Starfield Premium Edition pre-order
I just went ahead and pre-ordered the Starfield Premium Edition from this website because they were offering a fantastic deal of 17% off! Can you believe it? I just couldn't resist taking advantage of it before the game is officially released. The whole process was really quick and simple. Even though my order had to go through manual review (which felt quite old-fashioned), it was sorted out in just 10 to 15 minutes. I received my activation key right away and had no issues activating it. Some websites make you wait until the very last minute to get your key, but not this one. It was so much better here. I bought a game from this website when it was on sale and even though the price was good, there were some issues with the ordering. The game I wanted was at a really good price, so I thought I'd go ahead and buy it. But, when I added it to my basket and went to pay, there was a glitch and my basket emptied without letting me finish the purchase. I had to start all over again, which was a bit annoying. Finally, after trying again, I managed to buy the game and got a steam activation code and receipt.

Outlook email issue fixed by support
I had a problem getting emails from the site because Outlook was blocking them, but the support team was really quick to help and fixed it in just a few minutes. They suggested switching to a Gmail address, and now everything is running smoothly. I'd suggest avoiding Outlook with their services and just sticking with Gmail for an easier experience.

I absolutely love this store! The website is so easy to navigate, and my games arrived really quickly. I picked up 2 games and they were both awesome. I've been recommending this store to all my friends as they have a fantastic selection of cool games. I'm really looking forward to getting more games from here in the future!
Issue with account creation
I had a right nightmare with this platform the other day. I managed to buy something without setting up an account, but then when I went to check on my purchase, I was stuck. They were telling me I needed an account with the same email I used to buy the thing. So I tried to reset my password, but got completely stuck. It felt like a right dodgy situation, having to do all these extra steps just to get what I paid for.
Disappointing experience
The customer service in this shop was terrible. They didn't stick to EU laws and you can find cheaper prices at other places for pretty much everything they sell. I've got over 5,000 games in my Steam account, so I can definitely say I won't be returning here.
New game, didn't work
I bought this new game but it just wouldn't work on my PC. I tried to get in touch with customer service but they took ages to reply and were totally unhelpful. I'm never buying from here again!
Game purchases
