    I found ordering quite easy, but the whole process since then has been an absolute nightmare. I ordered my impression kit months ago and I'm still waiting for them to be approved. The communication back and forth is slow and really frustrating, the responses are very generic and take days to come through. It's like a never-ending cycle of sending in impressions, waiting for feedback, and then waiting even longer for a call to discuss what went wrong. The whole thing just seems to be dragging on and on, I've even gone through my second kit already. It's absolutely unbelievable that it's taking this long just for the go-ahead on my impressions. Honestly, if it was possible, I would ask for a refund at this point.

    My experience with this company was absolutely disgraceful. I purchased something online and was shocked by the huge import duty/tax charge added to my order. When I asked about it, they said the UK is now an extra EU country. It's outrageous to make customers pay extra fees for goods from Italy to the UK. Exploiting customers like this and pretending it's okay is just wrong. This company should be ashamed of their dishonest practices. I recommend avoiding them completely, they're nothing but fraudsters who cheat and take advantage of their customers for their own benefit.

    Super king size mattress

    We got our super king size mattress about a year ago and we've been really impressed with how comfy and good quality it is. Ordering it was easy peasy and the delivery guys were brilliant - they managed to get it up our narrow staircase in our old house without any issues. They unwrapped it and put it on our bed base perfectly, even though it was a bit tricky because of our room layout. After a year of using it, it still feels amazing - like sleeping on a cloud. There's been no sagging or damage to the cover at all. It was definitely a great investment and has given us loads of good nights of sleep. We both love how comfortable it is and we aren't thinking about replacing it anytime soon. It's hands down the best thing we've bought for our bedroom and now we struggle to get up in the morning because it's too cozy.
