    Airy summer dress

    I bought a light summer dress from this company not long ago, looking to freshen up my wardrobe for the sunny days ahead. But I have to say, I was really let down with the whole thing. I ordered the dress and got the order summary, but oddly enough, I never got a confirmation email. I tried reaching out with an email, but got no response at all. Then, when I called customer services, they told me they couldn't find any record of my order. The person I spoke to didn't seem bothered or useful at all. It was a frustrating experience, to say the least.

    I bought a couple of polo shirts from this clothing company not too long ago. Sadly, I had to send them back because they didn't fit me properly. The shirts themselves were really good quality, just what you'd expect from this brand. But I was really let down by the customer service and the whole returns procedure.

    VAT refund complication

    I had a really annoying experience with the customer service at this company recently. In the past, getting VAT refunds on orders from abroad was no problem, but this time I had to send lots of emails back and forth with an outsourced provider who didn't seem to know what they were doing and couldn't sort things out. On top of that, there was no way to speak to a real person or a manager in the UK, which made things even more frustrating. Even though I like their products, this whole situation has made me think twice about placing any more online orders with them in the future.

    New catalogue items

    I've been a loyal customer of this brand for years, but I was really let down by the new catalogue I got recently. The clothes on the models were photographed so badly that it was tricky to see things like the waistline and necklines properly in some photos. As someone who cares about quality and attention to detail, this was a big disappointment. I believe the brand is capable of doing better and I hope they listen to this feedback for their future catalogues.

    Polo shirt

    I bought a polo shirt from this shop not long ago and I have to admit, I was really disappointed with the quality. Even though the brand promotes itself as a top-notch clothing store, the stitching on the shirt was really shoddy. It was clear that they took shortcuts during production, which is not okay considering how expensive their items are. I was hoping for better quality from a brand that boasts about their high-quality clothing.

    I ordered something and they said I'd get a discount and free delivery, but they didn't give it at first. After I finally got the discount code, I placed another order and requested them to cancel the first one. However, they ended up sending me both orders anyway. When I reached out to them, they were not helpful at all and mentioned that it could take up to 5 days for them to respond to my email. It was a complete disaster and their customer service was terrible. I definitely won't be purchasing from them in the future!

    Online order disaster

    I ordered some clothes online and it was a total disaster, you know? I never got my delivery, they took my money and didn't reply to my messages - how rude is that? They don't even have a phone number, just online stuff. It's a total shambles. Now I'm £110 down and no cute clothes to show for it. I guess I'll have to sort it out with my card provider, ugh. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, ever. It's just so disappointing.

    Misleading sizing

    I recently bought something online and I was really let down by the sizing. The item I got was far too small, even though I ordered my usual size. I tried to contact customer service for help, but they weren't very helpful and didn't solve the problem. It's annoying to come across a simple problem like this and have it dealt with so badly. The company not taking responsibility is really disappointing and has made me feel disappointed by the whole situation.

    Recent in-store experience

    Last week, I popped into the Evesham branch at the Valley Shopping Centre, a place I've been going to since it opened last December. The team there, especially Rosie and another young lady, have always been lovely and really make my shopping trips enjoyable. They're friendly, helpful, and even say hello to my dogs, which is great.

    Unfortunately, my last visit was spoiled by the new store manager's terrible behaviour. Her attitude was just awful and really rude - not what I'm used to at a store I've grown to like. I won't be going back there as long as she's in charge, which is a shame as I've been a loyal customer for years. I just can't ignore such a toxic manager.

    I hope they sort out this issue quickly so they can keep their good reputation and carry on with the great service from the rest of the team.

    Purchased clothing at Evesham country park

    The service at Evesham country park was brilliant, the staff were so helpful, professional and had big smiles. The shop had a great range of clothes, but I got carried away and spent too much! However, the biggest problem was the lack of changing facilities. There was only one changing room, so people had to wait their turn and it got a bit silly. It's not fair on the customers or the staff, who are trying their hardest to deal with the situation. They really need more changing rooms and mirrors to make the shopping experience better.

    Oh my gosh, I got this really cute dress and stylish bag from here and I'm absolutely thrilled! The quality is top-notch and the service was super speedy and efficient. I ordered online and received my outfit in just 2 days, can you believe it? The dress fits like a glove and the bag is incredibly well-crafted, I can't wait to flaunt my new summer outfit!

    Poor quality clothing

    I had an awful experience with the quality of the clothes I bought. They faded in weird spots after only a month, and the customer service was terrible. I took the items back to the store, but they said they would pass them on to customer service and let me know, which they never did. When the second item started fading too, the manager said they would call me back but they never did. After waiting for months and being disconnected on calls, all I got were feeble excuses and no solution. It was just absolutely terrible.

    I recently bought a new sweatshirt from this place and I quite like it. The fabric feels good and it's really comfortable to wear. However, I wasn't happy with how they handled my complaint. Their customer service was pretty poor. When I had a problem with my order, it took them ages to respond and when they finally did, they said they couldn't do anything to help. Not exactly ideal, is it?

    Purchased chinos, polo, and jumper

    I recently bought some chinos, a polo shirt and a jumper from this clothing shop. I have to admit, the chinos and polo were really good quality, very comfy and definitely worth the money. However, I had to send the jumper back because it was too tight for me. Returning it was easy and I got my money back quickly. I also noticed that they have sales quite often, so I'd suggest waiting for your item to be discounted before buying.

    I bought a pair of Chinos online not long ago. Ordering was easy, and the delivery was quick and the item was well-packaged. But when I tried them on, I realised they were too baggy for my slim build. So, I'm sending them back for a refund and will buy the slim fit when they have it in stock.

    Annoyed with lacking customer service

    It's really disappointing to see a brand that I used to trust so much start to decline. I used to enjoy going to this store because the customer service was always excellent and I never had any problems. But my last visit left me feeling really let down. I sent an email asking about my order and I still haven't heard back from them. It's so annoying when a company doesn't look after its customers properly. It's like they don't care about keeping people who have been shopping with them for ages happy anymore. I hope they sort themselves out soon because I used to love shopping there.

    Eastbourne Jacket with incorrect description

    I recently bought a men's Eastbourne Jacket from your store in Dorchester. I was a bit disappointed because when I looked at the jacket, none of the pockets had zips or buttons like it said on your website. I tried contacting customer service to ask about this, but the only way to communicate was through email. After going back and forth with them for 6 emails, Crew finally admitted they messed up the description on the website.
