    I recently bought a bunch of electronic gadgets from this shop and I have to say I'm really happy with the way they have helped me out. Just a couple of days after I ordered my stuff, I realised I needed the invoice quickly for my accounts. Unfortunately, it wasn't in my account or order confirmation. So, I got in touch with the live chat support on their website and spoke to a lady called Tiffany. In less than 5 minutes, Tiffany sorted me out with the invoice I needed and she was really nice and helpful the whole time. I've never had such quick and efficient customer service before, especially not from Geekbuying! I have to say, I'm really impressed.

    I bought a Mini PC from an online store recently, and I have to say, the whole thing was quite a ride. At first, I got an email saying that my order would be delayed because the product was out of stock, which was a bit annoying. But eventually, the item arrived a massive 18 days later. The email communication was okay, but it would have been better if they just gave me a direct link to track my order instead of sending me to different websites that kept giving errors. Despite those issues, I have to say that overall, it was a good experience.

    I got myself a smartwatch from this website not long ago and I have to admit, I was really impressed with the service I got. The price of the smartwatch was fair compared to other sites, which is always good to see. The delivery was super quick and the smartwatch turned up in perfect condition.     Refurbished vacuum cleaner

    I bought a second-hand vacuum cleaner from Geekbuying and I really wasn't happy with it. The product and the service I got were both really disappointing. First off, I didn't even get an invoice when I got my vacuum. Eventually, a few months later, I finally got one and all it said was that I bought a "vacuum cleaner" without saying what brand or model it was. It was really annoying because it made it hard for me to remember what I bought.

    I bought a mini PC from Geekbuying not long ago, but sadly, after just 7 months, it suddenly stopped working. I got in touch with their customer service team to explain the problem and even sent them videos and photos as requested. They told me to take it to a local repair shop and gave me €20 to cover the costs. However, the local shop said that the issue was with the burnt CPU and motherboard, and the PC couldn't be fixed. Geekbuying then gave me a choice - either send the PC back at my own cost for a refund of €125 or buy the same PC for €100. When I added up the shipping costs and the refund or payment, neither option seemed worth it.

    I had to replace my mini PC which died after nearly a year, and I have to say that the customer service I received was fantastic. When I got in touch with support, they helped me through the return process smoothly and swiftly. Within a week, they let me pick a new mini PC in a similar price range. The replacement arrived quickly and I had no problems at all. The communication was clear and fast, and the support I got was really generous. All in all, I'm very happy with the service they provided.

    Recently, I bought something from Geekbuying but then I had a change of heart and wanted to cancel the order. It was actually a pretty smooth process, all I had to do was start a chat to get it sorted out. Although, I did find it a bit confusing at first because there wasn't an obvious "return or cancel" button on the website. It could definitely be made simpler to make things easier for users. That being said, I was generally happy with the service from Geekbuying.

    Frustrating return process

    I do understand that things can be returned, but I found the return process to be really complicated and took up a lot of time. Even though the website clearly shows the return shipping costs, overall it was just a pain. You can't even process the return on the app or website – you have to email the customer service team and then wait a whole day for a reply. The whole email exchange went on for around two weeks before everything got sorted out and I eventually got a refund, but minus the shipping costs. It was not a pleasant shopping experience, so I won't be buying from there again.
