So, you know, I bought this pair of shoes and I was so excited to get them. But then, you know, I had to return them and now I'm still waiting for my money back. I got an email saying they received my return on May 14th, but where's my refund? It's been such a long time!
Trainers for son
Kickz has a fantastic selection of trainers at really good prices. I managed to find the ideal basketball trainers for my son that were out of stock everywhere else. The fast delivery and excellent price mean I would definitely suggest giving Kickz a try. I'm really looking forward to getting my next pair of sneakers!
Order K005-50000419223 placed on May 29
I ordered something from that company back on May 29 and got an email confirming it not long after. But, ever since then, my order has just been stuck on "in progress" with no new info. I've sent five emails asking about when it'll be delivered, but I haven't heard back from anyone. It's really disappointing, especially since it's my first time buying from them. I've never had such a bad experience with customer service on a website before.
Wrong item delivered
I bought a Jordan jersey online, but they sent me basketball shorts instead! I've tried reaching out to customer service through messages and calls, but I haven't heard back from anyone. I was planning to give the jersey as a present, but now it's going to be delayed!
Sneakers in a hurry
I was under the impression that I was dealing with a really good company here, you know what I mean? But boy, was I wrong! So, I went ahead and ordered myself a fresh pair of sneakers on the 3rd of June, and can you believe it, they still haven't even been shipped out yet! I'm due to leave the country on the 10th of June, and at the rate things are going, those shoes will most likely arrive past my departure date. The order status has been stuck on 'processing' for ages, and honestly, I haven't heard a single word from customer service despite me sending them many, many emails. I urgently need to change my delivery address, but it feels like I'm facing an impossible task trying to sort things out with this company.

I was so pleased that they fitted perfectly and were exactly like how they were described on the website. I'd been looking for these shoes for ages, so I was over the moon to see they had the last pair in my size. The only problem was that the shoes came in a big box with no padding, so the shoe box was moving around and opened during the journey. Luckily, the shoes themselves were fine and weren't damaged.
Sneakers purchase
I've found Kickz to be a trustworthy online shop for buying trainers. Every time I've bought from them, my stuff has turned up fast and in top condition. The prices are good, and they've got a nice range of top brands like Adidas and Nike. But, the only downside I've come across is their communication. Sometimes it takes a while for them to get back to my emails, which can be annoying when you need help or info about your order.
