I went to the shops and picked up some bits and bobs. I had a chat with the staff there and they got back to me in no time, super quick! They were really friendly and made me feel good. The delivery was speedy too, all the way from France, so I didn't have to pay much tax. Just a small postage fee, but that's okay with me!
Electric guitar purchase
I was really impressed by the support I received from the staff at Gear4music, both before and after making a purchase. They knew their stuff when it came to their products and gave me some really useful advice on picking the perfect electric guitar and how to make the most of it. Their knowledge was a big help in helping me decide on the right purchase for what I needed. Child's guitar kit purchase

I bought a ukulele recently and I was really impressed with the customer service I got from the team. Bought a resonator guitar paid by credit card guitar arrived but cracks along the side of the neck appeared where the frets go in .phoned gear 4 music they had it picked up today by ups no recipte left for me but have him on door ring camera scanning bar code on box and taking it to his van
No idea when the new replacement will be sent out .I asked if a new one could be sent out with ups as they pick up the faulty one I was told no
So now I wait and it looks like it will be next week as its may bank holiday
Well this was a first buy for me at 70 and will not be buying of this company again ever..
Just phoned gear 4 music today Friday to see when the new guitar will be sent out told 5 to ten days
So I said just refund me to my credit card I have had enough of you
All I got was OK refunded good bye
And I am a first time customer one bitten twice shy comes to mind..
Just ordered same guitar but electric acoustic resonator of a company in Kent it cost £5 more but will be here next Tuesday

I bought the product on November 16th, but until today, December 03th (18 days) I did not receive anything.
I already bought the same product from another store and I ALREADY RECEIVED IT.

Not recommended store!3rd piano purchased
This is the third time within a few years we have purchased a piano (upgraded )and saxophone and wouldn’t shop from anywhere else .. ordering to delivery excellent.. we even had a socket set screwdriver all wires you need to put it together.. everything has been very well thought of .. our musical son has just mentioned they have even put in a head phone lead a usb lead and a memory stick.. we are now going to order his first drum kit and definitely be ordering from gear for music

You're buying a box and it is critical that you also seek all other reasonable information from the internet about painting/staining (or whatever) the body and neck and, critically, setting up the strings, neck, saddle/bridge for your own requirements. I had to, for instance, enlarge the nut slots and lower the action at the nut for it to become playable: not difficult if you know what you're doing but
it is not a "bolt it together and play" toy. I also had to seek other wiring diagrams on the internet as the wire colours were different from the G4M download document!. If you could fault Gear4music it would be that this setting up aspect is glossed over albeit that it is included in the online instructions. Apart from those sensible considerations, they are many reasons to be happy with Gear4music and their service: where else could you go in Europe for all that stuff they efficiently sell.....and I've now got a telecaster lookalike.....maybe one day I'll get a real one.Thank you for your request. We have a group of musicians and so different type of instrument for commercial purpose. Seven to eight instrument we had taken from you in last five months. I do not have complain for quality and price. Out of seven delivery, three were very late.
Last purchase one Gibson guitar.
Packing was little poor, and complain to your customer service, please ensure, this should not be repeated.
