Wrapped Chain Purchase
I bought something from this company not long ago and I have to say, it was a really disappointing experience. The customer service was awful, they hardly ever got in touch with me. When I tried to return the dodgy chain they sent me, at first they seemed like they were going to help. But once I sent the package back, they basically fell off the face of the earth. They didn't reply to my emails and it felt like they had vanished completely. The fact that they didn't communicate properly with me left me feeling annoyed and like I had been ripped off by them.
Broken chain replacement request
I got a broken chain in my order, so I contacted customer service to ask for a replacement. They took 4 days to get back to me, and then said it would take 15 more days to sort it out. I was pretty shocked by the slow response and long wait time. It felt really unprofessional the way they dealt with it. I was left feeling annoyed and let down by the lack of urgency and poor communication. My whole experience with the company was disappointing.
Misleading buy one get one free offer
Unfortunately, I had a bit of a let-down recently with the buy one get one free deal. I thought I was getting a good deal by choosing two items for the price of one, but when I got to the checkout, I was charged for both items. When I contacted customer service about it, they told me that the items I picked weren't part of the promotion, even though it was clearly advertised on their website. I decided to try again with a different item, but once more, I ended up being charged for two items instead of one. It's really disappointing to see a company that I used to like resorting to these sneaky tactics. I want to warn other customers to be careful with these buy one get one free offers, as they might not be as good as they seem and could just be a trick to get you to spend more money.
