Firstly, I would advise against working at this place. It's not a fun or fulfilling experience at all. The management treats you poorly, giving you the same boring tasks every day. Let's take the Stradivarius store in Utrecht for example - it's a nightmare. You'll feel unappreciated and overwhelmed right from the start. The lack of respect for employees is shocking, with unreasonable demands and strict rules that feel like you're back in kindergarten. Imagine having to ask to drink water - it's crazy. And let's not even get started on the break hours. You only get a short break after two hours of work, then you have to keep going for another 4/5 hours without a break. It's a toxic environment that just sucks the life out of you. Do yourself a favour and stay away from this place.

But, after waiting for 7 months and not hearing anything about my order, I had to keep contacting them to find out what was happening. The owner, Mr Jit Bhasin, kept giving me excuses like being ill, family bereavement, lack of staff, and problems with materials, but they never sorted it out. In the end, I had to contact my credit card company just to get my money back. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from this company as they aren't reliable. My thoughts are with the shop staff who might be facing similar issues from customers regularly.

I would strongly recommend to fellow EU residents to steer clear of this company and instead go for UK shops that give you the full picture upfront with DDP or transparent duty fees. There are lots of other trustworthy options like cultbeauty, naturismo, feelunique, and lookfantastic that still provide duty-free delivery, even after Brexit. Only Naturals seems to be all about making money rather than making customers happy, and that's just not good business in my eyes.
