I recently bought 5 bras and I have to say, I'm really pleased with the service I got. The bras came super fast and were packed really well. When I tried them on, they were so comfy, the comfiest ones I've ever had actually. I'd definitely suggest this shop to anyone looking for good quality underwear.
Shaping underwear purchase
I got some shaping underwear to try and make my middle look a bit slimmer, but it turns out they're too short for me - even though I'm only 5ft 7". The sizes were all wrong, and now I can't even return them because they were on sale. I suppose if I manage to lose some weight they might fit better, but who knows - by then, I might not even need them.
Comfy bras
These bras are absolutely fantastic! I've been searching for the perfect bra for ages and I've finally found it at this store. I'm 82 years old and have tried all kinds of bras, but these are definitely the most comfortable ones I've ever worn. They're also really reasonably priced! Even my 16-year-old great granddaughter wears them as tops with jeans because they're so cool. I would highly recommend these bras to anyone who wants both comfort and style.

The service was awful - I reported a missing item three times and never heard back or got any acknowledgement. I'm really let down and won't be using this company in the future.

Failed delivery and lack of customer service
I had a terrible experience similar to Emma's too. I made a purchase on the 9th of May, but I still haven't received my order. I've sent several emails to customer service, but I haven't heard back from them at all. It's really frustrating and unprofessional that they're not responding. I used to order from this company successfully before, so it's disappointing to see them failing to deliver now and not addressing customer concerns. I'm not happy that they took my payment in full on the 9th of May, but haven't sent me my goods or offered a refund despite my multiple requests. It's not right that they don't have a phone number for customers to call, no automatic email acknowledgments, and no follow-up from the company. It seems like they don't care about their customers at all. There's obviously something seriously wrong within the company, but it's not okay to keep taking money from customers and not fulfilling their promises. It's really disrespectful to the loyal customers who have been supporting them. The lack of response to reviews, like mine, is worrying and just adds to the issues with this company. So, be cautious if you're thinking about buying from them.
