Two dresses
I bought two dresses from this company not long ago and to be honest, I was really let down by the whole thing. The dresses did come on time, but the quality was shockingly bad, especially given how much I paid for them. It was clear to me that they were just poorly made in China and sent straight to me.
Excellent customer service
I had a bit of a problem with my order, but the customer service team sorted it out quickly and completely to my satisfaction. I'm really impressed and will definitely be coming back as a customer. Good customer service really does make a big difference! 😉
