    I recently went to a show at this venue and it was really packed. Unfortunately, they didn't allow photos during the show, which was a bit disappointing. The seats in the front row stalls were so uncomfortable! There was hardly any space for your legs and feet, so I had to sit in a weird position all night. There was a lady with crutches who struggled to get through because the gap was so narrow. It completely ruined the experience for me. The Palladium really needs to address their seating arrangements, it's a safety issue!

    My recent experience buying a dress from Coast was really annoying. I got this lovely dress but had to send it back.     I want to share my recent experience as a customer of Knees Home & Electrical, and quite frankly, it was a big let down. The web sales team definitely needs some serious improvements. I ordered items that were listed as 'available to order' with a specified delivery time, only to find out later that they weren't even in stock. I received an email the next day saying the items were out of stock, even though they had already taken my money. It's just not right to mislead customers like that and hide information about stock availability. To make matters worse, when I tried to express my disappointment through email, I got no response at all. The mix of bergamot, musk, and lavender made it smell like a strong, cheap aftershave more suited to a young lad than a grown-up. Not only did I not like the scent, but it also gave me a headache. I wasn't too pleased with the whole experience, especially considering how much I paid for it. However, I have to give credit to the company for their great customer service. After I left my feedback, Fumebar got in touch with me and offered me some other scents to try for free. Their level of care for customers was really impressive, and I can't fault them for trying to make things right.

    My recent car rental was a bit of a nightmare, to be honest. The first car they gave me ended up breaking down just 12 hours after I got it, so I had to get it towed. The second car worked fine, but it reeked of cigarettes and the washer fluid tank was completely empty. The third car was a plug-in hybrid, but it didn't have the charging cables I needed, and the rear tires were so worn down it was actually illegal to drive on them. On top of all that, I was told I'd get a call from the manager but never did. Now they're hounding me to pay for the missing charging cables. It's been a total mess and really makes me wonder how they check their cars at that place.

    I recently used the tyre fitting service and I have to say, I was really disappointed with the whole experience. The person working on my car ended up damaging it by rounding off the bolts and using the wrong tools. When I brought this up with them, they refused to take any responsibility and just sent me elsewhere. It was frustrating to deal with their lack of accountability and unprofessional attitude. On top of that, their prices were way higher than other garages in the area offering the same service. And to make matters worse, they overinflated my tyre by 10 psi, which could have caused even more problems if I hadn't noticed. Overall, I definitely wouldn't recommend their services to anyone.

    Fragrance sticks gift - Rituals of Mehr duo

    I was given the Rituals of Mehr duo fragrance sticks as a gift because I thought they were too expensive to buy for myself. The scent is really nice, but I can't help but think that the sticks themselves seem a bit cheap. They bend easily, dry out quickly, and don't have a luxurious look, which is a shame considering how much they cost. Overall, I was hoping for better quality considering the price.

    Recent trouser purchase

    I recently bought a pair of trousers online, but they still haven't arrived after nine days. I got in touch with the customer service team a few days back, and they said they would sort it out. I know deliveries can sometimes have hiccups, so I was patient. But I was gutted to get an email saying the item was sent out, only to discover two days later that the courier hadn't even picked it up yet. The lack of communication and efficiency is really annoying, especially given the price of the product. I'm now trying to get a refund since there's no sign of the trousers showing up. This whole experience with the company has been a bit of a joke, so I doubt I'll order directly from them again with all these issues going on.

    I bought a lovely silver necklace from this shop recently, and I have to say I am really impressed with how good it is. The quality of the product is top-notch - the craftsmanship and design are just exceptional. I've been a loyal customer of this brand for quite a while now, and every time I've bought something I've been happy with my purchase. The jewellery is really good value for money, considering the quality. I am absolutely delighted with my necklace and I will definitely be coming back for more things in the future.

    I have just been to collect an order from Superdrug’s truro branch only to be refused to collect. I got my wife to order some Ensure nutrient powder for my Crohn’s condition.
    Under Superdrug’s terms you need to be over 18 to order this product which is fine as i’m almost 40.
    The staff member in store told me that it has to be the person that ordered the item that has to collect it due to the age restrictions, but in the confirmation email it clearly states that someone else can collect, if they have id to prove their age, yet i was still refused. I asked to speak to a manager but was sent a team leader. I showed her the confirmation email and the terms stated only to be told that it's in a different section and that the rule does not apply.
    In actual fact it is a follow on from the age restriction statement. Now either the staff dont know their own policies and terms or Superdrug need to address their terms and conditions.

    The team leader even started spouting trading standards, which i dont think she really understands. All i have done is follow what Superdrug’s email confirmation terms stated and yet made to feel like ... when I’m already extremely poorly and just wanted to collect the nutrient shake to aid with my condition.
    The team leader then called the customer service number to confirm her opinion, yet i dont think the customer service guy had a clue. When i was passed the phone the guy on the other end sounded confused as i dont think he knew or understood the statement in the emails.

    I am going to be posting this in all review places so no one else goes into a store only to be treated this way. I suggest that Superdrug addresses this conflict between their email terms and what their staff’s interpretation of the terms are, because under trading standards rules this would come under misleading actions in consumer rights.
    I will also be making a formal complaint on this matter. Disgraceful

    Just booked for 4 tyres to be fitted ... front+rear wheel alignment tomorrow. Called the local Portsmouth, Rodney Rd, branch to ask if they could also investigate a clunking noise. Receptionist was extremely rude with no customer service skills or whatsoever. Was told that she's extremely busy ... don't have time to waste on the phone. I had to cancel the booking as she's very busy and doesn't care about other services that I require. She cancelled my booking within seconds. THANKS NATIONAL TYRES / HALFORDS for employing such staff who do not care about customers.

    I completely agree mate. I had a similar horrible experience with the receptionist at this branch not long ago. She thinks she owns National Tyres ... Autocare / Halfords. Booked my car for full servicing and she cancelled it as I asked if they could also flush ... replace the coolant and obvioulsly pay for tthe extra service. Was told that they don't have time to add extra and I should have done this online while booking for servivcing. Complained to Halfords but guess they don't care.

    Should be totally free, also very very disappointing that you can not speak to your tutor on the phone so they know if you have any mental health issues so they can work with you to ensure you can pass. I feel at times I have been ripped off by this company as all the help you get is via messaging whereas I prefer to speak to someone over the phone or face to face. Also testing centres are out of my area not good.

    This is a bizarrely self-centred review. Should be totally free? How would they pay their tutors if it was free? What kind of business model is that? Utter nonsense.

    What a strange review, it's clear that the tutors are accessed via messaging. Perhaps you'd like Cloudlearn to helicopter tutors directly to you at your convenience also - completely free of charge of course ;)

    It seems like cloudlearn have sent people to defend their terrible website. It should be totally free because they have just copied links from Youtube and their content is written with many errors, which I have noticed. They charge over £200 from channels that are already on Youtube and claim that youtube is an excellent 'resource' when its literally already FREE, and they should instead use their own content.

    Very bad experience buying of this company not only have they took £360 out of my account they not issued a phone ,I have asked for a refund for which they said no as a mum with three disabled kids this is a lot of money for me to lose .this experience as been very upsetting to me and I advice people to think twice before ordering of this site

    Purchased travel insurance with Cedar Tree for a trip to Cuba before being made aware by my travel provider that there is a government approved list of insurers. If your insurer is not on this list your insurance may not be valid in Cuba.

    Contacted Cedar Tree before my trip to establish if they were on this list but they had no awareness of any list and could not confirm if my insurance would be accepted by Cuban authorities. Extremely rude and snappy lady on their customer service team who constantly spoke over me and was completely unhelpful. Instead of trying to investigate the issue for me I was told to contact the Cuban embassy myself to find out if my insurance was valid.

    Essentially a company who sell travel insurance for Cuba cannot even confirm if their insurance is valid in that country and expect their customers to investigate if it is or not! When I enquired about a refund I was told this was not possible as I should have reviewed the policy and checked it was suitable during the 14 day cooling off period-again expecting their customers to try and establish how dodgy their insurance policy.

    total and utter shambles-this company has no clue on how to run its own affairs or to treat its customers with any care or respect!

    I completed A-Level maths & biology through Cloud learn. I was a bit apprehensive about online study as i've not done courses since school. Thanksfully the experience was great, the courses were easy to follow and informative. it was really useful being able to use videos and quizzes and my tutors replied to questions really quickly with easy to understand explinations. All in all i'd totally recommend Cloudlearn :)

    I'm considering studying A-Level Biology, but I'm worried that I might struggle as I haven't studied for 10 years! Just curious to know how you found the course? Was it difficult to get your head around?
