Shire shed purchase
I recently bought a shed and it was a brilliant experience from beginning to end. The shed I got was from a great company, and I'm really happy with it. Ordering was easy and there was good communication all the way. I could pick a delivery date and time that suited me, and the shed turned up when they said it would. The delivery driver was really nice and made everything easy. I've put the shed together now and it looks brilliant in my garden. I'm really pleased with my purchase overall.

I just bought some new tyres and had a wheel alignment done at this garage recently. I was really pleased with the service and the staff were so knowledgeable and professional. Dylan, the technician who assisted me, really went the extra mile to make sure everything was sorted with my car. While I was waiting, I heard a lady say she always comes here for her car work, and now I know why. I'll definitely be coming back here again in the future.

Art supplies purchase
I recently bought some art supplies from this company and I have to say, I was really disappointed with how long it took for them to arrive and the customer service was not great. The delivery ended up taking much longer than I thought, about 7-10 working days because it seemed like the items came from Europe instead of the UK. After waiting for over two weeks for my order, I decided to get in touch to ask about the delay. Unfortunately, I got a very vague response saying they would pass my complaint on to the right department, but I didn't get any direct contact details. It's been nearly two weeks since then and I still haven't heard anything back. The lack of communication and the fact that my issue hasn't been sorted out has left me feeling really frustrated and disappointed with the whole experience.

I bought this really cool ski jacket online from SnowInn, and they were great at keeping me updated until it reached the UK. However, things took a turn when the Royal Mail got involved - they didn't update their tracking system and didn't provide a delivery time slot. This meant I had to take a day off work just to sit around and wait for the parcel, which only arrived at 4.40pm. Not the best experience, Royal Mail!

I found the Excel beginners course a bit tough because numbers and formulas aren't my strong suit. However, I could go through it at my own speed, so that helped. I did the PowerPoint course a year ago and was pleased to find I could still access it to brush up my memory. Overall, both courses were great value for money.

Birthday gift order delay
I got a birthday present from this shop last week, and I'm really disappointed with the service I've got. The gift was supposed to be here in time for the birthday bash tomorrow, but it still hasn't turned up. I've tried calling and emailing, but I've had no luck - no reply, no answers, just nothing. The DPD tracking info says they have the details but not the package, so it looks like the shop didn't send it out on time. And on top of all that, I paid £6.99 for delivery which seems like a waste now, given the lack of communication and delay. I'm so frustrated by this whole thing, I'm thinking about asking for a refund on the delivery fee because the service has been so below par.

I recently had a go at using an online legal document service to whip up some important legal documents for my business. Sadly, it didn't quite go to plan. Like some other folks have mentioned, the website said there was a free trial but sneakily ended up charging me without giving me a heads up. I felt like I wasted my time filling out forms and trying to find my way around the site, just to end up feeling let down. The lack of transparency and dodgy behaviour left a bad taste in my mouth, I must say.

I bought a puffer jacket from this company recently and honestly, it was such a letdown. I waited weeks for my order to arrive, but heard nothing from them about any delays. Eventually, I got in touch over email and messages but didn't get any response. Then out of the blue, over a month later, I got an email saying my order had been cancelled with no reason why. I was so annoyed that I raised a dispute, but in May I was told that the company was refusing my claim and saying they had actually shipped my order. It's been so frustrating and confusing dealing with them, the whole thing has been my worst online shopping experience ever. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

3 pairs of jeggings
I ordered 3 pairs of jeggings, but they didn't fit me properly. So, I returned them and had to wait for 10 days to get a refund. Even though I understand that it takes time to process, it's really annoying when the money is taken out of my account straight away. I thought I'd give it another go and ordered 3 more pairs, but today the delivery I received wasn't mine at all. The invoice said jeggings, but the delivery driver gave me the wrong items which belonged to someone else. Now I'm stuck with 6 pairs of jeggings that I didn't want and can't reorder what I actually need until I get my refunds. This whole situation has left me beyond frustrated!

I got some clothes from this shop and it was a right nightmare, mate. The sizes were way off and the colours weren't even close to what was shown online. The stitching on the clothes started coming off as soon as I took them out of the package. I got a coat for my mum as a present and it didn't even fit her properly, even though we measured her size exactly as they advised. And to top it off, the customer service was completely rubbish. I sent them an email about all the issues I had with my order, but they didn't bother to help me fix anything. I had to open a case with PayPal just to get my money back. It was so stressful, especially since it was a gift for my mum. They didn't even have the decency to offer any kind of compensation for all the hassle they caused us. It's just not right, mate.

I bought some swimsuits from this online shop recently, and I had to go through the whole refund thing, which was a bit of a hassle. I sent my message on a Bank Holiday Monday, so I wasn't expecting to hear back until the next day, but I actually got an email the very next day just to say they'd received it. The missing part turned up by Wednesday without any hassle. I have to give credit to Muhammad from customer service, he was really polite and helpful in our emails. Stand mixer broke, poor customer service
I bought a stand mixer and the mixer paddle broke the first time I used it, while I was making a simple cake mix at a low speed. I got in touch with customer support, but after waiting a whole week for a reply, all they said was "we don't supply spare parts, have a nice day." It wasn't helpful at all, it felt like they were just telling me to go away. The customer service was really bad and the quality of the mixer wasn't great either, so I would recommend avoiding this product.
