    One of the companies that I can actually recommend people to patronize if they want to get the right jewelry, fun, apparel, accessories with a unique approach to fashion priced right every day that can help them continue to look much younger than their age is Versona.

    Versona is my favourite company for all my wears and reason behind it is that they are focused on producing good and quality wears, wears that look feel good to wear. Orders are processed within 1-2 days. Versona informs that should customers should allow up to 15 business days for delivery. Versona offers a return policy as customers can return purchased items within 60 days of purchase as long as they are in their original and unworn condition.

    I was skeptical purchasing from Versona because I haven't heard of the brand before. But after my first purchase , I realized that Versona is the real deal and they produce amazing products.

    I needed to teach my kids how to save and be accountable. I basically wanted them to learn financial management. I talked to a colleague of mine about my concerns and he told me that he and his wife have been using Rooster money to teach their kids accountability and savings. He asked me to try it out. I was wary because of some of my past experiences with online apps. I decided to give it a try, so I studied the app with my husband to be sure that we wanted our kids to use it. The interface is kids friendly and it is a good way to teach kids saving. My kids love the app and have a different outlook to money now.I highly recommend Rooster Money to parents looking to teach their kids savings.

    I purchased this course as I wanted to pursue my love of photography and shape it into something that was more knowledge-based. Lockdown seemed the perfect opportunity to try it! The course I have joined so far has been absolutely brilliant- really clearly explained, giving me a really secure foundation in the basics before moving onto the more technical stuff. It would be fantastic if there were more opportunities for interactive learning! But I am super happy with the course and will be recommending Shaw to my friends.

    Terrible Terrible service

    Avoid at all costs.
    Customer service is terrible. Didn't listen to anything, Cancelled engineer on day of service even though I had to keep rechecking to make sure he would call. I went ballistic as took day off work for them as a Landlord I had to go to the properties after my meltdown they then rang within 1/2 hour to then get the engineer to call. They rang to say no one at property so engineer left. No engineer was there. They took my number down wrongly even though I went through it several times. I asked for engineer's number, but they wouldn't give it. I can go on telling you of what I've been through with them. They just mess you about. No one knows what each other is doing. They charge you call out fees of £75 even though you've paid the excess in the policy! Absolute disgrace.

    How could you give them 5 star.
    This company is a con. I had a boiler contract with them for 6 months, my boiler was in perfect working order, they came for a annual service, and said a small plastic cap was missing (I had been using the boiler for over 10 years and never had any problems). They ended up to capped the gas pipe and promised to return in two days with the part. That was in November. Then a nightmare started. They repeated telling me they didn't have the part, after a week, I ordered the part myself online and it arrived the next day. They refused to come out and cancelled my contract. I had to take another contract from British Gas and ended cost almost £600 for the year. This company is now using the name warranty people to run the business, probably because the poor reviews.

    Awful service! Stay away from this company! Look at all reviews! Their Engineer came no service but to fail safety check for any reason, and stop boiler work Immediately at coldest weather. After we have external qualified engineer checked were told no issues to fail safety check. We were called 247 support, paid £95 even we have taken zero access policy cover, after few hours waiting, no service available, we have to pay external to get it check again and was told safe to use. We made complain and asked 247 refund of engineer boiler service payment, but they denied and ignored which had caused us extremely hassle, inconvenient, stress, time and money. Finally I have to through bank refund for the dispute payments!

    MY WIFE IS DISABLED.
    NO HOT WATER OR HEATING.
    Engineer was very helpful and delivered a professional service. but didn't have the part to fit. but gave me info on cost of part to the company. £170.
    24/7 home rescue Stay away. Avoid at all costs.
    Have used this company for a service and repair on my boiler for 3 years.
    Was rushed in to making a decision regarding taking a new service plan for my boiler.
    Had a broken Gas Valve, costing 24/7 £170 + fitting. Was informed by 24/7 that its unrepairable. (Total lies.) all of a sudden the can fix it. but it would cost me a further £139.95, even though Im on a cover plan.
    Call backs promised, but never done unless offering you a new sales product.
    Endless calls, Endless amount of issues Not willing to help loyal customers, happy to take your money.
    LEFT MYSELF AND MY DISABLED WIFE WITH NO HEATING OR HOT WATER.

    Worst company ever, they are a scam company selling insurance & break down covers and not even registered with FCA, just complete rip off. taking legal advice to recover my monies, they have to be taken down to protect customers.

    One off repair - woeful & never again

    I took their £199 repair service - apparently a 'guaranteed fixed price'. I was told that if the boiler was beyond economical repair, they'd repay £100. They were aware of the make, model and age of the boiler (10 years). What they didn't mention once was that they reduce the value of the boiler by 10% per year and that they then assess this at 60% or more of the value of the boiler at that time. Given mine was 12 years old there was no way any repair could have only cost me £199. I was told if it was a straighTforward repair it would be fine and only exceptional situations would be a B-E-R.

    When the engineer called, he told me he has to refer any repair cost of over £100 and you then as asked to pay the difference.

    It was a standard repair - inverter valve. He called it in and said it would cost £208.

    They called me afterwards and told me it was beyond economic repair. Only then did the mention the basis on which they calculate this. They argued time and time again and then eventually conceded that this isnt mentioned anywhere, at all, on their website. Despite that, they offered nothing at all to address it.
    The engineer who called was ok so I gave him 3 stars. The job isn't yet done.

    Ended up paying almost half the original purchase price for this repair.

    Totally woeful service.

    Home Rescue cover

    Having real problems with this company. Took out Home cover by DD. Informed by my bank that it had more than doubled. On checking they said it had automatically renewed by email to me, however they then admitted to sending the email to the wrong address! Therefore I didn’t get the opportunity to agree to the new contract. Also told I had taken out car breakdown cover, which I had not, as already with the RAC! Told a manager would ring me within 24 hours 7 days later no call. Phoned again and told no manager available but would be called within 24 hours, no call! Please don’t use this company.

    Boiler and Heating cover

    Paid them for 3 years and when i need them first time and they let us down straight away, left my family with our 2 young kids no heating and hot water. Worst company ever, they are a scam company selling insurance & break down covers and not even registered with FCA, just complete rip off. taking legal advice to recover my monies, they have to be taken down to protect customers.

    Absolutely awful, my parents are in their 70s and have been without water and heating for 36 hours and every time they call them they just say they're being rude. They have no engineers and no manners in customer services. They said their engineer was off for a week in that area, so what are they meant to do!!! Please avoid!!!!

    We claimed for the first time in year and half and left us without heating saying we have to flush our system for £600+! When I got 2nd opinion they still wouldn't budge. I've reported to Ombudsman. They shouldn't be allowed to take people's money!

    Boiler Cover

    Terrible company! Fine until you make a claim and they do all they can to not pay out. The engineer I got when my central heating wasn't coming on thought my radiators were heated through water flowing by gravity not a pump, all 13 of them! Company sided with him saying we don't have a pump because he couldn't find one. When I got a second opinion and needed 2 parts they still refused to pay or fix till I got a power flush. Maybe I need to paint my boiler first too...

    Home rescue bolier C/Heating

    Logged fault water going hot/cold pressure up and down.
    Engineer changed heat exchanger fixed hot/cold but not pressure problem. When complained they claimed problem was sludge and would not respond until i payed for a power flush and a new boiler! ours is 5 years old. Got in Worcester Bosch, fixed problem new pressure relief valve, Passed Turbidity test- no sludge nothing wrong with boiler. apparently a common scam. BEWARE.

    andit is only guaranteed for 10 or so days then I would be financially responsible to pay a further excess charge even though it is a pre-existing problem! I was then told that if I cancelled

    New Boiler and Cover

    Dreadful outfit.

    We moved from British Gas, and saved £35. My wife said this was stupid, and she was right.

    1st call out they told us we needed a new boiler, so we bought one off them. They installed it, but incorrectly - whilst also bashing up a nearby radiator in the process. When we complained they batted us back to the manufacturer. The manufacturer came out told us 247 had installed it incorrectly. 247 arranged to come out. And then failed to turn up. Then came out again, grumbled that the manufacturer was wrong, that they had installed it correctly, but just in a way that was not in line with the manufacturers instructions. I persuaded them to do what the manufacturer's engineer had recommended. 3 weeks later, we have intermittent hot water and 247 want to charge us £75 for a call-out.

    I've now had to take 5 days off work around this new boiler that still isn't working correctly.

    Plus, the £35 they offered to offset the damage done to the radiator in December has still not arrived (it's now late Feb).

    I've tried to complain, but although they call centre staff are nice enough, they seem powerless to do anything. The guy I just spoke to in retention could offer no reasons why we should stay with them other than - well you've paid already haven't you?"

    Nice people, fronting up dreadful management, and ineffective delivery. Cheap though.

    Maintenance Contract from 24/7 Home Rescue

    Worthless cover and no end of frustration. We have a small external leak. They changed a part inside the boiler but caused a leak and a broken park to the boiler itself. Then said they could not fix it, it was a write off now... and wanted to replace the whole boiler as it was now a write off and that over cover did not cover the replacement boiler. BUT YOU JUST BROKEN MY BOILER!!!
    Long story short. CalledWorcester Boshe, who fix it right away. Now was are going through a long process to reclaim through the courts. Life is too short. Avoid this company at all costs!!!

    Hi Cousell, I feel your pain. I have a slow leak coming from my expansion tank causing the boiler pressure to drop and therefore breakdown, i can then repressurise the boiler however this is a work around. The boiler still breaks down due to the leak. I called them and reported this as part of my breakdown cover that I pay them for and they tried to fob me off telling me the system didn't class it as a breakdown! I asked them what they classed as a breakdown, do they expect me to wait until the leak gets worse and water is pissing all over the floor? I demanded to speak to a manager at which point I was called back 30 minutes later and told an engineer would visit my property free of charge (how generous, even though that's what i'm paying for) Engineer came out 2 days later to look at the issue, I showed him what was wrong and he gave the boiler a check over and said that they would need to order some parts. I said okay thats fine and he went on his way. I then get a call the next day from 247 rescue telling me that the parts required for the boiler outweigh the boilers value so they will not repair it. The value my boiler at £154 (how they get this value I do not know). With this valuation, this means that the cover they have sold me is completely redundant. They say they will only carry out work up to 60% value of the boiler which means there is almost no scenario where they are going to carry out work on my boiler. My father is a Boiler engineer so I asked him and he said it is standard practice to fix a remote expansion tank outsdie the boiler rather than replace the one inside the boiler. It is easy to do and far cheaper than removing the boiler from the wall to replace the internal expansion tank. I sugested this fix to them but they refused to do it. Instead they were far more kean on offering me a new boiler with one of their expensive insurance policies (why on earth would i want boiler insurance for a new boiler)
    I have now opened a case with trading standards as they are selling people policies that are worthless in an attempt to them force people into purchasing finance contracts for new boilers along with expensive service contracts.
    P.S The engineer that attended my property also agreed this would be a fix but that did not matter to them

    What a con

    Am closing account, having been with them some time. Service engineer came late summer 2018, did not put things back correctly and damaged a gasket, called for an engineer who came several days later and confirmed reason for problem filled it with gunk then came back days later with correct gasket, now they want to charge me £45 for leaving as I had an engineer visit how do they justify this

    Absolute joke of company paid upfront for several months to get boiler services. Called and made an appointment and used my last holiday from work. Luckily on the day I called to see if I could get the engineers contact details to get an ETA as this is when I found out that they in fact never made any booking. To be fair I did get my money refunded when I cancelled but they then proceeded to take next month's payment anyway. The customer service is abysmal takes over half an hour to get through for them only to be the most unhelpful bunch of " advisers " I've ever had the misfortune to have to speak to. Oh and also keep getting texts stating my account is in arrears despite the fact it's cancelled!!!! If you have any sense at all stay well clear and pay extra for a decent company

    You need to be aware

    Advice to all complainants.
    As this company has a less than good reputation and clearly has issues regarding billing and or service. Everyone should follow this procedure.

    1)

    It is alleged that some companies use time and difficulty in making complaints a tool in a bid to make their complainants give up. Good professional companies will always put their customer first.
    In addition, you are not only covered by the company's own terms and conditions but also covered under UK Law. which looks at Advertising, Sales of goods and Services, Financial Services, and many other consumer protections.
    1) Make your first complaint to the telephone number shown on your agreement Letter.
    2) Write to their head office address shown within their Terms & Conditions that you are placing them on notice that should the issue (detail it thoroughly) not be resolved or agreed to be resolved within 7 working days you will proceed to small claims.
    3) In the case of 24/7 you may well be directed to make a complaint via their 24/7 web site BUT beware they will ask you to waiver your rights OF BRINGING the complaint into the Public Domain at any time related to the complaint. Take a screen shot of this for your case record, as it is an alleged infringement AND DO NOT ACCEPT IT
    4) Now e-mail the company's complaints web site and ensure you request that a copy of your complaint be passed onto the company directors. Formally advise that you have notified them to rectify the issue or that they agree to rectify the issue within a reasonable time frame and that subject to not gaining such agreement , that immediately after the 7 working days prior notification already made that you will proceed to small claims.
    5) Do not be fobbed off. Also during the process call your Citizens Advice centre and check that you are following the correct procedure and request they pass the information onto trading Standards. They will give you a ref; Number, use this on all future correspondence with 24/7.
    6) If the company is operating a fair and reasonable complaints procedure they will communicate with you immediately but if you feel that excuses are still being made or you feel that you are being fobbed off just issue (on line) the small claims procedure. It is inexpensive and if the court rules in your favour you will be reimbursed. If or should you seek a legal advice pertaining to the issue, then part of those costs could also be recovered. If you use a third party to provide an independent or expert opinion, then those costs may also be recovered.
    In the case of 24/7 Home Rescue my colleague is having a an issue revolving around billing and renewal terms of the agreement and in his opinion alleged sharp practice whereby terms are changed including billing without prior written and agreed to notification has been experienced .
    They are however, allowing 24/7 every opportunity to resolve matters professionally and all media and agencies will be advised as to how the matter is finally dealt with. Clearly every organisation need s to be given the benefit of the doubt but it is by their ongoing actions that their reputation will be judged upon.
