    Ultimate quality

    I can't think of another company to buy swimwear and resort wear from than Heidi Klein because that's their niche. Obviously they are good at it. I and my group of friends get our bikinis and swimwears from them time to time. Their assortment is like no other. I got myself a boyfriend the first day I wore their bikini. It was designed perfected and fitted me like they particularly made it for me. I was smitten with my shape. They make you very comfortable in your own skin without judgement and I think that itself is beauty on its own.
    You can't get judged using their products,they are lightweight,sleek, waterproof and totally less absorbent.
    Try their products please. I'm highly recommending them to everyone out there. You won't regret them delivering to you too. They work wonders.

    Bikini and cover-up

    I recently bought this lovely bikini and cover-up for my holiday and couldn't wait to wear them. However, the customer service was absolutely terrible. They claimed they needed five days to respond to my email, but it feels like an eternity and I haven't received a reply yet. When I tried calling, their phone lines were already closed for the day. It took me forever to finally reach someone who assured me of a refund by the end of the week. It has now been 21 days since I returned the items and I still haven't received a refund! It's really not acceptable at all.

    Swimwear

    The swimwear I bought was really good quality and I loved the stylish designs they had. But I was quite disappointed with the customer service I got when I tried to return something. They never replied to my emails and also didn't refund the shipping fee for the return, which was a bit annoying. I've got loads of their stuff in my summer wardrobe, so I was hoping for better treatment when it came to returning things.

    Recently, I had a bit of a let-down with the customer service at this shop when I tried to return something for a refund. I paid £5 to send back the item, but the whole refund process was really slow and no one got back to me when I asked for updates. It ended up taking them 15 days from when they got the return to actually give me my money back, which I think is pretty poor, especially when we live in a time where everything can be done quickly online. This whole thing has made me unsure about shopping there again in the future.

    I bought some swimwear from this store recently and to be honest, I wasn't too happy with how it all went. The prices were a bit steep, and it seemed like I was paying more for the brand name rather than the actual quality of the swimwear. On top of that, when I had to return something and get my money back, it took ages. It felt like they were dragging their feet on purpose just to keep my cash in their account for as long as they could. All in all, not the best experience.

    I ordered some swimwear online and it seemed like it would be good, but the sizes were all mixed up which made it really tricky to shop online. I ended up purchasing items twice and had to hassle them to get my money back on both occasions. It's frustrating to have to go through that, especially more than once.     Online bikini return

    I bought two bikinis online not long ago and had a bit of a dodgy time like others. When I sent the items back, I didn't get my refund straight away and had to keep asking the customer service team about it. It seemed like they were banking on customers forgetting about their returns so they wouldn't have to give the money back. That kind of shady thing just isn't right, no matter how nice their bikinis are. I'll definitely be more careful before ordering from them online again.

    Swimsuit

    So, you know, I got this swimsuit from this shop, right? And it was, like, so expensive and all. I mean, I know it's a luxury brand and everything, but their service is seriously slow. I had to return the swimsuit and they made me pay for postage! What's that all about? And now I'm still waiting for my refund, it's taking forever. They're saying it'll take 15 working days, come on, it's 2021, not like ancient times! Compared to other shops, their after-sales service is really sluggish. Honestly, I think I'll go with other stores next time.
