Review about: Trusted Travel
Airport parking booking
I really wouldn't recommend using this service for airport parking. When I got to the car park they said my booking had been cancelled because Trusted Travel hadn't paid them. I had to pay for parking myself, which was really annoying. I've emailed Trusted Travel three times asking for a refund, but I haven't heard anything back. It's better to spend a bit more money and book with a company that's more trustworthy and dependable to avoid all the stress and bother.

I had to buy a new bathroom mirror cabinet from this company because the first one I got was damaged. It wasn't the company's fault though, it came from the supplier. They really went out of their way to fix the problem. The new cabinet arrived the day after I talked to Oliver, who was really helpful in making sure everything was okay before it was sent out. The quality of the cabinet was really good and the price was reasonable too. All in all, it was a good experience and I would definitely buy from them again.

This Wi-Fi panel has been a real pain to deal with. It keeps dropping out and disconnecting for no reason at all, which is really frustrating to deal with. And on top of that, when I tried to return it because of these problems, they still charged me for the collection because they thought it was fine. This total lack of respect for customer satisfaction is just not on. Based on my experience and the poor communication from the company, I wouldn't recommend this product or this brand to anyone.

Oh goodness, I was really anxious about getting my exercise bike from this place because I heard some negative comments, but honestly, it all went so smoothly! I ended up purchasing a fantastic Bluetooth bike with a 16kg flywheel, and it's top-notch quality. And to top it off, they delivered it to me free of charge the very next day! I was shocked at how affordable it was compared to other lower-grade bikes on different sites. Moreover, the delivery chap was incredibly friendly and even offered to help me carry it upstairs as it was quite heavy. Overall, fantastic service all around - I will definitely be coming back to shop here!

Electric fire purchase
When I first got the electric fire from your shop, I thought it was great and I was really happy with how fast it got to me. But then, I found out that the remote control wasn't working properly. So, I got in touch with your customer service team for help. Sadly, they weren't very helpful. They asked me to send a video of the faulty remote and explain what was wrong before they would even think about sending me a new one. I mean, seriously? Not everyone is good with technology, so it's not fair to make customers go through all that just to fix a problem that's on your end. I definitely won't be shopping with you again.

National Trust Appollo 2 port bird feeder
I recently bought a National Trust Apollo 2-port bird feeder online because I've had problems with feeders getting blocked up with waste and small seed bits previously. However, this feeder, despite looking like it was made for easy cleaning, turned out to be the opposite. The design had tiny slits that made it very hard to clean out the old seed leftovers. I tried for over thirty minutes to get rid of the mess with a brush and soaking it, but it didn't work. Consequently, the feeder has become unhygienic and hard to look after, which is really disappointing.

Geo sandals - damaged delivery and difficult return process
I bought a pair of geo sandals from your site not long ago and I have to say, I was pretty disappointed with what I received. The quality wasn't great - the sandals seemed like they might have been rejects or something, as one was way too wide and just didn't fit properly at all. On top of that, the delivery service was really not up to scratch. They just chucked the package over my neighbour's high gates, leaving it all wet and damaged.
When I tried to return the sandals online, that was a whole other headache. I kept getting these dodgy messages about the site not being secure and being at risk of viruses. Two items
I recently bought two items and it's turned into a total nightmare. They were supposed to be custom made and sent out the next day, but a month has passed and they still haven't arrived in time for the event I needed them for. I've sent multiple emails but have not heard back from them at all. The order cost me £500, which was a lot, and I'm really let down by their lack of communication and service. I had a dreadful time with this car hire company recently. I booked a car online at what seemed like a fair price, only to get hit with huge surprise charges when I got to the rental place. The staff member was so rude, saying I had to pay way more than the original quote. I was shocked and really not happy with how they handled things. So, I walked away and found another car rental company that was honest about their prices. To make things worse, I emailed them asking for a refund over two weeks ago and haven't heard anything back. This whole situation has been a total farce - I wouldn't recommend dealing with this company at all.

Travel certificate issue
My time dealing with this company was a bit of a pain at the beginning because there was confusion about getting my travel certificate signed. They had said a doctor would sign it before I took the test, but I wasn't sure if that actually happened. And when I got the certificate, it didn't say which kind of HIV test I had done, making it hard for my Visa application. But, once I spoke to someone who knew what they were doing, they sorted it all out fast and effectively. All in all, I'd think about using this service again.

Fireplace sent with no pebbles , no remote , no guarantee , no manual .. also has chips on the actual fireplace and what looks like dead flies / fluff inside it , thought I’d found a bargain , this fireplace no longer heats after having it on for 5 mins and I have no manual to work out what I’m supposed to do . Promised various emails back for replacement parts that should have come in the original order and had nothing. Useless customer service that can’t even tell you if they can get the spare parts or not … waste of money !

Saint and Sofia's claim to sustainability is classic greenwashing. They have a shorter and less flexible returns policy than most online retailers, which will result in more wastage. Then credit only rather than refund!

Never delivered
I ordered next day delivery on Thursday and boohoo were happy to take my money. No parcel arrived and I have contacted their customer service to be told due to their agreement with their carrier I have to wait 14 days in total before they will refund me. (Then another week for the refund to be processed) 3 weeks in total for next day delivery that was never delivered?
Their agreement with their carrier is not my problem, they made an agreement with me and were happy to take my money and now I am without my parcel or my money.

Digital Marketing
Currently enrolled in the free 4-week trial. The course content and instructor are good so far.
However, there are a few things that are putting me off. When I signed up, a phone number was required. Since signing up, I have been received a lot of phone calls, text messages and emails from the automated system that reminds you of an upcoming classes, and that I’ve “missed a class” (even when I have not missed a single class). I even had my phone ring at the most inconvenient time like 3am! Had to email customer support to ask them to stop sending me these notifications but apparently it takes 72hrs...
Otherwise, it’s nice that classes “start” at a set time that you can choose. I like having a set schedule so that I am more committed.
It would be nice if they tell you beforehand how long each class is, so it’s easier to plan my day. So far I’ve had classes/videos that ranged from 30min -1hr.
Courses I’ve signed up for occur once or twice a week. Wish there was an option to fast track, because the videos/classes are all prerecorded, not live sessions. Even though there is a chat bot and “class chat” available, I have not experienced any interaction with the instructor or other students.
Once a class “starts” you can’t pause or rewind. After each class, the video is available to rewatch, which is if I want to go back on something I’ve missed.
As others have mentioned, be VERY careful where you click. Toolkits (like lecture notes and slides etc) and resources are PAID purchases (they call it a one-click purchase).
I’m keen to finish the trial, and will probably update my review once I’ve reached the 4-week mark.Review about: Shaw Academy
