Sneakers in different sizes
I recently bought two pairs of trainers from this store, each in a different size. I was really surprised by how quickly my order arrived. The descriptions on the website were spot on, advising to go for a larger size which worked out well as the trainers actually came half a size bigger than I expected. It was a nice unexpected bonus as the bigger size fit me perfectly. I had to return the smaller pair and got a refund in just a few days, hassle-free. I decided to order another pair, which also arrived promptly. All in all, I had a really good experience with Kickz.
International Shipping
I ordered some shoes for international shipping and they arrived really quickly, in just 7 days. I was so pleased that they fitted perfectly and were exactly like how they were described on the website. I'd been looking for these shoes for ages, so I was over the moon to see they had the last pair in my size. The only problem was that the shoes came in a big box with no padding, so the shoe box was moving around and opened during the journey. Luckily, the shoes themselves were fine and weren't damaged.
First time buyer
I recently bought something from this shop for the first time and I have to say I was really impressed. The way they kept in touch with me as a customer was excellent. As soon as I placed my order, they sent me updates on when my delivery would arrive, which made me feel really good about my purchase. The customer service team were also really friendly and quick to answer any questions I had. Overall, my shopping experience at this store was fantastic and I will definitely be shopping there again in the future.
Sneaker purchase
I've bought quite a few pairs of sneakers from this site before and I'd say it's a good place to shop. But, my last order was on May 31st and even though I was charged, I haven't heard anything about when the sneakers will arrive. I bought them as a special present for my son, so I'm feeling a bit let down. But, I'm hoping that it'll get sorted out soon. Despite this little problem, I still think this site is a great option for buying sneakers. Cheers.

My lad was after some top-notch basketball kicks and was well chuffed at the choice over at Kickz. They had a good variety of models to pick from, so it was a breeze for him to find the ideal pair that ticked all his boxes. Buying them was dead simple too, he zoomed through the options no problem. Plus, the shoes turned up sharpish and in tip-top condition, making the whole shopping trip smooth sailing.
Returned order, no refund
I'm really disappointed with this company's customer service. I returned my order, but haven't received a refund. I've tried everything to get in touch with them - I've sent 6 emails, messages on Instagram, and called them multiple times, but no one has gotten back to me. It's really frustrating to be ignored like this. I just want a response and some help, but this company hasn't even provided me with that. It's really not on.

I've found Kickz to be a trustworthy online shop for buying trainers. Every time I've bought from them, my stuff has turned up fast and in top condition. The prices are good, and they've got a nice range of top brands like Adidas and Nike. But, the only downside I've come across is their communication. Sometimes it takes a while for them to get back to my emails, which can be annoying when you need help or info about your order.
Delayed delivery due to technical issue
I ordered something from this company not long ago, and I was a bit annoyed because they took ages to send it to me. They had some technical problem or something which meant they didn't tell me what was going on, and it ended up taking 11 days for my shoes to finally arrive. But you know what, everyone makes mistakes sometimes, so I'm not too bothered. All in all, I still think this company is pretty reliable.

I've got my new trainers and they're really cool! Unfortunately, I couldn't log in to my account to track my order. I was really looking forward to seeing when they'd arrive, but I had to keep checking my emails instead. It was a bit frustrating, but the trainers were definitely worth the wait in the end.

As a regular customer, I've always liked the stuff in this shop. But I have to say, I wasn't happy when my order took so long to get to me, especially since I'm near one of your branches in Hamburg. It shouldn't have taken over a week. This isn't what I'm used to from you guys. I really care about getting my orders quickly, so I hope you can make some changes to keep me coming back.

I'm really sorry to say that I've had a really bad time with my recent purchase. I ordered it weeks ago but still haven't received it, and I can't seem to get through to customer service for help. The lack of communication and transparency about my order has been really disappointing. I'm just not happy at all with the bad customer service, endless delivery times, and lack of information given.
My purchase was a pair of shoes
So, you know, I bought this pair of shoes and I was so excited to get them. But then, you know, I had to return them and now I'm still waiting for my money back. I got an email saying they received my return on May 14th, but where's my refund? It's been such a long time!
Trainers for son
Kickz has a fantastic selection of trainers at really good prices. I managed to find the ideal basketball trainers for my son that were out of stock everywhere else. The fast delivery and excellent price mean I would definitely suggest giving Kickz a try. I'm really looking forward to getting my next pair of sneakers!
Order K005-50000419223 placed on May 29
I ordered something from that company back on May 29 and got an email confirming it not long after. But, ever since then, my order has just been stuck on "in progress" with no new info. I've sent five emails asking about when it'll be delivered, but I haven't heard back from anyone. It's really disappointing, especially since it's my first time buying from them. I've never had such a bad experience with customer service on a website before.
