Daily-wear boots
I bought a pair of boots from your shop about seven months ago and I've been really happy with them. Recently, I noticed a bit where the boot is coming away from the sole. I got in touch with customer service about it and I have to say, the lady I spoke to, Baylie, was absolutely brilliant. She dealt with my problem really professionally, she was polite and understanding, and she made sure I got a full refund quickly. I really appreciate the amazing customer service I got from Baylie and I will definitely be coming back to buy from you in the future. I'd recommend your boots and service to anyone looking for good quality products.
Comfortable boots, excellent customer service
I bought a pair of boots from this company recently and I have to say, they are really comfy. I would definitely suggest them to anyone looking for a sturdy and trustworthy pair of shoes. The boots are not only great quality but the customer service I got was amazing. I had a problem with my order and when I got in touch with them, they quickly got back to me, acknowledged the mistake, and even sent me a gift card to replace the boots. It's not often you come across this kind of service and I am really impressed.
Recent boot replacement
I wanted to share my recent experience with some amazing customer service I received when I got in touch about replacing a pair of boots. Even though I should have asked for a replacement earlier, they were really understanding and sorted it out with no fuss. The boots had broken a good few months back, so I was pleasantly surprised by how helpful they were. I can't wait to try out my new boots now, and I really appreciate the fantastic customer service they gave me.
Men's Short Boots
The service and delivery were top-notch, really speedy and no issues at all. The packaging was well done too. However, the boots weren't great. They're really uncomfortable, gave me terrible blisters on my feet. Plus, they're chunky and heavy, like short wellies. They're likely waterproof, but not really worth it in the end. There are definitely better options out there for less money.
Comfortable boots, expensive but low quality
I recently bought a pair of boots from this company and at first, I was really happy with how comfy they were. But then the boots started to split and crack just after 6 months of gentle use, which was disappointing. When I contacted the company about the warranty, they said the damage was my fault because I didn't use them properly. I tried to explain that I only wore them for a short dog walk on soft ground each day and kept them on a boot rack when not in use, but they didn't listen. Now I'm looking into the small claims process because of their bad customer service and refusal to stick to their warranty. I won't be buying anything from them again and I'm upset that I spent my money on two pairs of boots that didn't last.
Arctic Sport II Tall boots
I treated myself to these boots thinking they'd hold up well, but just after a year, the seam at the back tore open. Even though I looked after them, the customer service team brushed it off as 'normal wear and tear'. It's not on for boots that cost this much.
Waterproof boots
I bought these really cool waterproof boots just over a year ago, and they were so comfortable and fantastic at first! However, not long after that, they started letting in water and the sole began to come apart. I was really disappointed! I contacted the store to let them know, but they said it was just typical wear and tear. So now my favourite boots aren't as good as they used to be.
Cosy boots
I got some really cosy boots for both me and my wife. They were brilliant until mine got a little damaged after a year. But luckily, their customer service was fantastic and they quickly gave me a refund. The boots were really comfortable and easy to put on and take off. I was so impressed with how they dealt with my problem that I'm definitely going to buy another pair!

Arctic boots purchased last May
I bought a pair of Arctic boots last May and they were great at keeping my feet warm and dry throughout the winter. However, the seam on the sole and back is now breaking, which is really frustrating. I tried getting in touch with them about it, but they weren't very helpful. They simply said it's just normal wear and tear - which I don't think is fair! These boots were pricey and didn't even last a year. On top of that, they take forever to respond to any messages. It's really not cool. I definitely won't be purchasing from them again!
Comfiest boots
I've just got these really comfy boots and I'm over the moon! They were a gift from my daughter and I can't get enough of them. They're top quality and super comfortable for wearing all day. I would definitely suggest these boots to anyone after something long-lasting and cosy.
Derwent boots, worn heel
I bought a pair of boots recently and I was really disappointed with them. I only wore them for about an hour each day, and after five months, the inside of one of the heels completely wore away. When I got in touch with customer service to ask for a replacement, they said no, claiming it was just normal wear and tear. I couldn't believe it! I had another pair of boots from the same company that lasted me two years before they split, so I was hoping for better quality this time. Considering the price I paid, I definitely expected them to last longer than five months. I won't be buying from this company again and I'd advise anyone else thinking about it to think carefully before making a purchase.
Ripped boots
My boots tore and began to leak after just a year, and they refused to replace them. I'm so disappointed because I spent a good amount on them and hoped for better quality. They are made cheaply in China but are sold at a high price, which doesn't seem fair.
Derwent boots bought on 28th December
I bought these boots to walk my dog every day, but they split at the front seam after just 4 months! I sent photos and proof of purchase to customer services, but they said it's just normal wear and tear. I'm really disappointed and won't be buying from them again. Even my whole family won't be customers anymore.
Faulty shoes, quick refund
My shoes had a problem with them and didn't last for very long. Luckily, Muck Boots sorted it out for me quickly and refunded my money with no trouble at all. It's not often you come across such efficient and straightforward service these days, is it?
Duck boots purchase
I recently got a pair of Duck boots from this company and I was quite disappointed with the whole experience. I've been a loyal customer of their products for years, buying multiple pairs in the past that I've always loved. However, this time I was surprised to see that the price had doubled since my last purchase two years ago. Despite this, I decided to make the most of their half-price sale and purchased the Duck boots. Sadly, when they arrived I found they were faulty. When I contacted customer service, they explained that they do send out seconds during sales, but they did offer to refund my purchase once I returned the boots. I was pretty disappointed with the whole situation and decided to send them back, ultimately choosing not to purchase from them again.
Awesome Boots
These boots are absolutely amazing, they look so stylish and feel really comfortable. The quality of the materials is top-notch and I just can't get enough of them. The customer service was exceptional as well, they were so helpful in finding the right size for me and gave me all the information I needed.
Chore boots - warranty issue
I'm really disappointed with how my warranty claim for the Chore boots I bought this year was dealt with. Both pairs had issues within two months of buying them, but getting them replaced was a long and annoying process. I felt like they didn't believe my faults were real, which was disheartening. It was also surprising and disappointing to find out that a refund wasn't an option under the warranty. In general, the customer service could have been a lot better.
