    Clarks suede long boots

    The delivery was super quick, the sales and offers were great, and returning the item was easy peasy. But honestly, I was a bit let down by the quality of the Clarks suede long boots I bought. The soles were flimsy and didn't even reach to the end of the toe, which caused the suede to scuff up after just one wear. When I got in touch with Clarks about it, they just sent me back to the seller, JDW. JD Williams customer service at first told me to send the boots back, so I did along with a note explaining the whole situation. But guess what? They sent the boots back to me with a note saying they couldn't refund me because the boots had been worn once. I wasn't happy with that at all because I clearly told them I'd only worn them for a short time.

    Issue with login and return of shoes

    I recently had a bit of trouble with my account login and returning a pair of shoes to this retailer. I emailed them saying I couldn't log in, but got a generic response telling me to reset my password instead of addressing my actual issue. It was a bit frustrating, to be honest.

    Also, I sent back a pair of shoes over a week ago, and the tracking shows they received it. But my account still doesn't show the return, and I haven't got my refund yet. When I asked about it, they just gave me another generic response saying I have to wait up to 10 days.

    As a customer, I expect better communication and efficiency when it comes to dealing with returns and refunds.

    I purchased a TV at a reasonable price only to find they have taken the payment from my account twice, leaving me overdrawn. I contact them and they blame my bank. My bank (correctly) say ABSOLUTE RUBBISH! I contact them again and they admit it was them (they lied to me then) and they're sorry but thanks for letting them know! Having none of this i argue the point (for an HOUR) ... they offer £10 and 15% off clothing? I buy a TV and they offer cheaper clothes, what? So come back and spend more money with us after giving you utterly dreadful service. JD Williams, you are officially one of the worst. AVOID FYI - They use the dire EVRI who leat the TV on my doorstep without even ringing or knocking. Lucky it was spotted or it would have been stolen. Zero quality from start to finish

    I ordered a new bra over a week ago I booked next day delivery it should of arrived last week , I got a email saying that it had been dispatched but would be late but no explanation for why , I checked my account today it said it will be arriving on the 9th of August , I finally got hold of someone on customer service and they informed me that it had been changed to standard delivery I was not informed of this and we have no transport and no one can drive for medical reasons in our house, and we have no support nearby,and I was told that a manager will be calling me but it will take 48 hours but it will not give me time to solve the issue not very impressed with your company it is not the first time you have let me down

    Gas BBQ

    i ordered a bbq for delivery and quoted 5-7 days. on day 5 notified by hermes (their courier) that there was a delay but my parcel would be delivered between 1 and 3 on the tuesday so on that day left work for 2 hrs to wait in. at 2.30 got a text saying delayed and would be between 3 and 5 but i had to go back to work. notified on tracker missed delivery at 3.30 would redeliver next day but no time and no update on tracker. next day tried for 3 hrs to contact hermes but no way possible of speaking to anyone and no information, no update on tracker so called jd williams 3 times who kept telling me nothing they could do as they cant contact hermes either other than email which hermes have up to 72 hrs to respond to - but offered me £3.50 compensation as a good will gesture!!!!
    still nothing from anyone, no calls texts or update on tracker the next day so called them again to be told, all they could do was email hermes again to escalate but still the 72 hour buffer to reply. Customer service is totally non-existent and their courier company, which is the worst in the country are allowed to carry on like this. I still havent received the parcel or any information regarding its delivery so will be going to b&Q to buy my BBQ today and refuse delivery of the JD Williams one should it ever appear.
    PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AS THIS IS THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
