High quality clothing
I really like the clothes at this store, they're always good quality. I usually wait for sales or discounts before buying though, as I think the normal prices are a bit expensive. But, considering the quality of the items, it's still worth it. That's why I gave it a 4-star rating.
Chinos purchase
I bought a pair of Chinos online not long ago. Ordering was easy, and the delivery was quick and the item was well-packaged. But when I tried them on, I realised they were too baggy for my slim build. So, I'm sending them back for a refund and will buy the slim fit when they have it in stock.
Annoyed with lacking customer service
It's really disappointing to see a brand that I used to trust so much start to decline. I used to enjoy going to this store because the customer service was always excellent and I never had any problems. But my last visit left me feeling really let down. I sent an email asking about my order and I still haven't heard back from them. It's so annoying when a company doesn't look after its customers properly. It's like they don't care about keeping people who have been shopping with them for ages happy anymore. I hope they sort themselves out soon because I used to love shopping there.
Eastbourne Jacket with incorrect description
I recently bought a men's Eastbourne Jacket from your store in Dorchester. I was a bit disappointed because when I looked at the jacket, none of the pockets had zips or buttons like it said on your website. I tried contacting customer service to ask about this, but the only way to communicate was through email. After going back and forth with them for 6 emails, Crew finally admitted they messed up the description on the website.
Recent purchase disappointment
I recently decided to try out this brand and I wasn't completely disappointed with the quality of the products or the sizing. However, my overall experience was a bit ruined by the terrible customer service when there was a problem with my order. I ordered multiple items, one of which was supposed to be delivered separately. The first 2 items were ready to collect quickly, but the third item just seemed to disappear. It was really annoying that there was no customer service phone number to call, just an email address. The responses to my emails were slow and not very helpful, with them claiming that I already collected all my items even though the tracking info said otherwise. It was obvious that the customer service team wasn't really interested in helping customers, they were just going through the motions. After a lot of going back and forth, I eventually got a refund for the missing item, but the whole thing could've been avoided if the customer service had been more efficient and effective. It's a shame that a brand with decent products falls short when it comes to handling customer problems.
Shirt and trousers
I had a really bad experience with the customer service at the store recently. I tried to contact them several times about a problem with my order, but they completely ignored me. The staff were unprofessional and didn't communicate properly, which I found unacceptable. Even when I tried to sort things out, they treated me badly and accused me of lying. This kind of customer service is just not on, and now I have a really bad view of the brand.
