still in great condition after 7 years, so I knew I had to go back to them for another one. The instructions were simple to follow and they even included some extra bits. Their customer service is excellent, they answered all my questions really quickly. I would definitely recommend House of Tents to anyone in need of a durable and high-quality tent.

Online boot order for birthday gift
I've just ordered a pair of boots online from this company for my birthday. I wasn't sure about the size, so I phoned customer services to make sure they'd get here in time. The person I spoke to was really friendly and helpful, which made ordering much easier. The boots arrived quickly and everyone loved them - they fit nicely, were comfy, and looked amazing. I didn't know this company before, but I'll definitely buy from them again. I highly recommend them.

damaged goods, refund issue, overcharging
I recently bought something from this company and it arrived all banged up. I got in touch with customer service and they said they would give me a refund, but they didn't actually do it, so I had to keep on at them about it. Also, I saw that they were charging me more than what I had originally paid, so I was never going to be able to clear my debt with them. It basically made me pay everything off in one go and say goodbye to my account with them.
