Monthly policy with high admin charges
This company is a complete nightmare to deal with. The admin staff doesn't communicate properly and threatens you with cancellation at the drop of a hat. And don't even get me started on the ridiculous admin charges they'll try to hit you with!

Software license
I bought a software license from an online shop recently, but there were some problems with the delivery. It took longer than they said it would, and the customer service wasn't great either. They only replied to my emails the next day and when I asked for a refund because I was unhappy, they were unhelpful and dismissive. The way they dealt with my concerns was not professional at all. My overall experience with this online store was disappointing, and I wouldn't suggest it to anyone.

HRT prescription
I'm really thankful for the quick and effective service I got from The Online Clinic. The doctor I spoke to actually listened to my worries about my HRT meds and managed to sort me out with a prescription pretty quickly. I depend on this medication for my health, so I was so relieved I didn't have to wait ages for a prescription like I might have done at my GP's. Everything from emailing the clinic to getting the prescription the next day was smooth and hassle-free. I can't praise the clinic enough for their top-notch service.

Delayed order with lack of communication
I'm really sorry to hear about the bad service I received. I ordered an item that was on a short backorder, but never got an email confirming my order or any kind of confirmation at all. Even though they said it would be available within a week, that date came and went with no update. When I tried to reorder, I got an email with no order number. The communication was terrible - weeks went by with no news or replies from them. To top it off, I got charged twice for the same item, but they only showed one order on their system. The customer service wasn't helpful at all, they didn't seem to care about my situation. It left me feeling like the whole thing was dodgy and unreliable.

Storage container rental in London NW10
I hired a storage unit in Park Royal for when I was moving house. It was in a handy spot and had 24/7 access with a gated entry that required a key fob. I could park right next to the container, which made loading and unloading my stuff a breeze. The area felt really safe, and I liked that I could add my own locks to the container to make it even more secure. Both Kevin, the host, and Stashbee were really good at keeping in touch while I was using the unit. All in all, I was really happy with the service and would definitely recommend it to others.

I'm really frustrated with all the technical issues that made us wait for an hour just to try out a ride. It's actually the second time this year that it's happened and it's really not on. We only managed to go on 2 rides in 13 hours. I'd advise steering clear of this place, it's just not worth the trouble!

Even so, I decided to hang on to them because I needed them urgently, and I have fingers crossed that they'll hold up well in the long run.

Bunk bed
So, I bought this bunk bed from the store and it was all fine. It arrived on time, which was good. But then, they sent me two bunk beds instead of one! I mean, really? I only ordered one and now it's a whole thing to sort out the return of the extra one. I had to speak to their customer service team who insisted I accidentally ordered two, which is just not true! And to top it off, they charged me over 20 quid to send it back. Seriously? Not cool. The customer service was no help at all and now I'm out of pocket. Not cool, not cool at all.

I recently got myself a ceiling rack and added on some cool extras like a dip bar, landmine attachment, spotters, and a pull-up bar. The gear is top-notch and fits perfectly in my space, considering the low ceiling. However, after using it for about a month, one of the J Cups had a little chip in its powder coat. I thought it might be a flaw in the making. When I got in touch with customer service to ask for a replacement, they quickly dismissed me, saying it was just normal wear and tear. I even offered to show them a snap of the damage, but they weren't interested. This left me feeling let down and worried about how long the equipment might last. Although the kit itself is awesome, they really need to up their game when it comes to looking after customers after they've made a purchase.

Norfolk coastal cottage stay
I recently had a lovely weekend at a coastal cottage in Norfolk. It was in a great spot for beach days and sightseeing. The cottage was cosy and had all the essentials. However, there were a few niggles that dampened the experience. The kitchen knives were a bit dull, there were no logs for the fire when we arrived, we had to put used linen in bags that weren't there, and the shower tap in the upstairs bathroom was a nightmare to turn on. It's a shame that these little things weren't sorted out, as they would have made our stay much better.

Oh my gosh, we went to this store to get some new things for our house and we came across this really awesome girl named Molly. She was honestly the best assistant, not at all pushy. We ended up getting a sofa, dining table, bench, and chairs, and we can't wait for them to be delivered!

The lingerie set I bought from that online shop was a bit of a letdown because it took ages to arrive. I thought it was in the UK, but it wasn't, so I had to wait longer than expected for it to be delivered. I ended up buying the same set from another shop to make sure I got it in time. This place is absolutely terrible! I went to the post office with my small parcel, and the person at the counter completely messed up the postage. They charged me way more than they should have for a large letter, even though it clearly met the size and weight requirements for a small parcel. This sort of thing happens far too often here, can you imagine? I even wrote a description on the parcel to make it easier for them, but they still got it wrong. And when I tried to complain, they didn't even bother responding. It's honestly the worst service I've ever experienced!

Rubber pencil skirt purchase
I was really disappointed with the rubber pencil skirt I bought. It just didn't fit right at all. The bottom part was way too loose, so it was flapping around and completely ruined the tight look I wanted. When I called to complain, the lady I spoke to wasn't very helpful or friendly. She said they might be able to alter it if I sent photos, but I'd have to pay for any changes myself. I thought that was really unfair, especially as the skirt was meant to be tight all over.

I was really happy with all the different art classes on offer at Goldster, especially during the second lockdown. There used to be lots of options every week, with different styles and subjects to paint, held by three different tutors. But now, they've gone and cut it down to just two classes a week, and only one tutor. I'm not as happy with this new setup and I'm feeling let down by the change.

I was in a bit of a pickle because I needed some balloons blown up last minute for my daughter's birthday. The online retailer I bought them from didn't say anything about needing to book in advance. The staff there were absolutely fantastic, the balloons turned out just right, and they even lasted longer than I thought they would. Colosseum tour package
The meeting point shown on the map for the Colosseum tour was way off. Even though I got there early like they said, I couldn't find the right spot in time and ended up missing out on the tickets. It's been a week since I got in touch with the company about it, but I still haven't heard back. And to top it off, I had a similar issue with the Tuscany package - they were supposed to provide tickets for Vienna Cathedral, but the guide said they didn't have any. And once again, no help from the company. All in all, I wouldn't recommend using their services based on my experiences.

S5+ imob
IV had the S5+imob system installed and I have had nothing but problems from day 1, the tracker doesn't stay up to date, so my tracker will tell me my car is in my previous location, I then had a key card issue wheather the card is on or off the car would always start, 12 months later I had a brand new tracker fitted by Julian an expert technician and IV had the same problems continue non stop! Iv paid a further £560 for updates and IV still got exactly the same issues
I personally don't recommend this system
Jay and Alex was disgusting and rude and tried to controll me by emailing me to remove this review as they know full well I ain't putting up with there demands. This is a free country and I can leave a review just like everyone else. ITS MY RIGHT

Though I have in depth knowledge of Project Management and also having 40 years of experience of various high value projects across the globe, but still enjoyed the way it has been taught and presented through Webinar classes.
I highly recommend people to do this course.I would recommend Shaw Academy. The lectures make sense and are easy to understand.

Have seen many platforms for training in differents fields, but this is one of best designed I've ever seen, since that adds value to the user since the beginning by clarifying early concepts, components, terms and differences of both approaches waterfall as agile as well, all in the first lesson.

Ive been wanting to go back to school and for years and years I wanted to take my photography class but at age 35 and 4 kids, it just seemed so exspensive, not to mention just to overwhelming and complicated. Then I saw the advertisement for shaw academy and the free four week module 1 class for photography and I was like ya know what, now is the time, little did I know but it is the easiest way to go back to school and shaw academy just makes the whole process painless and easy to understand and almost fail proof. Im not only takin my photography class but I've added 4 classes in all now and I'm just finishing up lesson 2 in all four classes and things couldnt be more clear. I am in love with shaw academy and i thank them for literally making my dreams become a reality. I think after im finished with these classes I think im just gonna keep on with the classes and keep on with the learning I wish all online schooling could be as great as an experience as ive had with shaw academy not to mention they also allow u to extend ur classes out to 3 friends or family memebers for FREE!!! I know I know , they are simply amazing. Thank you Shaw Academy for making my dreams a realty.
Good step by step instructional approach, however, it halted several times which may be due to our internet service.
Shaw academy is giving people some well needed chances and opportunities especially now in an unknowing part of time to get back to learning and educating ourselves.
Working through the social media and marketing course at the moment, the course lessons go very quickly, because the content seems quite rushed. A lot of detail though. I'm learning a lot about stats at the moment.
I am very impressed by shaw academy because there are several interesting informations and they helped me a lot. BTW, i hope the instructor has more specific example, it would be easier to understand

I am impressed so far done 2 lessons. I suppose due to network in our country I may take a little time logging in . The only question I want help with is on the e certificate is that for free or its paid for? I also would appreciate if one can be allowed to do lessons a lot quicker than 2 per week. Otherwise it's a great online learning platform for me

So far so good! I am enjoying the classes on the Shaw Academybplatform and finding them informative and easy to follow. There is plenty of opportunity to interact with the course tutor and clarify any points, which is really helpful. To be honest I was originally a little sceptical but I have been impressed by the knowledge provided and am looking forward to learning more about Digital Marketing in the coming weeks!

I have been getting emails that I have not attended the session when in fact I did. My emails are being flooded unnecessarily. I have sent an email which automatically created a ticket. Moreover, I am enrolled in a Project Management course. And this simple matter of my attendance does not seem to be reconciled. Does not give me much confidence.Very helpful and I'm enjoying the course.

It's a great educational app and very flexible. You can adjust your own schedule and the educators on Shaw Academy are amazing. They are great at explaining each lesson thoroughly and the students are also very engaging. I'm very pleased with the app. Totally recommend!

I attended my first lesson today, and I really like it. I have already learnt a lot of beneficial information. You really need to turn on your notification settings to not miss any class. There are just too many notifications consists of email and app, but these could sometimes be annoying. Beside this, I strongly recommended. Thank you Shaw Academy!!!

Easy to buy, IMPOSSIBLE to cancel. They make you attend classes at particular times - it's not flexible. This is surrounded by endless phone calls, texts and emails reminding you when to log in, which is really annoying. When in the course it pretends that it's live by having the instructor take fake questions from non existent people and you cannot pause the video.
When you try to cancel, there are at least 4 screens where you have to keep clicking to cancel and then when you get to the end it insists that you CALL THEM to cancel!!!! Outrageous.Review about: Shaw Academy
Project management course
I signed up for this course for a free trial. I’ve been impressed by SA’s platform and the “take a class at a given time” technology. But the amount of emails and phone calls and text messages about something in my diary is stupid.
The course itself has been pedestrian. A woman talking through slides in a monotone. Yesterday she read off a list that was on a graphic that said 2/2.2/2.2.1/2.2.2 etc. The idea of answering a question or giving examples to a bot is silly.
The constant bombardment to buy a resource pack and certificate (for what? To say I’ve listened to a YouTube video, essentially) is annoying.
so this is my first time taking class at Shaw Academy ,and i really enjoyed my first lesson ,it was quite clear and well explained .
i look forward for the next class.
