Strange start. Their front page lists €4.90 for delivery within Belgium. I was charged €5.90 at checkout. I opened a support ticket. Their reply pointed me to a different line on the delivery page, as if I missed it. The returns policy is also buried and you pay for returns, which they don't make obvious. It felt a bit vague and a bit sneaky. The order itself arrived undamaged, so I'm relieved. I'd advise double-checking the small print.
Finally sorted, but took too long
I wasn't sure at first — I sent back a parcel in perfect condition and chased them for a month. I needed the money to cover rent after a messy move, so it mattered. They replied once on Trustpilot saying they'd check, then silence for weeks despite my reminders. Then the refund finally appeared and I felt relieved, really. Communication was poor, but I'm glad it was sorted in the end.

Dodgy purchase
avoid this shop. I saw their ad on Instagram and even told my mate Lucy about the trainers—big mistake. I ordered a pair of Adidas on 21 July, money left my account straight away but no payment or delivery confirmation ever came. I’ve emailed, messaged on Insta, tried Facebook and phoned. Days turned into a week and still nothing. It feels like being ignored on purpose. I half expected a carrier pigeon by day three. I'm annoyed and a bit embarrassed for recommending them. Either send the trainers or give my cash back. Others seem to have the same problem, so take care. I’ll update if they finally reply. It's gutting when a simple trainer buy turns into a small saga, honestly.
Tea, a delivery ping and instant relief
these are the ones. They slipped on nicely, none of that horrible new-shoe stiffness, and I wore them straight out for a dog walk. If you need something quickly for a health reason (like I did), be prepared to chase them, and double-check customs info elsewhere too.
Basketball shoes purchase
My lad was after some top-notch basketball kicks and was well chuffed at the choice over at Kickz. They had a good variety of models to pick from, so it was a breeze for him to find the ideal pair that ticked all his boxes. Buying them was dead simple too, he zoomed through the options no problem. Plus, the shoes turned up sharpish and in tip-top condition, making the whole shopping trip smooth sailing.
Returned order, no refund
I'm really disappointed with this company's customer service. I returned my order, but haven't received a refund. I've tried everything to get in touch with them - I've sent 6 emails, messages on Instagram, and called them multiple times, but no one has gotten back to me. It's really frustrating to be ignored like this. I just want a response and some help, but this company hasn't even provided me with that. It's really not on.

I bought the Kobe 6 Italian Camo sneakers from this store and I have to say, I'm really impressed with their customer service. I've got my new trainers and they're really cool! Unfortunately, I couldn't log in to my account to track my order. Sneaker purchase
I've bought quite a few pairs of sneakers from this site before and I'd say it's a good place to shop. But, my last order was on May 31st and even though I was charged, I haven't heard anything about when the sneakers will arrive. I bought them as a special present for my son, so I'm feeling a bit let down. But, I'm hoping that it'll get sorted out soon. Despite this little problem, I still think this site is a great option for buying sneakers. Cheers.

I bought a pair of trainers from this shop not long ago, and I have to say I'm really impressed. Recent order delay
As a regular customer, I've always liked the stuff in this shop. But I have to say, I wasn't happy when my order took so long to get to me, especially since I'm near one of your branches in Hamburg. I'm really sorry to say that I've had a really bad time with my recent purchase. I ordered it weeks ago but still haven't received it, and I can't seem to get through to customer service for help.
