I bought a jumper
I'll never shop at that store again! The customer service was awful and the jumper I bought was all squashed in the packaging, it looked terrible. They must be able to do a bit better than that, surely? Such a waste of money!
Champagne order for a 21st Birthday gift
I ordered some champagne as a present for a 21st Birthday, but things got off to a bit of a rough start when it was delivered late and I had a bit of trouble with a customer service representative called Maria. However, after giving them a ring and talking to Michael, everything got sorted out and the champagne made it just in time. It wasn't the easiest process, but at least the gift got there when it was supposed to.
Clothes on sale
I'm really annoyed at the moment! I ordered some clothes on sale and was really looking forward to getting them, but then out of nowhere, I received an email saying my order had been cancelled. Can you believe it?! Now I'm left with nothing to wear and feeling frustrated. I definitely should have checked the reviews before buying from them.
Disappointed with sale price refusal
I recently bought something online, thinking I was getting a good deal. But then I got an email saying there would be delays because they were organising their warehouse. Later, I got another email saying they had cancelled my order. The things I wanted were still available, but now they were back to their normal price. Even though I gave them the product codes, they wouldn't give me the original sale price. It's annoying when a company changes their mind like that. If they don't want to sell things at a lower price, they should just say so straight away.
