    Return and refund process

    I've recently brought back an item to the shop and I have to say, I've been really let down by the service I've had. After handing back the item, I waited for weeks without hearing anything about when my money would be refunded to me. When I eventually reached out to their customer service team, they said they got my item back and that the refund would be sorted out within a week. But even after that time had passed, I still hadn't received my money back. When I got back in touch with them, they said there was a delay in getting the refund sorted and it would take another 8 working days.

    Despite all the promises, it's now been over a month since I gave them back the item and I'm still waiting for my refund. On top of this issue, I've also had problems logging into my account through the app, and they suggested I make a whole new account to solve it. This whole situation has been really annoying and has really changed my opinion of the brand.

    I've been a loyal customer of this shop in the past and I've never come across such bad customer service and inefficient processes before.

    Fake PPC contract

    I recently bought a dodgy PPC contract from this company, but had to cancel it after a month. The service was a total scam, loads of fake PPC clicks coming in daily. Can you believe that one IP address racked up over 100 clicks? When I told the account manager, they just shrugged it off and said they'd never had complaints in their 20 years of business. Absolutely disgraceful!

    I made a purchase on the 5th of May and I've got to say, I'm having some issues just like other people. Once I placed my order and they took my money, I haven't really heard anything since.     My time with Skiworld was pretty good in general. Sorting everything out was easy, and I could easily get hold of the agents by phone when I needed to. The chalet I stayed in was really nice, and the hosts were very friendly and helpful. But, I was a bit let down by the food. It seemed a bit low quality compared to other chalets I've been to, and the fact that most of it was made somewhere else and then brought in frozen wasn't great. I have to say, the frozen churros were especially disappointing - they didn't taste good and didn't look very appetising either.

My issue is with my wall ... falling apart after not even owning them for 10 months. I have spent 100s of pounds on them, alomg with other products from Mirafit. To receive this level of customer service really is shocking.

    Boux Avenue sent my order and informed me that certain products were out of stock. I had to place another order quickly as they were for my wife's birthday at the end of the week. Evri emailed to say that the orders were out for delivery and on 3 occasions lied about trying to deliver (I double checked our CCTV to make sure we didn't miss them). They then twice said that the order was too big and required a specialist courier (for size 6 underwear??). I contacted Boux Avenue who said that Evri were sending the orders back and asked if I would like them re-delivered. 3 hours later I replied and told them yes if they use an alternative courier or deliver to a parcelshop for me to collect. 2 days later I received an email advising me of a refund (this is now 3 weeks after the original order was placed. Customer Services told me it was too late to send them back out now and I would have to re-order everything again then closed the webchat on me. I've been back to the website and none of the products are now listed. I don't know if it was a joke but she offered me £10 worth of points if I signed up for a VIP account. As if I would shop there again! Going to have to work hard to find something else for my wife's birthday present now, especially as it's now 2 weeks late! Please pass on my thanks to your colleagues and line manager for ruining my wife's birthday.

    I can't think of another company to buy swimwear and resort wear from than Heidi Klein because that's their niche. Obviously they are good at it. I and my group of friends get our bikinis and swimwears from them time to time. Their assortment is like no other. I got myself a boyfriend the first day I wore their bikini. It was designed perfected and fitted me like they particularly made it for me. I was smitten with my shape. They make you very comfortable in your own skin without judgement and I think that itself is beauty on its own.
    You can't get judged using their products,they are lightweight,sleek, waterproof and totally less absorbent.
    Try their products please. I'm highly recommending them to everyone out there. You won't regret them delivering to you too. They work wonders.

    I asked for a refund on the 5th of September because they overcharged me. Was told to wait because refunds take 11 days. It’s been 35 days and I haven’t received me refund because their customer service team is super incompetent, if you want your money safe I recommend Three or O2

    I’ve had the exact same issue. Was told 11 days and nothing. Have to then go on web chat again to be told the same thing. I’ve asked them to cancel again and it wouldn’t surprise me if they tried to take another months money. They just make stuff up about name issues and any other excuses they can think of to not refund
