The live chat support suggested I contact them on WhatsApp but I didn't receive a response. I paid a lot of money for services I could have got for free somewhere else. Even after paying for a company bank account, I still can't access important features like adding products. The support team won't help me anymore and even asked me to remove my negative review. I feel like I've been scammed and need a refund. I will be seeking a chargeback.

Recent dress purchase
I bought three dresses from this shop recently after not shopping there for a while, and I was really let down by the poor quality of the dresses I received. They looked like they were made on the cheap and didn't meet the standards I would expect from this brand. When I tried to return the dresses, the customer service was really not up to scratch. My return was signed for by the warehouse on the 24th of May, but then I was told there would be a delay in getting my refund because they needed to do some internal investigation. The customer service people I spoke to didn't seem too bothered about making sure I was happy, and they seemed more concerned with ticking boxes and following rules. It's been really annoying having all these extra delays added to the process, and I'm still waiting for my refund. I'd definitely suggest shopping somewhere else where you can get better quality and customer service, because the way things are at this shop right now really isn't great.

My recent purchase of an Olympic weightlifting bar and weight plates from UK Sport Imports has left me with mixed feelings. The quality of the products overall is decent considering the price I paid, but there are a few issues that could be improved. The weight plates have a shiny finish which makes them slide easily on surfaces, but the painting on the plates was not done perfectly. I had to grind the first few plates onto the bar because the paint job had made the hole smaller, which was quite frustrating. The bar itself rattles slightly and doesn't feel as sturdy as I would like, although it has proved to be durable during use. I must admit that it's more of a mental concern rather than an actual problem, but it does affect my overall satisfaction with the purchase. Fabbri bike rack for VW Crafter
I recently bought a Fabbri bike rack for my VW Crafter from DriveDen, and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. Not only did it arrive quickly, but it was also much cheaper compared to similar products from Thule and Fiamma. The instructions that came with the rack weren't as detailed as I would have liked, so I ended up checking out the Thule version as well for more guidance on installation. I did struggle a bit to get the rack level, and having a photo of it on a Crafter would have been handy.
That being said, I'm happy with my purchase overall. The rack is securely fitted and adds a nice touch to my vehicle. I do wonder if the lower price means it might not be as durable as more expensive brands, but only time will tell. Killer bikini vibes
This bikini is absolutely amazing! The colour is just gorgeous and the cut is fabulous. It really challenged me to try something new and I'm glad I did. I've worn it a few times and I feel so confident in it. My only small issue is that I wish the straps were a bit thicker like my other swimsuits. They're a bit flimsy, so I have to be cautious about any potential wardrobe mishaps. But overall, I'm really happy with it!
