Microscopic earrings
The earrings were so small that I didn't bother trying to take them out of the box. I was worried they might break, especially with my arthritic fingers. When I tried to send them back, I discovered they weren't refundable, which was a letdown. The postage cost for returning them with tracking was also pretty steep. All in all, it was a frustrating experience I wouldn't want to go through again.
Tiny earrings for my cousin
I got these little earrings for my cousin, but they turned out to be even smaller than I expected! The photo online made the green birthstone look huge, but in person, you could hardly even see it, it was practically invisible! I feel like I've been conned and now I can't even send them back. I really should have checked the reviews before making the purchase. Lesson definitely learned!
Earring purchase
I bought three pairs of earrings from the store not long ago. But, I had some problems with them. The first pair was fine, but the back of the second pair kept coming off. And the third pair was so tiny, they could easily fall out of my ears. I contacted customer service about these issues, and they said the small size of the third pair was on purpose. They also couldn't fix the back of the second pair. I was really let down by their response, I was hoping for a better solution.
