I'm really disappointed with the service I got from this place. When I got my order, I was surprised to see a pair of orange/red sandals in the box instead of the black shoes I wanted. It's just not on that they could make such a mistake, especially when the box clearly said the shoes should be black. This lack of attention to detail shows the company's quality control isn't up to scratch and has left me very unhappy with my shopping.

Duchess necklace purchase
I recently bought the Duchess necklace from this company and it is truly breathtaking. I've been a loyal customer for some time now and each product I've purchased, around four or five in total, has been beautifully crafted and designed. The quality of the necklace is outstanding, although after wearing a ring daily for a couple of years, I've noticed a bit of discolouration, which I think is just normal wear and tear. The delivery service provided by this company is excellent, with super fast shipping and lots of updates for tracking. I'll definitely be buying more products from them in the future to add to my collection, especially to keep expanding my Duchess necklace with new charms.

The clothes are really good quality for the price, I would definitely recommend checking them out. I ended up buying about 5 or 6 jumpers and sweatshirts, and they fit me really well. I've been using this website for ages, nearly 10 years now! And honestly, it's been brilliant. The prices are really good, the customer service is so friendly, and there are loads of car options available. I ordered a pair of trainers from this company for £120 and now I'm really regretting it. I placed my order on the 15th of November, with the promise of free delivery in 3-5 days. I got an email less than an hour later saying my order had been shipped. At first, I thought that was really quick, but turns out it was all a big lie. The tracking number from DPD showed they hadn't even got the parcel yet. When I asked Running Point about it, they blamed DPD and said there were delays with processing. It's the 24th now and my order still hasn't arrived. I'm worried I've been scammed, especially after hearing about other people's bad experiences. I'm really not happy about this.
