I wasn't paid at all to share this. But I'd like to share my experience patronizing Hobbs. I've been a customer to Hobbs for over five years now. Living nearly two hours away from the nearest Hobbs store, I've been really happy with their returns and refunds. I've been shopping for a wedding outfit and have had to send stuff back and forth a few times. Every time, Hobbs has been really good at handling returns and giving quick refunds. Recently, I spotted a jacket I loved, but they only had my size in-store. I decided to give the store a call and spoke to Kirsty, who was super efficient and helpful. She not only matched the offer price I had seen before, but she also wrapped up the jacket and sent it to me quickly. I was surprised when the jacket arrived the next day and it was perfect. Overall, I couldn't find any fault with the service from Hobbs. Well done to the team for doing a great job.
GIA petite jeans
I'd been searching high and low for the right petite jeans for ages, and I eventually stumbled upon them at this shop. The folks there were super helpful and really went out of their way to assist me. Even though they didn't have the jeans in stock at that particular branch, they kindly offered to order them for me and have them delivered to my home for free. The whole ordering process was really smooth and quick, and they kept me in the loop about my order the whole way through. When the jeans finally arrived, they were just what I'd been hoping for - the perfect size and style. I'm absolutely thrilled with my purchase and the whole shopping experience.
Dress shopping after 20 years
It had honestly been a good 20 years since I last purchased a dress. I usually stick to trousers and polo shirts so the thought of finding an outfit for my daughter's wedding didn't excite me. But I was pleasantly surprised by the staff at the store. They were so kind, really paid attention to my needs, and offered helpful suggestions. They chose dresses and accessories that they thought would suit me and even convinced me to try styles I wouldn't normally go for. And you know what? I'm actually really happy with the outfit I finally decided on. It was such a great experience, all thanks to the fantastic staff at that store.
Top to go with a previous purchase
I popped into the shop the other day hoping to grab a Petite size dress I had my eye on, but they didn't have it in stock, which was a bummer. Luckily, I ended up finding a top that went really well with something I had bought there before. As usual, the clothes were top-quality and the staff were all really nice and helped me pick out what I needed.
Dress for wedding
I went to the Hobbs Outlet store in Swindon to look for a dress for a wedding I'm attending soon. I spotted a dress I liked online but they didn't have my size. Two friendly ladies in the store helped me try on a smaller size and a different colour in my size. Although the smaller size didn't fit and the colour wasn't right for me, the staff were really helpful. They went out of their way to find the dress at another store and even took my order over the phone.
Black trousers with a white blouse
I went to the shop to pick out a smart outfit for a big meeting. While looking around, I was really impressed by the range of fancy and classic clothes. The staff were really helpful and knew their stuff, helping me out without being too in-your-face. Whenever I needed a different size, they quickly got it for me and even suggested other options if something didn't fit perfectly. I left feeling really good and prepared for my meeting, all thanks to the nice clothes I bought. All in all, it was a great shopping trip that I'd definitely tell others about.
Stunning dresses
I must say, looking through the clothes in this shop was such a nice surprise. They weren't just trendy, but the material was top-notch compared to other stores. I recently went clothes shopping and the lady who helped me was incredibly kind and gave me lots of assistance. She took me to the changing room and brought me various outfits to try on. Not only did she help me determine my right size, but she also offered advice on which trousers suited me best. As I was trying on the clothes, she was busy wrapping them all up in tissue paper, making it easy for me to take them home. The service was top-notch and I felt like a VIP!
Special occasion dress purchase
As soon as I stepped into the store, I was really pleased with the range of special occasion dresses they had. The person who assisted me was so knowledgeable and gave me some great advice, which made it easier for me to pick out the ideal dress. They even added little details like tissue paper and a sturdy bag, which made me feel valued as a customer. All in all, my visit to the store was a hit and I came out feeling really sure about my purchase.
Wedding outfit
The staff at the shop where I got my wedding outfit was amazing! Janet was a superstar and really helped me find the perfect dress. I tried on so many different options and she didn't mind at all. I felt like a princess!
Wrong sizes received
I can't believe how incompetent the service was with my recent order. I ordered a size 16 dress, but what turned up was actually a size 12 dress with a size 16 label on it. Because of this silly mistake, I had to return the wrong dress and then order the correct size, which was a big hassle. And to add to the frustration, the second dress I got was nice, but only after I had to go looking for it at a neighbour's house where it was mistakenly delivered. The whole experience was just a nightmare that could have been prevented with a bit more care and attention to detail.
My new clothes
I went shopping for some new clothes and the assistant was really lovely! She took her time with me and made me feel really good about my choices. She even wrapped up my new clothes beautifully. It was raining outside, so she said I could hang around in the store until it stopped. All in all, it was a fantastic experience!
Business and special occasion clothing
The staff in this shop were so friendly and helpful. They really went out of their way to suggest different styles and make sure I found the right sizes. It honestly made shopping a breeze and really enjoyable. I always prefer to come to this shop for work and special occasion outfits because I know the service will be top-notch. I wouldn't want anything to be different about the way the staff and management helped me out.
Shirt purchase
I had a terrible experience with this company. They sent me the wrong item at first, and now they've lost the one I returned. They won't even try to find it unless I can prove I sent it. Why do I have to prove you lost the item I returned? Their customer service is shocking and they lack any accountability.
Shoe purchase
I just bought a pair of shoes from your shop and I have to say, I'm really impressed with how good they are and the great service I got.
Recent dress purchase
I bought a dress not long ago and was really happy with the great service I got. The lady helping me, I think her name was Kaye W, was so helpful and went out of her way to help me find the perfect dress. She was really friendly and made me feel special and relaxed while I was shopping. She knew a lot about the dresses and gave me some great style tips. Overall, I was really pleased with the service she provided.
Purchased a wool winter coat
I just wanted to say that the customer service I got at that shop was really amazing. The lady who helped me out, even though I didn't catch her name, was so lovely and really went the extra mile to help me pick out the ideal wool winter coat. She knew so much about the products and made the whole shopping trip fun and easy. It felt like I was being looked after properly.
