Customer service, returns, refund process
Recently, I had a bit of a let-down with the customer service at this shop when I tried to return something for a refund. I paid £5 to send back the item, but the whole refund process was really slow and no one got back to me when I asked for updates. It ended up taking them 15 days from when they got the return to actually give me my money back, which I think is pretty poor, especially when we live in a time where everything can be done quickly online. This whole thing has made me unsure about shopping there again in the future.

PayPal credit refund issue
I had a right nightmare dealing with a refund at this shop recently. I needed to send back something, and instead of giving me my money back on my card, they wanted to give me a gift card. I was fuming because I wanted my cash, not store credit. Luckily, I had paid with PayPal credit, so I contacted them to sort it out and they managed to refund me. It was such a hassle and completely unnecessary, and now I'm not keen on shopping there again.

Radiators and radiator feet and wall stay
I bought some radiators, radiator feet, and a wall stay from this site. The radiators took forever to get here, but they were good quality so it wasn't too bad. After that, I got the feet and wall stay, even though they were in stock, they took ages to arrive too. The quality of the feet was really bad considering the price. The wall stay was basically just a piece of metal and a nut, and for what I paid, it definitely felt like a rip-off. On top of that, it was poorly packaged - it was just taped to the outside of the box! Luckily, it didn't get damaged in the post. If you order from here, make sure to do it well in advance because it always takes the full 20 working days to arrive.

I recently bought two lampshades from this company and I have to say, I was really impressed with the quality. The colours were even more beautiful in person compared to how they looked online. Food ordering mishap
I had a really disappointing experience with the food delivery service today. When I made an order, I noticed straight away that the address on the confirmation was wrong. I tried to change it and the delivery method, but the app glitched and wouldn't let me make any changes. I couldn't even contact the restaurant to sort it out, so I had to cancel the order after just 8 minutes. They charged me for the whole order and I didn't get a refund or a chance to leave a review. The customer service chat wasn't helpful at all and didn't really deal with my issues properly.

Parking at the National Theatre
I used YourParkingSpace to park at the National Theatre car park in Waterloo, London. The number plate recognition worked on arrival and exit, simply drove in and then straight out after my stay. The £8 advance booking price for all day parking is very good, more affordable than the train even once factoring in the cost of the congestion charge. I will book via this website in the future.
what a fiasco I booked parking on the 04/08/21 for 5 days, on the 26/08 2 days before we went I had an email to say that the booking had been cancelled and that they could offer me a alternative. well three emails later and phone calls to a number that is never answered I am still waiting for my alternative and reply. I have now had to re book with another company which has cost me much more. THANKS FOR NOTHING.
