    This phone company is absolutely terrible. They never reply to emails, and because I'm deaf, I can't even ring them up. I cancelled my internet plan, but they're still taking money from me even though I stopped using their SIM card ages ago. They're a dreadful company, don't go near them if you can help it.

    I was really impressed with the clothes I bought from this store.     I bought a refurbished laptop from this company to save some money on a good quality product. But, just after the warranty ran out, the laptop stopped working properly and wouldn't recognise the hard drive, even though I hadn't damaged it. I take good care of my stuff, but when I spoke to their technician, I was surprised to hear him say that refurbished laptops usually only last about a year. Not only that, he also mentioned that getting replacement parts for my laptop would be difficult. As a single mother, buying this laptop was a big deal for me, so I'm really upset that it's stopped working already.

    I was really disappointed with this online retailer recently. The website said it was based in the UK, but when my goods arrived, it was obvious they had come all the way from China. I was worried when I found out the UK address they gave was just a "mailbox hire" shop, I even checked on Google Street view to be sure. The whole process of trying to send the items back was so annoying - they wanted me to take pictures of what was in the box before I could even send it back. And the return address they gave me wasn't a UK warehouse like they said, it was actually someone's house in Sheffield, I double-checked on Google Street view. Even though the company promised me a refund once they got the goods back, they haven't been answering my messages, even though I can show them proof the items were delivered over a week ago.

    I bought a couple of jewellery pieces and was really let down by the quality. The gold colour began chipping away after only a few times of wearing them, so they now look really cheap and badly put together.     I downloaded the mobile app for educators and I was really let down by how it worked. Even though it's free for educators, none of the 8 Apps in the bundle worked when I tried to use them on my iPad.     I managed to book a car without using my credit card, which had me a bit anxious at first, but everything turned out fine in the end. Just a tip, be sure to carefully read the terms and conditions because the rental company might add some extra charges without you realising. They tried to sneak in some additional fees for minor damage in my case, but thankfully the insurance covered it and resolved the issue promptly. The claim was approved and refunded within a few days, which was really impressive. So, all in all, they did a good job and are definitely dependable!

    I recently bought some shoes from this company, and I have to say I am really disappointed with the whole thing.     Canadian Rockies Grand Circle Tour

    I've just got back from the Canadian Rockies Grand Circle tour and it was absolutely brilliant. Our tour guide really knew his stuff, the coach driver was great and made us feel safe, we saw loads of wildlife and visited some amazing places. The hotels were cosy and the restaurant recommendations were perfect. The journey to and from Heathrow was smooth and well-organised. All in all, it was a fantastic holiday.

    My host never arrived with the fob, so I couldn't get into the parking. I tried to contact them but their phone number was blocked. The chat line was no help - all automated responses.     I recently bought some football boots from this company, hoping everything would be smooth and they'd give good customer service. Unfortunately, my experience with them has been pretty disappointing. I tried to return the boots, as is allowed by the consumers' rights act, but even though I told them in time, they had already sent the boots back to me. The whole process for returning them was a bit of a mess and left me confused and annoyed, unable to get my money back.     I needed a new vacuum cleaner and Curry's was charging too much. Luckily, my mate mentioned this little-known company called Freenet Electrical.     I had a really great experience with Sonic Direct. I recently bought a washer dryer from them and I couldn't be happier with the service. The staff, particularly Andy, Sangdeep, and Faisal, were all really professional and helpful. Andy was brilliant on the phone, he called me back when he said he would and sorted out my order with next day delivery. The delivery team, Sangdeep and Faisal, were also amazing, they put the box exactly where I asked them to. The Bosch washer dryer I bought seems to be really good quality, meeting my expectations. I would definitely recommend Sonic Direct based on the great experience I had with them.

    My subscription experience

    I signed up for a subscription, but when I tried to cancel it, I had a really hard time. The website had a robot chat that didn't help at all, and they kept charging me even after I cancelled. I couldn't even speak to a real person or file a complaint, which was super frustrating. I had to contact my credit card company to sort everything out, and it was a total mess. This company is not legit, so watch out!
