    Refund problem

    I bought something and later changed my mind, you know? So, I emailed them about it, but they claimed they didn't receive my email, even though I got a notification saying they did. I then called them twice, and they assured me they would resolve the issue, but nothing actually happened. It's just like dealing with the post office - really frustrating! 🙄

    I wanted to talk to you about something that happened to me recently regarding the refund I was supposed to get from your company. So, I've been waiting since early May to get my money back, and despite sending loads of emails and making a bunch of phone calls, I still haven't seen a penny. You guys said it would only take 3-5 days for the refund to come through, but it's been way longer than that. Honestly, I'm starting to wonder if your company is struggling financially or something. The lack of communication and the delay in giving me back my £200+ is really getting on my nerves, and I'm feeling pretty frustrated and unhappy with the way this whole thing has been handled.

    Winter coat

    I fancied getting a cosy coat for the winter, so I decided to order one online in December. I wanted it before Christmas, so I tried to cancel my order through customer services, but they wouldn't allow it. I kept waiting, but it didn't turn up in time. It was really frustrating! Eventually, I had to get in touch with my credit card company to try and sort things out. By the time the coat finally arrived in January, it was too late, and I had to send it back. Such a waste of time and money! I definitely won't be shopping here again.

    As a loyal customer, I recently placed an online order with the company and was shocked to find out that they have closed operations in the UK. Even though I've been a loyal customer for years, I haven't received any personal communication from the company about this big change. I feel disappointed and unsure about what will happen to my order. I'm hoping that my items will still arrive as they should, since I've already paid for them.

    155x220cm duvet cover set

    Avoid shopping from this company! They don't care about their customers at all. I ordered a duvet cover set sized 155x220cm and only got two pillowcases. The seller admitted that the set was incorrectly priced, so they just sent me the pillowcases for the price of the whole set that was advertised. They quickly removed the set from the website, which I found very unfriendly. But wait, there's more... Their customer service is a nightmare to deal with. The hold music is terrible, and after waiting for over an hour, the call got disconnected three times. It's a disgraceful service. You can tell they don't care about the business. In the end, I ended up spending more money and receiving the new order much later than expected. I got a new duvet cover from Germany for my sick husband as a Christmas present. If the seller had just been honest about the mistake, I could have acted quickly, and my husband would have had his new duvet cover for Christmas. Instead, we got it 5 days after New Year's! Now I see on the website that you can actually order pillowcases and a duvet cover in different sizes. That's just careless. This is not how you handle customer issues. Businesses like this have no place in today's world.

    I recently bought quite a few things from your company, and at first, I was happy because I thought I could get a refund if the items were worn and washed. But over time, I realised that the clothes weren't as good as they were made out to be. They didn't hold up well after washing, following the care instructions, or even after wearing them once. On top of that, I felt like I was getting too many catalogues sent to me, which was a bit much. When I tried to cancel my orders, it was a bit of a mission, taking quite a few tries and only getting through after calling and explaining why. The response I got was a bit defensive, with the customer service saying refunds were only for faulty items, which I didn't think was fair. All in all, I'm disappointed with the quality of the products and the customer service I received.

    Necklace refund delay

    I'm really disappointed with the service from this company. I ordered a necklace but it never turned up, and despite me trying lots of times to sort it out, I'm still waiting for my refund months down the line. The messages I'm getting from customer service have been pretty unhelpful, just saying they're changing their systems. I've been a customer for ages, and I can't believe how they're not taking responsibility and being so unprofessional. They've completely forgotten about making customers happy and can't be trusted anymore.

    Two failed orders

    I tried to make two orders with this company, but they said my payment didn't work. I checked with my bank and my card was fine. I entered my card details lots of times and even tried a different card, but it still didn't work. They said they would call me back but haven't. The products might be good, but the customer service is really bad. I suggest avoiding this company unless you want to spend ages on the phone waiting for excuses.

    When I was done with school, I was searching for a job until I got one at a big organization. I was given 2 weeks to prepare in advance. So I decide to change my set of clothes, to make them look better and professional. I had an employee in the work talking about Peter Hahn if I wanted to get quality dresses. When I got home, I searched their website and check for the collection of clothes they had for sale. I found the type of clothes I wanted and I order them. The clothes are beautiful and quality. My fellow employees loved it and I always tell them to patronize Peter Hahn.
