Super Fast Delivery, Smooth Transaction
I bought something from Hervia recently, and it was such a smooth process. The delivery was super speedy, turning up just a few days after I ordered. The packaging was really good too - my new sneakers arrived in mint condition, all snug in an extra box for extra safety. Everything went really well with the whole purchase, no problems at all. It made buying stuff a real pleasure!
Recent online purchase
I must say, the online shopping experience I had recently was really smooth. The website was easy to use, placing an order was straightforward, and I got my items quickly. The products were just as described and really good quality. I have no complaints whatsoever and would absolutely shop here again.

I can't believe they just cancelled my order for no reason, now I'm left waiting for my refund. It's been so long since I placed the order and I still haven't heard anything from them. It's really frustrating, isn't it?
Return process
I had a really bad time dealing with the customer service at this place. I contacted them several times with questions about returning my item but they just ignored me. Even after I sent the item back, I didn't get any confirmation that they received it, and I never got my money back. It was so annoying and disappointing.
Delayed order, missing item, unresponsive customer service
I ordered some items nearly two weeks ago and it's still stuck in 'being processed'. The company said they lost stock when moving, and only found two out of the three things I bought. They said they'd express deliver and refund the missing item, but haven't done either. I've emailed them several times but no reply, and their phone is hardly ever answered. I'm thinking of contacting UK trading standards because this is not on. Just a heads up, be careful if you're thinking of ordering from this company.
Express delivery cap
I recently bought a cap from Hervia for a birthday gift and paid for express delivery. I expected it to ship on Monday but heard nothing from the company. By Tuesday afternoon, I got worried and emailed them, only to find out the item was out of stock. I was shocked and disappointed. How can they let customers pay for things they don't have? It's not right. I had to contact them for information instead of them telling me first - not good customer service. It felt like they just wanted my money without caring about keeping me happy. This whole thing has put me off ordering from them again.
Return policy disappointment
I'm really disappointed with the return policy of this store! I bought something without realising that I can't get a cash refund if I want to return it. They only give store credit which expires in just 6 months. How silly is that? I feel like I've been deceived and I'll definitely think twice before shopping here again.
Clothing items
I'm a UK customer and I was completely confused by the fact that Hervia provides free shipping to the rest of the world but makes us Brits pay for postage. And let's not even go into the ridiculously slow delivery process in our own country! It feels like they're teaming up with border control to punish us for paying VAT and taxes that help their business. It's like they're shooting themselves in the foot.
Sandals purchase
I recently bought some sandals from this shop and it was really disappointing. I had to wait for two weeks only to find out that my order was still being processed because they didn't have enough stock. On top of that, there wasn't even a return label included with my purchase, which was a real pain because they don't accept returns and I had to sort it all out myself. It just seems like this company's rules are really old-fashioned and not very customer-friendly. I wouldn't advise buying anything from them.

Delivery was over a month. I had to pay for return. Return was lost until multiple emails they found it as I gave tracking information. Shop elsewhere.
