This phone company is absolutely terrible. They never reply to emails, and because I'm deaf, I can't even ring them up. I cancelled my internet plan, but they're still taking money from me even though I stopped using their SIM card ages ago. They're a dreadful company, don't go near them if you can help it.

I bought a refurbished laptop from this company to save some money on a good quality product. But, just after the warranty ran out, the laptop stopped working properly and wouldn't recognise the hard drive, even though I hadn't damaged it. I take good care of my stuff, but when I spoke to their technician, I was surprised to hear him say that refurbished laptops usually only last about a year. Not only that, he also mentioned that getting replacement parts for my laptop would be difficult. As a single mother, buying this laptop was a big deal for me, so I'm really upset that it's stopped working already.

I was really disappointed with this online retailer recently. The website said it was based in the UK, but when my goods arrived, it was obvious they had come all the way from China. I was worried when I found out the UK address they gave was just a "mailbox hire" shop, I even checked on Google Street view to be sure. The whole process of trying to send the items back was so annoying - they wanted me to take pictures of what was in the box before I could even send it back. And the return address they gave me wasn't a UK warehouse like they said, it was actually someone's house in Sheffield, I double-checked on Google Street view. Even though the company promised me a refund once they got the goods back, they haven't been answering my messages, even though I can show them proof the items were delivered over a week ago.

The gold colour began chipping away after only a few times of wearing them, so they now look really cheap and badly put together. The fact that they didn't respond or try to fix things was not on, especially given how much I paid for these items. So, I definitely won't be buying from this company again.

I downloaded the mobile app for educators and I was really let down by how it worked. Even though it's free for educators, none of the 8 Apps in the bundle worked when I tried to use them on my iPad. It's just not on to make a program that can't be used on mobile devices nowadays when we depend on them so much. I won't be bothering with this app again, either at home or at work.

This place is awful, honestly. I bought a jacket from there and it fell apart after only a few times wearing it. I wanted to return it, but they refused because I bought it in-store. I've just accepted that it's going in the bin now. Don't even bother going there, seriously!

They tried to sneak in some additional fees for minor damage in my case, but thankfully the insurance covered it and resolved the issue promptly. The claim was approved and refunded within a few days, which was really impressive. So, all in all, they did a good job and are definitely dependable!

I recently bought some shoes from this company, and I have to say I am really disappointed with the whole thing. They said they'd deliver them by a certain date, but that date has come and gone, and I've still not got my order. On top of that, they haven't even bothered to let me know what's going on. It's just not right for a company to leave their customers in the dark, especially when they send the wrong shoes first. This lack of honesty and not keeping to their promises really doesn't make them look good when it comes to being reliable and taking care of customers. I've always liked this company's products and how quick they were, but now I feel let down. I can't really trust them in the future if they are going to mess up like this. Good customer service is so important for any business, and they definitely need to do better in that department.

Canadian Rockies Grand Circle Tour
I've just got back from the Canadian Rockies Grand Circle tour and it was absolutely brilliant. Our tour guide really knew his stuff, the coach driver was great and made us feel safe, we saw loads of wildlife and visited some amazing places. The hotels were cosy and the restaurant recommendations were perfect. The journey to and from Heathrow was smooth and well-organised. All in all, it was a fantastic holiday.

The concierge said selling parking spots was against the law. I couldn't find a phone number on the website and the Reception staff warned me it might be a scam. If I could rate it, I'd give it zero points.

The whole process for returning them was a bit of a mess and left me confused and annoyed, unable to get my money back. Even though one of their staff said I could reject the delivery for a refund, I later found out that wasn't an option, so now I'm stuck with boots I don't want. Dealing with this has been a real headache and has put me off the company altogether.
