Surprisingly good
Really happy overall — definitely worth it. Ordered late, it turned up next day and I wore the trainers straight away. Opened the box and the shoe tissue was missing, a bit annoying for the price, but the shoes themselves are fine. Glad Kickz have sorted delivery, honestly.
Found a proper little gem
I spotted it on my mate's Instagram and thought I'd give it a go. I knew I was really happy when the parcel turned up exactly as pictured and their chat replied straight away — proper helpful, not robotic. I told two mates about it; felt oddly proud and relieved, honestly.
Paid but radio silence
I was buzzing to get the ASICS Gel-Kayano 14 in Cloud Grey — payment was taken straight away which surprised me, but I never got an order number or confirmation email. Quick trousers let-down
I needed a pair for a hiking weekend and I liked the look, so I ordered some Gramicci trousers on 19 October. I returned them on 8 November because the size was wrong. Still no refund after more than a month. Bit frustrating, but hopeful they'll sort it — I do want to buy again if fixed. Really soon.
Nice find, not perfect
I needed a proper NBA tee for a mate's birthday — my old one was falling apart — and this felt right. Fabric's soft, print looks original and the fit is as described (a bit snug if you like loose). Shipped from Germany to Sweden in about six days, tracking emails were clear. Would buy again, though the packaging was a bit crumpled.

Delivery fee mismatch
Strange start. Their front page lists €4.90 for delivery within Belgium. I was charged €5.90 at checkout. I opened a support ticket. Their reply pointed me to a different line on the delivery page, as if I missed it. The returns policy is also buried and you pay for returns, which they don't make obvious. It felt a bit vague and a bit sneaky. The order itself arrived undamaged, so I'm relieved. I'd advise double-checking the small print.

I'm really disappointed with this company's customer service. I returned my order, but haven't received a refund. I've tried everything to get in touch with them - I've sent 6 emails, messages on Instagram, and called them multiple times, but no one has gotten back to me. It's really frustrating to be ignored like this. I just want a response and some help, but this company hasn't even provided me with that. It's really not on.
