Sound card purchase
I bought a fancy sound card from a popular company recently. When it arrived, I was quite pleased with how easy it was to buy and how quickly it arrived. But, sadly, my happiness didn't last long when I started having problems with how it worked. I tried to fix the issues myself and even reached out to customer support, but nothing worked. It was really frustrating that the sound card didn't work well with my system, and the other options they suggested didn't help either. Overall, my experience with the product was disappointing and I'm not happy with it.
Creative speaker purchase, impressive sound quality
I bought a speaker from this company recently, and I have to say, I'm really impressed. The sound quality is amazing, way better than I expected. It's a small speaker but it packs a punch with clear and strong sound, great for using inside or outside. With Bluetooth, USB type C, and an auxiliary port, it's really versatile and simple to use. I recently got a really cool replacement from this store because my old one stopped working, and they were really quick in replacing it with a new one. At first, I was considering getting a different model, but then I changed my mind and they were so understanding about it. I'll definitely be recommending this store to all my friends because their customer service is fantastic. Big thanks to the lovely people at that store!
Faulty product, dishonest service
The company wouldn't honour their so-called 2-year warranty when my product turned out to be faulty. Every time I got in touch with customer support, they kept making up new excuses to avoid accepting the problem. It felt like they were just repeating the same old advice to turn the product off and on again. It's obvious that they don't care about being honest or upfront with their customers.
Bluetooth speaker and Outlierairs purchase
I've bought stuff from this company and it's been top quality. I've had a Bluetooth speaker for ages and it's still working perfectly. I got a pair of Outlierairs recently and they're really impressive. This company should definitely get more credit for their awesome products.
AE-5 Plus sound card
I recently bought a sound card and you know what? I am absolutely thrilled with it! I placed the order on Wednesday evening and it arrived at my doorstep by Friday morning. They also kept me informed throughout the entire process with regular emails. And to top it all off, it works perfectly and I am completely satisfied with it!

Speaker
I had a really terrible experience with this company. I ordered a speaker on the 2nd of the month and was hoping it would arrive between the 5th and 8th. But now it's the 8th and the speaker hasn't even left their warehouse. I emailed them twice but got unhelpful responses each time, just saying they'll check with the order team. It seems like they're not even around or on holiday. Stay away from this company, I wish I had gone with a trustworthy retailer like Amazon. Learned my lesson the difficult way.
2.0 speakers purchase
I bought a pair of 2.0 speakers for my computer not too long ago, and at first, I was really happy with the sound they delivered. But, after about a year, I began hearing this annoying squeaking noise coming from them. It was quite bothersome, especially when I was trying to listen to music or watch videos. Even though they were supposed to be covered by a 1-year warranty, the fact that they started acting up so soon left me feeling let down and irritated. I think it's fair to expect products to work properly for longer than just a year before running into problems like this.
Sound blaster X G6 direct
I recently bought a Sound Blaster X G6 direct and, honestly, I can't even begin to explain how disappointed I was with what I got. The thing looked like it had been in a battle before it got to my front door. The box was all scuffed up, the item itself was covered in muck, and there were obvious signs of damage on the top and front IO. It was a total disaster. So, I got in touch with their customer service team on their web chat, and the reply I got really took me aback. They said I had to wait for them to finish their "investigation" into the situation. Investigation? What's there to investigate when it's clear they sent me a bashed-up item that another customer had sent back? The fact that they didn't act quickly and refused to give me a replacement really got to me. I gave them all the details they needed - serial numbers, how it got delivered, lots of photos - and yet they still made things difficult for me. The way they handled it was just awful customer service.
Faulty sound card
So basically, I bought this sound card and it just didn't work at all. I tried everything to get it sorted but no luck. The customer support was really unhelpful and I couldn't even send it back. Such a nightmare!
