    Dalmore 18 Year Old

    The Spirits Embassy, The worst Whisky buying experience I have ever had.

    On Wednesday 29/11/2023 I ordered a bottle of Dalmore 18 Year Old priced at £283.

    On Saturday 02/12/2023 I received my parcel from The Spirits Embassy.

    The parcel contained a bottle of Old Pulteney 18 Year Old priced at around £115, the parcel was addressed to me but along with the wrong bottle there was an invoice for a completely different customer in Inverurie.

    I immediately contacted The Spirits Embassy and informed them of the situation, mistakes happen I understand this, so I would let them fix it.

    The gentleman I spoke to on the phone took all the information I gave him about receiving the wrong order and told me he wasn’t back in until Tuesday and that someone would contact me on Monday to deal with this.

    Monday came and went with no contact from anyone at The Spirits Embassy.

    On Tuesday 05/12/2023 I called The Spirits Embassy, I again explained the situation to the female who answered the phone, she passed the call to a male member of staff and I explained again what had happened. This male member of staff informed me my bottle of Dalmore 18 Year Old had been sent out, this was a lie.

    I asked this male how do I get this bottle that I was sent in error returned to you, I asked can you email me a postage label and will take it to the Post Office myself, he replied no they couldn’t do that and that they would arrange to have it picked up from my home address by Parcel Force, I asked when but he couldn’t tell me, I asked him to email me with the tracking info for the bottle that I had paid for, he didn’t send me this information.

    On Wednesday 06/12/2023 I called The Spirits Embassy again, at first I spoke to the gentleman I had originally spoken to on Saturday, he passed me onto the Logistics Assistant, this female informed me that my bottle had went out today, this was also a lie, and that they would arrange to have the bottle to be returned picked up on Thursday, the next day.

    I informed this female member of staff that I was told the day before that my bottle had already been sent, she went quiet for a minute, I said listen it doesn’t matter as long as it has now been sent that is all I want, and could she email me with the tracking info so I can make sure someone is home to receive it, she said she would.

    She emailed me informing me that the return had been arranged for tomorrow but she neglected to provide the tracking info for the bottle I had purchased and was informed that was now on its way to me.

    On the afternoon of Thursday 07/12/2023 I called The Spirits Embassy again, after asking to speak to the Logistics Assistant I informed the gentleman who answered and who was fully aware of this issue that the return bottle had been picked up by Parcel Force this morning, and could he please just provide me with the tracking info for my purchase, he said the Logistics Assistant was on another call just now but my bottle was going out this evening and he would get her to call me when she was finished on the other call, I informed him that I was told it was sent out yesterday and also the previous day.

    The Logistics Assistant didn’t call me back but the gentleman I had spoken to did, he informed me that as it was the same order number Parcel Force were not able to provide any tracking details, more lies, I said this was a bit strange.

    What I don’t understand here is why everyone is lying to me, why when this company messed up was there nobody who could quickly take control of the issue and deal with it in a quick and effective manner and inform me of what was happening. I felt like I was having to chase up what was going on, this is an absolutely terrible way to treat a customer, one member of staff even had the audacity to say “I hope this hasn’t put you off from buying from us in future”.

    On Friday 08/12/2023 I finally received the tracking info from the Logistics Assistant via email, upon checking this it clearly shows that the bottle was sent on 07/12/2023 at 4:11pm, absolutely shocking customer service, I really did expect better than this.

    Parking Space at Birmingham Hyatt Regency Hotell

    Booked a 9 hour space at Hyatt Regency Hotel Birmingham B1, for the Birmingham Symphony Hall, on 8th July 2023.
    On arrival, the very small car park was full and the Hotel Reception, nor the Concierge, knew anything about YourparkingSpace and said they did not use their parking spaces. I had paid £12 in advance for this. Luckily a space became available and I was able to claim it. The concierge allowed me to stay in the space (normally £35 per day). I have tried to contact YourParkingSpace by their online form and through the WhatsApp number (an AI bot) with absolutely no result, to ask if the hotel was correct. I often go the the Birmingham Symphony Hall and would possibly use MyParkingSpace again if they can confirm their contract with the hotel

    They didnt send the game i bought. They blamed Royal Mail for a while but I had been receiving mail from royal every day normally, this company also gave a fake Royal Mail tracking number and I dont believe they ever sent the game at all. Customer service did hot help, just said that they were a Danish company and things take longer even though the website promises 48 hour delivery. They lie basically. DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE.

    Wish I’d paid attention to the negative reviews before ordering! If I could give 0 stars I would. Placed an order 2 weeks before a planned trip. 2 weeks later, I’d heard nothing. I sent an email only to be told the order had been lost by courier, and a new one would be dispatched within 1-2 days. Nearly a week later, nothing. I asked to be directed to management and this escalated via email. They still have not responded to this. Poorest communication I’ve ever experienced from so called healthcare company. What about patients who need urgent medication? So beyond unethically poor. I am disgusted!

    This is exactly my current situation - Identical “explanation” for non delivery of items and same promise and same inaction. Don’t use these people!

    Just phoned this Company ... spoken to them as some friends of ours bought Vouchers for us as a present to buy Theatre tickets which we now cannot use apparently as we are 14 days over the 12 months that the Vouchers are valid for. I explained that I received a terminal diagnosis for Cancer 2 months after receiving the vouchers as a gift from our friends and have been unable to use them due to a very punishing chemotherapy regime.
    I now though feel well enough to get out and about and so phoned and explained this to them and asked if I might be allowed to buy tickets under the circumstances. Apparently it’s just a blanket NO. They did say I could write in, but basically it’s a NO. So they have our friends money which they now keep apparently. So be warned - this Company clearly is lacking in some very basic ethical values and the operator admitted to me that they do just keep the money if people don’t redeem in time, whatever the circumstances. I’m shocked and will be taking this further as whilst it might prove to be legally allowable it’s ethically disgraceful.

    I so much love the services Regus offers. As a remote worker, working from home but due to the project I was handling, there was need to hire extra hands so to beat the timeline for submission. My house then wasn't convenient for all to gather. Rather, I needed a temporary office space so we all can use for a few days or a week. I didn't know how easy that was to be especially considering not ending up with scammers but fortunate for me and us, Regus had the solution for the problem. Office space that was a perfect fit for me and my team was available via Refus, we agreed on terms for 5 days which was later extended to one week due to work volume. Regus is doing just amazing work in meeting people's needs.

    I have bought products that the silt or fabric didn't let me wear it no matter how hard I tried to endure it. It was just too uncomfortable to put on and at the end, I discarded it. That experience led me to be cautious of fabric and silt of any clothing products I may intend to buy which is now one of the reasons I settle with Basic Rights having tested and realized their clothing products are of quality, very friendly to human and environment. Thus I have enjoyed clothes of these qualities such as t-shirts, longsleeve and shirtsleeve shirts, jackets, trousers and more from the company. This however is not stopping any time soon as I am yet to find a company with better offers. Thumbs up for Basic Rights.

    I needed to get the correct lyrics of a gospel song. I tried all I could to extract the correct lyrics but was very difficult. Then I was told about seventstring software that could easily convert musical work to text. I got the application with ease and paid for their package. It was quite affordable. I place it in the musical work and it converted it to text. So easy. I was delighted because I could give my band of choir the right lyrics to the music. After all, wrong lyrics can ruin a song. The right lyrics makes the music flow beautifully.

    My greatest mistake was traveling with John, a close friend of mine without knowing the condition of his car. In the middle of no where, the vehicle broke down and none of us was skillful or had experience on how to do emergency. We ended up spending almost two hours before a random stranger came to our rescue. Two things he said to us: "have experience on car emergency repairs or get car emergency breakdown insurance. If John had secured emergency insurance for his car, help would have reached us on time. That was one thing I took out from the entire ordeal. So when I went back, I quickly secured the services Emergency Assist Breakdown Cover for my car and that of my wife and the decision has been a good one all through.

When I was ready to place my order, the books did not show as free anymore. Angelina talked me through the process to complete my order. We experienced some problems, but she very patiently guided me through the process and insisted in staying with me until the check out process was completed to verify I did not experience any more problems.     A4 (Landscape) Hardcover Photo Book (60 pages)

    After a very special holiday I made the decision to edit the photos from the trip and create a photobook to give as a gift to my Mum for Christmas.
    I spent many hours sorting, selecting and editing the photos and this morning sat down to create the product. A few hours later I was finished but hit a road block right when adding the product to the cart. I was stuck on a loading screen. Terrified to refresh the screen in case I lost an entire mornings work I contacted customer support with little hope.
    I got through to Angelina from Customer Support at PrinterPix.
    She got to work straight away and identified my project, only when trying to look at the screenshot she sent me I ended up closing the browser window and lost the chat. We all know how frustrating this can be when either a helpline disconnects or your support chat disappears.
    I started a new Customer Support request and Max came online. Miraculously Angelina appeared, took over the chat and we began where we finished off. Within five minutes Angelina had sorted the issue and I am now in receipt of the Order Confirmation of my PhotoBook.
    I can't attest for the quality of the product as I won't receive it for a while but if the product is created with as much care as Angelina put into my support request I know it will turn out great.

    After ordering I checked various reviews and to say I was worried would be an understatement. Today, two days later, the shorts were delivered to my house, correctly numbered and exactly as ordered.

    I am using Verisure Alarms for 3 years. Service been great end of day no kne is perfect.

    Every time Alarm triggered, they called and said ,they have checked the property, they know if someone is in property or not as have I age verification and audio verification.

    Happy to recommend to more customers as I recommended many of my family members to verisure.

    I seen reviews on trustpilot and I think Verisure checking and replying to reviews there, not here.

But firm ignored emails and went ahead and delivered bike and took money out of bank .I refused delivery and bike was supposed to be delivered back to evans by Hermes. 3 weeks later still no refund and just got an email from Hermes saying thier are going to deliver bike back to me. It’s like one big joke.. looks like I will now take legal action.     Bought verisure alarm system and Arlo Pro 3 in August. With a promotion rate for 6 months. Fantastic until 3 months and Arlo subscription ends. Verisure promised it shouldn't. They didn't help called every day for 20 days. Lost all data. They have taken on too much trying to integrate verisure and Arlo. I cancelled Arlo a week ago. But nothing happened. Been calling them everyday today 3 times. Oh yeah I'm still being billed. Anyway I've now been told to cancel everything they will remove. Next fight is getting back £599.00 paid 3 months ago. Please avoid Verisure save yourself the hassle

    After I ordered my jacket I came on and read the reviews. I seen all the negative comments and thought oh great. Im never getting my jacket. However my jacket came 2 weeks later which i thought was a bit long but its beautiful. I'm a size 10/12 normally and went for the xl its perfect. I emailed the company a couple of times and they replied promptly.

    Ordered a top Oct 16th . Nothing. Sent several emails. Was told it would arrive in 5 days. There is a tracking status on their website saying it was with the airline on Nov 20th. It's now 10th December - still nothing. I have emailed for a refund. NO RESPONSE. THEY ARE A JOKE!!! DO NOT BOTHER WITH THEM!! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THEN IGNORE YOU!

    Yes, you are so right about fake reviews. If you go onto Trust Pilot, they give a warning that some of the reviews have been removed as they are bogus. Since most of the reviews are shockingly bad, I suspect those few positive ones are fake and have slipped through the net. Get your bank to re-charge your account.

    Took out an insurance cover Saga / Axa Home Emergency cover where they claim they will sort out the problem within a few hours. I had a leaking roof, reported it, it took them 14 days to send out a roofer to do temp works to stop the leak, then the works only lasted for a few weeks. When I complained again they told me i had to make another claim to get the roofer back. They told me once the bad weather had gone they would do a permanent job to the roof. Then they told me that they would not be doing this work. What a Shambles.

    Sent two high spec phones to be sold based on value they offered online. They quickly came back advising offers given significantly reduced due to non specific case expansion that "could" indicate battery damage. Phones were in as new condition when sent with photos and video taken of condition. Feel this may reflect a dishonest way of doing business and would not recommend.

    Bought an Arlo go for £299 from fonehouse on 5th may. On the 19th May I still didn't have it so emailed a complaint. On the 25th may they agreed to give me a full refund but we are now on the 8th June and they have ignored 3 emails from me asking where my £299 is. I'm now contacting my bank and trading standards.
    Very unpleasant experience and could have brought this of Amazon for next day delivery for £267 but I wanted a sim card so was happy to pay the extra....wish I had just looked into Amazon more and ordered from them. AVOID FONEWAREHOUSE unless you like hassle.

    Option to buy from fonehouse again should have been a big NO but couldn't change option from yes.

    The first time I ordered with Boilerjuice I had an uneventful delivery. The second delivery was over a month ago. The idiot delivery guy delivered my oil order to my next door neighbour and gave my neighbours lesser order to me. Emails and telephone call complaints to BJ have gone unanswered. Their email system sometimes does not respond or outright rejects emails to their company. Their tank system is also stating that I owe them money for a service I cancelled. What an absolute shower of a company. Never using them again.

    Ordered 500 ltrs of heating fuel to be delivered, recieved a message thrusday saying the delivery would be made by 5:30 friday ( the next day), no delivery turned up and so rang and was rudely told its not coming and may not turn up until the 27 some 10 days later. Rude amd condesending staff and actually not the best quotes either.

    WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AT AUTODOC!!! WARNING!!!

    Very poor response from AUTODOC after I ordered a defective clutch from them and mounted it.

    If you need to send back defective product at Autodoc, you can count on a long and drawn out process with many phone calls, email conversations, arguments, anxiety and stress!

    In this case, I have been trying to claim a faulty clutch for over six months. After six months of contact with Autodoc, I am entitled to compensation as the complaint got ”Approved".

    But it was lucky because they refused the guarantee several times before due to special criteria they found from nowwhere that I did not meet.

    In order to implement this complaint, I have had to order new clutch and pay workshop costs with my own money.
    Workshop cost: 405€.
    New clutch: 205€.
    Total: 610€.

    After half a year, I finally get response that I will get money back. But then I suddenly only get 390€.

    There is missing 220€ from Autodoc, which I myself had to pay from my pocket.

    Their arguments include:
    "so it is not considered a replacement."
    Instead of ordering a new LUK clutch, I instead ordered a SACHS, which costs as much.

    They also say that a clutch Job takes only 3.7 hours according to an random calculation, so they write: “We don't pay 104€ per hour. That is far too high. The invoice was therefore reduced. 249€ for the repair is absolutely justified. There is therefore no reason to pay additional costs. "

    So since their random calculator says it will take 3.7 hours, they take the right and lower the workshop invoice to 249€ even though it costed me 405€ in workshop costs. In addition, 405€ is not a big cost of a complete clutch job at the small workshop I did at. BMW GROUP workshop wanted almost 2 870€ for replacement of clutch with materials included. There we do not talk about 405€ in labor costs.

    They also write:
    “You have received far too much money back (264€ ). It should only have been 138€ since the flywheel costs 392€. ”Despite they said that I could leave the flywheel on my car (Have conversational proof of what they sent.)

    Now I will move on to the General Complaints Board and continue the matter. Soon I will claim for economic damages for all the time I spent on this.

    You're buying a box and it is critical that you also seek all other reasonable information from the internet about painting/staining (or whatever) the body and neck and, critically, setting up the strings, neck, saddle/bridge for your own requirements. I had to, for instance, enlarge the nut slots and lower the action at the nut for it to become playable: not difficult if you know what you're doing but
    it is not a "bolt it together and play" toy. I also had to seek other wiring diagrams on the internet as the wire colours were different from the G4M download document!. If you could fault Gear4music it would be that this setting up aspect is glossed over albeit that it is included in the online instructions. Apart from those sensible considerations, they are many reasons to be happy with Gear4music and their service: where else could you go in Europe for all that stuff they efficiently sell.....and I've now got a telecaster lookalike.....maybe one day I'll get a real one.

    on the 3rd.Dec.2018, there was a drainage blockage at our property. 24/7 home rescue sent one technician over in the evening. The technician removed tree leaves from the top of the filter, and then took out the filter, but the blockage was still there. Then the guy opened up two covers of the drainage well, then used two pcs of rod, finally he managed to unblock the blockage in the drain. But today when we called 24/7 home rescue to ask for 35 pounds refund which was taken by 24/7 on 03.Dec.2018, the staff said the money could not be refund to us because drain blockage was caused by kitchen oil and grease. How can the kitchen oil make a blockage at 25 meters away from kitchen?
