It won’t take more than a few seconds to see the number of dissatisfied customers who have posted about this company sending out marked clothing and then blaming the recipient. It is impossible to prove it was marked when opening unless we took every parcel we receive and open it on camera!
The items were not even tried on, as I tried a dress on prior to taking said outfit out of the bag and that was exactly what I wanted. Very disappointed now that I chose to keep the item because after the way I have been treated I would rather not have purchased anything from them.
I have asked numerous questions, to which they will not answer, all they state is their staff are trained!
This is by far the most awful company I have ever dealt with. They sent ‘said outfit’ back thrown in a postal bag, rolled up in a ball.
The item was a chiffon material and pale pink/... in colour. Both top and bottom had huge tags on them! How I could have worn them with tags on is something I have asked numerous times because there is no way of hiding them or disgusting them! The tags are perfect, not bent or marked like they would be if they had been manipulated under clothing or something. The dress smells like a factory,the top clearly hasn’t even been put on, this can be seen by the way it sat when it was out of the bag.
The items were not very expensive, I am more than capable of affording them, however this is down to principle as this company try to steal from people who, in good faith, purchase items from them, need to return them (within the returns policy requirements) and then face the company defacing the items to say they cannot be returned and refusing a refund.
What a terrible business model and a dreadful customer service department.

Order placed 08 March - several emails later and no dog food so I cancelled on 20 March and asked for refund. Takes 5-10 working days apparently!
28 March received email saying goods on way to warehouse and will be collected by courier.?

Dog coat
Ordered a dog coat in January. Never received. Advised I'd be sent replacement which also didn't arrive. Have sent numerous emails requesting refund...again was advised refund would be issued. I left several voicemails but nobody called me back.
Have done a claw back now with my bank.

I don't believe in shopping that is difficult and stressful. Rather I believe on shopping that is stress free and ease. For example, if I need 3 items, I prefer to buy the 3 items from one shop basically because the shop has all I want and it is stress free to buy than buying the 3 items from different shops. Even when shipping, it is also easy to track than trying to track from different delivery agents. This is more reason my husband and I have decided to do our shopping with Zalando Lounge because they meet our expectations especially when we need variety of products. Clothes, lifestyle items, books, entertainment, comic materials and more, we buy them easily for from Zalando Lounge. The lounge is indeed a place to check out if you haven't.

Move furniture and stuff to new home
Lot of damage to furniture and lost items. Damage to wardrobes (external scratches), bed (scratches), chest of draws and mattress (torn in 4 places). Customer service informed me of assembly charges 2 days before the move date, so I cannot even change provider. Drivers did not protect any of the furniture , not even the mattress or mirrors. They also lost 4 screws so I had to go to IKEA and get them! Do not use Anyvan!

Graphic Design Diploma - session one
Decided to give this a go as there is a free trial at the moment and I have been wanting to invest in some training for a while.
The first impression of the course is a good one. The session was easy to join and follow and presenter clear.
She lost me a little when she began to describe using photoshop but she did say it was an initial demo of the sort of things the programme can do and there's be more details later on. She made a bunch of mistakes having to redo bits - not sure why that wasn't edited out as it added some confusion?
I find the number of emails from shaw academy annoying though - I get that they want you to attend but I had 19 emails in the space of 3 days, plus two phone calls and 13 text messages. It feels like a complete bombardment and time consuming because I have to read them all to know which are essential and which are just marketing or reminders. (hence the low service score)
I've scored the pricing low not because it is expensive but because it is confusing. Lots of hidden costs and uncertainty. I'd much prefer one price that includes the certificate and session notes and software licences needed. Then I know upfront what I am in for and how long I have to pay it.Review about: Savapoint

False Update, Bad Service!!
I arranged a collection on the 22nd of the month, for the 25th. The collection did not take place on the 25th as scheduled which was a waste of my day because I took a day off work to be available. It baffled me that the update showed the collection took place at 3.25pm however, it is 11.11pm and I am staring at the supposedly collected package which is meant to be delivered on 5th June (their own proffered delivery date). Convenient as they do not work during the weekend so my query cannot be dealt with until Tuesday (Monday is a bank holiday). If they could not arrive and collect the package as agreed, a mere text or email would have sufficed; I would have understood and not have wasted my whole day at home. I will definitely never use parcelcompare again, ever!
